从水稻种子表面分离的紫云英根瘤菌与不同水稻品种亲合性的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用紫云英琼脂管结瘤试验,在10个供试的不同水稻品种中,仅从“汕优63”和“珍A一代”2个品种的种子表面各分离筛选到在紫云英上结瘤较早且较多的1个菌株,分别命名为SY63-4和SA1D-3。采用无菌盆栽试验分别将这2个菌株接种于4个不同水稻品种“汕优63”、“珍A一代”、“马协63”及“博湛优19”,发现菌株ZA1D-3对4种水稻均表现出显著的促生作用,SY63-4仅对“汕优63”和“珍A一代”表现出明显的促生作用。利用MPN法检测不同水稻品种根内外根瘤菌ZA1D-3和SY63-4的数量,发现ZA1D-3和SY63-4在4种水稻根部的定殖数量也不相同。SY63-4在“汕优63”根部定殖的数量log(ncfumFW^-1/g^-1)为5.20,比在其余3种水稻根部高出2个数量级;ZA1D-3在“珍A一代”根部定殖的最大数量log(ncfumFW^-1/g^-1)为4.54,比在其余3种水稻根部高出1个数量级。这说明SY63-4与“汕优63”,ZA1D-3与“珍A一代”间存在着一定的亲和性。图1表2参12 相似文献

The humic acid contents in drinking water and soil in Kaschin-Beck disease areas were found more than that of non-disease areas in this research. Changes of free radical concentration in drinking water were agreed with that of humic acid contents in drinking water of Kaschin-Beck disease areas. A positive correlation of free radical concentration and humic acid content in drinking water has been shown (r=0.913) . The structure of I. R. spectra of humic acid under ultraviolet light has been changed. Thus it indicated that free radical was resulted from benzoqiunonyl groups of humic acid in environment. 相似文献

Reducing bioassay variability by identifying sources of variation and controlling important parameters in assay protocol was demonstrated in this study. The variability of a bioassay based on a luminescent bacterium was examined as an example. This assay involved the growth of cells, storage at a low temperature, activation, and exposure to a test sample, and the assay response was bioluminescence inhibition. After determining that measurement error was small and negligible, the total assay variability was decomposed in an initial variance components study into between-batch, between-vial, and between-tube variations. Results indicated that between-vial variations accounted for the majority of the total observed variability and that reducing this type of variation would be beneficial. Five parameters in the assay protocol were determined as factors that potentially affected assay variability significantly. A split-plot design was employed to investigate the effects of these factors and some of their interactions on the assay response. One of the five factors, i.e., activation temperature, turned out to have a significant effect. The variance components study was repeated with better control of activation temperature as well as other parameters. Results indicated that the total variability of the bioassay was reduced by approximately 85%. 相似文献

Effect of pH on phosphine production and the fate of phosphorus during anaerobic process with granular sludge 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
The effect of pH on phosphine formation during anaerobic cultivation of granular sludge was investigated. The sludge was taken from full-scale anaerobic reactors treating brewery wastewater. Acetate and phosphate were used as the carbon source and phosphorus source respectively. After 10 days cultivation in the dark, results showed that acidic conditions were more favorable for free phosphine production. At pH 5, the optimum concentration 86.42 ng PH3 m-3 of free phosphine was obtained. The level at pH 7 was reduced to 18.53 ng PH3 m-3, about 1/5 of the maximum. The maximum concentration of matrix-bound phosphine of 3.30 ng PH3 kg-1 wet sludge was achieved at pH 6. More than 83% of the total phosphine was matrix-bound phosphine, which accounted for 0.003-0.009 per thousand of the phosphate removal, while free phosphine comprised 0.00002-0.001 per thousand of the phosphate removal. Most of the phosphorus removal from solution was turned into chemical precipitation or was adsorbed by sludge. The mechanism of the phosphate reduction-step in the formation of phosphine production is still unknown. The promotion of phosphine formation by low pH is compatible with an acidic bio-corrosion mechanism of metal particles in the sludge or of metal phosphides which form phosphine at low pH. 相似文献
