The study for polyaromatic hydrocarbons decay on Chinese coal soot particles in atmosphere

A study for the photochemical behavior of some polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), for example B(a )P, B( k )F and fluoranthene in coal smoke particles was performed by using indoor Teflon smog chamber.Experiments suggest that the photochemical reaction of PAH is first order reaction and kinetic rates of some PAH were obtained. It was shown that the reaction rate constant is proportional to light intensity and water vapor concentration. Temperature and PAH loading also have influence on PAH decay rate. A model for PAH loss has been set up on the basis of the results of our experiments and the simulating results of this model suggest that coal particle PAH half lives are of the order of a period of days in winter and a few hours in summer. Other factors which may have effect on the photochemical reaction of PAH have also been discussed.     

The hierarchy and spatial characteristics of ecosystems: A reconsideration of the ecosystem concept (II)

This paper, based on the autonomy concept, continues to investigate hierarchical forms and spatial structure of ecosystems. The former can lead to limits for the selection of the component parts of an ecosystem and a distinction between its endogenous and exogenous variables; and the latter can be lead to a hypothesis of the space of an ecosystem: the space of an ecosystem = its habitat area + supporting area + impact area, and two characteristics of ecosystems, space-overlapping and the area of ecosystem space, have been further studied referring to human activities.     

共生细菌SB1降解聚乙烯醇的研究Ⅱ．共生细菌SB1聚乙烯醇氧化酶的产生、纯

共生细菌ＳＢ１接种在０．３％聚乙烯醇培养堪中，３０℃摇床振荡培养或发酵罐通气培养时，ＰＶＡ氧化酶产生的高峰在４８ｈ或４０ｈ。离心收集的上清液采用４０％－５０％饱和度的硫酸铵分级沉淀ＤＥＡＤ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ离子交换柱和Ｃｉｂａｃｒｏｎ蓝Ｓ－Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ４Ｂ亲和柱层析等纯化步骤。ＰＶＡ氧化酶收得率３０％，比活力提高３０倍。     

大气中苯乙烯的气相色谱法测定

采用活性炭管吸附大气中基苯乙烯，以二硫化碳洗脱，以溴水加成后，用气相色谱电子捕获器测定苯乙烯的二溴加成物。本方法适合于检测多种污染物共存的大气中痕量苯乙烯。其线性范围为０．０１５－０．７４ｎｇ，最低检出浓度为０．００１ｍｇ／ｍ＾３；重现性实验的变异系数为２．３％：当活性炭管吸附苯乙烯在２．９μｇ时，回收率为９０％，吸附苯乙烯０．２９μｇ时，回收率为７２％。     

火电厂浮升烟流穿透模型分析

通过对现有浮升烟流穿透模型的分析,考虑了非均匀层结大气对烟流抬升的影响,提出了一个较为合理的穿透模型,区域性火电厂实例计算结果表明它是有效的.因此,该模型为大型火电厂环境影响评价提供了一种估算浮升烟流穿透过程的实用方法.     

Mn-Cu-O负载型催化剂上CO氧化性能的研究

研究了ＺｒＯ２或Ａｌ２Ｏ３负载Ｍｎ－Ｃｕ－Ｏ体系催化剂ＣＯ催化氧化活性，以及物相结构，表面氧性能与活性的关系。结果表明，锆基催化剂的氧化活性明显优于铝基催化剂，起燃温度Ｔ５０低达５０℃，ＺｒＯ２载 利于活性组份形成高活性物相，并促进表面吸附氧的脱附，表现出催化剂表面吸附氧的脱附温度高低次序与其氧化活性有一致的对应关系。     

TTC－脱氢酶活性检测方法的研究

以好氧消化污泥为材料，对影响脱氢酶活性测定的样品前处理、生化培养、酶反应终止剂、三苯基甲Ｚａ（ＴＦ）苯取剂以及萃取条件等问题进行了系统地研究，进而提出了检测脱氢酶活性的常温萃取测定法。这种方法已在剩余污泥好氧消化处理、生物转盘处理生物制品废水以及陶粒柱反应器低温生物预处理饮用水等研究中应用，效果良好。
