● A systematic framework was developed to identify i-PPCPs for landfill leachate. ● The wide-scope target analysis offered a basis for comprehensive i-PPCP screening. ● Source-specificity and representativeness analysis helped to refine i-PPCPs. ● Erythromycin, gemfibrozil and albendazole were identified as i-PPCPs for leachate. Identifying potential sources of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in the environment is critical for the effective control of PPCP contamination. Landfill leachate is an important source of PPCPs in water; however, it has barely been involved in source apportionment due to the lack of indicator-PPCPs (i-PPCPs) in landfill leachates. This study provides the first systematic framework for identifying i-PPCPs for landfill leachates based on the wide-scope target monitoring of PPCPs. The number of target PPCPs increased from < 20 in previous studies to 68 in the present study. Fifty-nine PPCPs were detected, with median concentrations in leachate samples ranging from below the method quantification limit (MQL) to 41 μg/L, and 19 of them were rarely reported previously. A total of 29 target compounds were determined to be PPCPs of high concern by principal component analysis according to multiple criteria, including occurrence, exposure potential, and ecological effect. Coupled with source-specificity and representativeness analysis, erythromycin, gemfibrozil, and albendazole showed a significant difference in their occurrence in leachate compared to other potential sources (untreated and treated municipal wastewater and livestock wastewater) and correlated with total PPCP concentrations; these were recommended as i-PPCPs for leachates. Indicator screening procedure can be used to develop a sophisticated source apportionment method to identify sources of PPCPs from adjacent landfills.  相似文献

研究了一种便携式荧光测油仪在海上溢油应急监测中的适用性,并与现行仲裁标准方法进行比较分析。研究表明:该便携式荧光测油仪测定海水中油类样品仅需100 mL水样,平均每个样品所需的前处理时间约340 s,方法检出限为0.003 mg/L,测定下限为0.012 mg/L。测定用标准物质配制的不同浓度海水样品,相对标准偏差为0.08%~0.87%,测定标准样品的相对误差为0.49%~4.50%,实际样品加标回收率为90%~107%。对标准物质配制的海水样品进行检测,与现行仲裁标准方法在0.05水平下无显著性差异。在渤海中部海上监测中,连续6 d测定不同标准样品的相对标准偏差为0.26%~0.83%。研究结果表明,该便携式荧光测油仪适用于现场对油类的定量分析和水质评价。  相似文献

由于海水循环养殖生产中常见的方形养殖池存在较大的低流速容积(死区容积),本文提出以圆弧角代替直角的方式对方形养殖池结构进行优化,既保持较高空间利用率,又可以改善养殖池的流场均匀性。本文建立了不同圆弧角尺度养殖池的三维湍流数值计算模型,运用计算流体力学技术(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)对养殖池流场均匀性开展研究,重点分析了养殖池内流速分布,并提出研究流场均匀性的判别系数UC50(均匀系数)。研究结果表明:相比方形养殖池,0.2≤R/B(相对弧宽比)<0.4时养殖池内的中流速区占比相对较高,流场均匀性显著改善。本文的研究成果为方形圆弧角养殖池的设计给予了理论依据,为方形养殖池的结构优化提供优选设计参数。  相似文献

The changes of structural and functional parameters of aquatic microbial communities in continuous water on campus of Tsinghua University, China are investigated by polyurethane foam unit(PFU) method. The measured compositions of the communities include alga, protozoa, and some metazoa (such as rotifers). The measured indicators of water quality include water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen (DO), potassium permanganate index(CODMn), total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP) and chlorophyll- a(Chla). The trophic level, expressed by the trophic level indices(TL/c), is assessed with analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis (AHP-PCA) method. The changing trends of the structural and functional parameters of aquatic microbial communities, such as Margalef index of diversity(D), Shannon-weaver index of diversity (H), Heterotropy index (HI), number of species when the colonization gets equilibrium(Seq), colonizing speed constant(G) and time spent when 90 percent of Seq colonized in PFU ( T90% ), are also analyzed. The experimental results showed the succession of aquatic microbial communities along the water flow is consistent with the water quality changes, so the parameters of microbial community can reflect the changes of water quality from the ecological view.  相似文献

