Laboratory scale experiments were conducted to study the characteristics of N and P removal under different influent organic carbon concentration in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) with simple anaerobic/aerobic operating mode. Experimental results indicated that, under the operating condition of influent N concentration of 89 mg/L and P concentration of 15 mg/L, when the influent C/N ratio increased from 1.5 to 6.9 (influent C/P ratio from 9 to 41), total N and P removal efficiency improved from 50% and 46% to 78% and 96% respectively. Track studies of N, P and other operating parameters demonstrated that N removal of the SBR was realized through simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) in the aeration phase and anoxic denitrificaiton in the filling phase, P removal was accomplished through conventional anaerobic P release and aerobic P taken-up process. Keeping dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration during the first two aeration hours as low as 0.1-0.6 mg/L is essential for the simultaneous occurrences of nitrification, denitrification and P-taken up.  相似文献

The humic acid contents in drinking water and soil in Kaschin-Beck disease areas were found more than that of non-disease areas in this research. Changes of free radical concentration in drinking water were agreed with that of humic acid contents in drinking water of Kaschin-Beck disease areas. A positive correlation of free radical concentration and humic acid content in drinking water has been shown (r=0.913) . The structure of I. R. spectra of humic acid under ultraviolet light has been changed. Thus it indicated that free radical was resulted from benzoqiunonyl groups of humic acid in environment.  相似文献

研究了光合细菌(photo-synthetic bacteria,简称PSB)及活性污泥法联用工艺处理明胶生产过程中产生的高浓度有机废水的可行性。经过光合细菌及活性污泥先后次序的变换,得出了最优处理工艺。结果表明:PSB+活性污泥工艺、活性污泥+PSB工艺COD去除率平均值分别为94.7%和96.0%;活性污泥+PSB工艺有较强的去除钙质和耐冲击负荷的能力,该工艺适合处理此种含高钙、高氯、高碱明胶的废水。  相似文献

The comparative research of southern Andes and Antarctic Peninsula is a key to explain the break-up of Gondwanaland. "Cuspate" , "Arcuate", "Continuing". "Overlapping" and "Modified Gulf of California" model illustrated, to some extent, southern Andes-Antarctic Peninsula relations. However, those models did not discuss the dynamic mechanism and specific evolution process of the two Plates' divergence. "Wedge" model, on the bases of eight geological evidences including tectono-stratigraphic unit, strike-slip fault system, carthquake, igneous activity and so on, not only discussed southern Andes-Antarctic Peninsula relations and its evolution process, but also presented an argument that Scotia minor-plate, which once acted as one part of Pacific Plate wedged in between the two Plates and gave rise to the break-up of Gondwanaland-The argument represents the the latest achievement made in geological research there. 由2.0—5.0%乳化油、0.05%乳化剂和水制备而成的BS-Ⅰ型乳液抑尘剂,在山东铝厂矿山公司使用表明,一次喷洒0.8—2.0kg/m2,能使砂土或砂石运输路面粉尘从9.6—33.3mg/m3(平均19.5mg/m3)。在10—15昼夜内降至10mg/m3以下(平均4.3—5.8mg/m3)。使用该抑尘剂,大大减轻了路面扬尘污染,同时降低了车辆磨损和油耗。乳液抑尘剂良好的防尘效果主要是由其自身的物理化学性质决定的。  相似文献

An amniocentesis was performed at 13.3 weeks' gestation for advanced maternal age. A mosaic sex chromosome pattern was found: of 50 cells examined, 34 had a 45,X karyotype. In 14 cells with a modal number of 46, a recognizable Y was substituted by a small non-fluorescent marker. C-banding identified the marker as an isodicentric in 12 cells. In two cells, the non-fluorescent marker appeared to be monocentric and looked like a non-fluorescent del (Yq), but could have been an isodicentric Y with inactivation of one of the centromeres. Two cells with a modal number of 47 showed two copies of the monocentric marker. Fluorescent in situ hybridization with an alpha satellite Y-specific centromeric probe confirmed the Y-chromosome origin of the markers and allowed for more accurate prenatal diagnostic information.  相似文献

采用96h急性毒性试验配合滤食率和微核检测等方法,比较了石油勘探开发用3种钻井泥浆和3种消油剂对合浦珠母贝成贝急性毒性效应。实验结果表明:3种钻井泥浆对合浦珠母贝的半致死浓度均大于10^5mg/L;3种消油剂的半致死浓度分别为1047、5011和2630mg/L;滤食率与钻井泥浆和消油剂的浓度呈负相关;微核细胞率则与之呈正相关。  相似文献

以硫酸烧渣为主要原料制备SW型脱硫剂,并对其脱硫性能进行了研究,对半水煤气、葡萄酒厂污水处理产生的沼气和焦炉煤气、水煤气中的H2S进行了工业脱硫试验,经半年以上运行证明,可使其H2S含量从3000-5000mg/m^3降为20mg/m^3以下(符合国家标准),当脱硫剂工作硫容达30%时可返回硫酸生产中,再生周期一般为3个月,其主要性能达到国内外同类产品水平。  相似文献