To assess historical loads of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and suspended sediment (SS) from the nontidal Chesapeake Bay watershed (NTCBW), we analyzed decadal seasonal trends of flow‐normalized loads at the fall‐line of nine major rivers that account for >90% of NTCBW flow. Evaluations of loads by season revealed N, P, and SS load magnitudes have been highest in January‐March and lowest in July‐September, but the temporal trends have followed similar decadal‐scale patterns in all seasons, with notable exceptions. Generally, total N (TN) load has dropped since the late 1980s, but particulate nutrients and SS have risen since the mid‐1990s. The majority of these rises were from Susquehanna River and relate to diminished net trapping at the Conowingo Reservoir. Substantial rises in SS were also observed, however, in other rivers. Moreover, the summed rise in particulate P load from other rivers is of similar magnitude as from Susquehanna. Dissolved nutrient loads have dropped in the upland (Piedmont and above) rivers, but risen in two small rivers in the Coastal Plain affected by lagged groundwater input. In addition, analysis of fractional contributions revealed consistent N trends across the upland watersheds. Finally, total N:total P ratios have declined in most rivers, suggesting the potential for changes in nutrient limitation. Overall, this integrated study of historical data highlights the value of maintaining long‐term monitoring at multiple watershed locations.  相似文献

考察了灭活好氧颗粒污泥吸附酸性红B的吸附等温线、吸附动力学和热力学.结果表明,Langmuir和Redlich-Peterson比Freudlich吸附等温线更符合试验数据,20 ℃时Langmuir最大单分子层吸附量为123.46 mg/g.吸附动力学符合准2级动力学模型.灭活AGS内部扩散过程用Webber-Morris模型拟合,结果表明颗粒内部扩散过程是限速步骤,但边界层扩散和动力学阻力亦不能忽略.热力学分析表明,吸附过程是吸热且自发的过程.  相似文献

研究了自制4种配方洗涤剂A、B、C、D在不同条件下对上海青(Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis (L.) Makino)中残留的氧化乐果、敌百虫、乐果和甲胺磷的去除效果.借助GC-MS分析,结果表明: 在无外加条件下,洗涤剂A对4种有机磷农药的去除效果最佳,去除率达47.31%~64.24%;经超声波辅助处理,洗涤剂A的去除效果反而变差,且对乐果无去除效果,而洗涤剂B、C、D的去除效果均有提高,其中洗涤剂C对4种有机磷农药的平均去除率达86.03%,尤其对甲胺磷的去除率高达97.11%;经臭氧辅助处理,洗涤剂A的去除效果也降低,而洗涤剂B、C、D则相反,尤其是洗涤剂B,其对4种有机磷农药的平均去除率比无外加条件高43.13%.  相似文献

基于2016~2022年北京市环境监测和气象观测数据,结合后向轨迹聚类和潜在源区贡献分析北京市臭氧(O3)污染特征、气象影响和潜在源区.结果表明,2016~2022年北京市共发生41次具有跳变特征的O3污染过程,平均为5.9次·a-1,发生时间集中在5~7月,跳变当日(OJD2)较跳变前一日(OJD1)的ρ(O3-8h)平均值偏高78.3%,峰值浓度偏高78.9%,OJD2区域O3浓度高值带呈现由南向北推进的特征.北京市跳变O3污染发生主要原因可归纳为不利气象条件导致的本地积累叠加区域传输影响.跳变型O3污染发生时具有偏南风频率增加、温度上升、气压降低和降水减少的特征,偏南风频率增加为O3及其前体物的传输提供条件,在本地高温作用下快速发生光化学反应,叠加降水较少,综合推高OJD2的O3浓度水平.聚类分析得到6条气团输送路径,OJD2来自偏北方向的气团减少11.2%,来自偏南和偏东方向气团增加6.7%和4.4%,气团以短距离传输为主,偏南和偏东方向对应的O3浓度较高,对北京污染贡献较大.潜在源区分析揭示OJD2的O3污染的主要潜在源区是京津冀中南部和东部,贡献了82.6%污染轨迹.跳变型O3污染区域输送贡献明显,需要加强京津冀区域联防联控.  相似文献
