UAFB-缺氧-好氧MBR组合工艺处理生活污水效能研究 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
为了同时达到从生活污水中回收能源性气体和深度处理生活污水的目的,试验采用升流式厌氧污泥固定床(up-flowanaerobic fixed bed,UAFB)-缺氧-好氧膜生物反应(membrane bioreactor,MBR)组合工艺处理生活污水.试验重点研究了组合工艺对生活污水的处理效能,包括能源性气体的产生效能、对污染物质的处理效能以及对污泥浓度的控制.UAFB-缺氧-好氧MBR组合工艺在温度20℃、厌氧HRT为3 h、缺氧HRT为3 h、好氧HRT为3.5 h的条件下运行,甲烷气体的产生量为1.55L/d,COD去除率为93.28%,NH 4+-N去除率为90.60%,UAFB出水VFAs总量54.74 mg/L,TN去除率为45.51%.试验发现,组合工艺可以长期维持反应器内较低的污泥浓度,大大减小了剩余污泥的处理量,在一定程度上实现了污泥减量化,同时较低的污泥浓度有利于缓解膜污染. 相似文献

祁连山高山草甸土壤CO2通量的时空变化及其影响分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用Li-6400便携式光合作用测量系统连接Li-6400-09土壤呼吸室,在2004年生长季节对祁连山高山草甸土壤CO2通量沿海拔梯度进行了野外定位试验,统计分析了水热因子及根系生物量对高山草甸土壤CO2通量特征的可能影响.结果表明,土壤CO2通量存在明显的空间变化规律, 沿海拔梯度土壤CO2通量随着海拔梯度的增加而逐渐减小,其变异系数逐渐增加;就日变化而言,土壤CO2通量晚间维持在较低水平,02:00~06:00最低,在07:00~08:30开始升高,11:00~16:00达到峰值,16:00~18:30开始下降,整个过程呈单峰曲线.土壤CO2通量的日平均值介于(0.56±0.32) ~ (2.53±0.76) μmol·(m2·s)-1.从季节变化来看,土壤CO2通量均以夏秋季较高,春冬季排放量较低,7~8月份达到最大值[4.736 μmol·(m2·s)-1],6月与9月份次之,5月与10月份基本一致,整个生长过程总的变化趋势呈单峰曲线形式.高山草甸土壤CO2通量在植物生长季与10 cm土壤温度、土壤含水量、根系生物量都存在不同程度的正相关关系,表明高山草甸土壤CO2通量的空间变异主要受温度、水分和植物根系的综合影响. 相似文献

Chemical forms of Zn, Ni, Cu, and Pb in municipal sewage sludge were investigated by adding humus soil to sludge and by
performing sequential extraction procedures. In the final sludge mixtures, Zn and Ni were mainly found in Fe/Mn oxide-bound (F3) and
organic matter/sulfide-bound (F4) forms. For Zn, exchangeable (F1), carbonate-bound (F2), and F3 forms were transformed to F4 and
residual forms (F5). For Ni, F1 and F2 forms were transformed to F1, F2, and F3 forms. Both Cu and Pb were strongly associated with
the stable forms F4 and F5. For Cu, F2 and F3 forms were major contributors, while for Pb, F3 and F4 forms were major contributors to
F5. Humus soil dosage and pH conditions in the sludge were strongly correlated with the forms of heavy metals. Five forms were used
to evaluate metal mobilities in the initial and final sludge mixtures. The mobilities of the four heavy metals studied decreased after 28
days. The metal mobilities in the final sludge mixtures were ranked in the following order: Ni > Zn > Cu = Pb. Leaching tests showed
that the mobilities of Zn and Ni in lower pH conditions (pH 4) were higher than those in higher pH conditions (pH 8). 相似文献

Pretreatment of thickened waste activated sludge (TWAS) by combined microwave and alkaline pretreatment (MAP) was studied to
improve thermophilic anaerobic digestion efficiency. Uniform design was applied to determine the combination of target temperature
(110–210°C), microwave holding time (1–51 min), and NaOH dose (0–2.5 g NaOH/g suspended solids (SS)) in terms of their effect
on volatile suspended solids (VSS) solubilization. Maximum solubilization ratio (85.1%) of VSS was observed at 210°C with 0.2
g-NaOH/g-SS and 35 min holding time. The effects of 12 different pretreatment methods were investigated in 28 thermophilic batch
reactors by monitoring cumulative methane production (CMP). Improvements in methane production in the TWAS were directly related
to the microwave and alkaline pretreatment of the sludge. The highest CMP was a 27% improvement over the control. In spite of the
increase in soluble chemical oxygen demand concentration and the decrease in dewaterability of digested sludge, a semi-continuous
thermophilic reactor fed with pretreated TWAS without neutralization (at 170°C with 1 min holding time and 0.05 g NaOH/g SS)
was stable and functioned well, with volatile solid (VS) and total chemical oxygen demand (TCOD) reductions of 28% and 18%,
respectively, which were higher than those of the control system. Additionally, methane yields (L@STP/g-CODadded, at standard
temperature and pressure (STP) conditions of 0°C and 101.325 kPa) and (L@STP/g VSadded) increased by 17% and 13%, respectively,

Effect of C/N ratio, aeration rate and moisture content on ammonia and greenhouse gas emission during the composting 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Gaseous emission (N2O, CH4 and NH3) from composting can be an important source of anthropogenic greenhouse gas and air pollution. A laboratory scale orthogonal experiment was conducted to estimate the effects of C/N ratio, aeration rate and initial moisture content on gaseous emission during the composting of pig faeces from Chinese Ganqinfen system. The results showed that about 23.9% to 45.6% of total organic carbon (TOC) was lost in the form of CO2 and 0.8% to 7.5% of TOC emitted as CH4. Most of the nitrogen was lost in the form of NH3, which account for 9.6% to 32.4% of initial nitrogen. N2O was also an important way of nitrogen losses and 1.5% to 7.3% of initial total nitrogen was lost as it. Statistic analysis showed that the aeration rate is the most important factor which could affect the NH3 (p = 0.0189), CH4 (p = 0.0113) and N2O (p = 0.0493) emissions significantly. Higher aeration rates reduce the CH4 emission but increase the NH3 and N2O losses. C/N ratio could affect the NH3 (p = 0.0442) and CH4 (p = 0.0246) emissions significantly, but not the N2O. Lower C/N ratio caused higher NH3 and CH4 emissions. The initial moisture content can not influence the gaseous emission significantly. Catalytic oxidation is widely used in pollution control technology to remove volatile organic compounds. In this study, Pd/ZSM-5 catalysts with different Pd contents and acidic sites were prepared via the impregnation method. All the catalysts were characterized by means of N2 adsorption- desorption, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), HE temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR), and NH3 temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD). Their catalytic performance was investigated in the oxidation of butyl acetate experiments. The by-products of the reaction were collected in thermal desorption tubes and identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. It was found that the increase of Pd content slightly changed the catalytic activity of butyl acetate oxidation according to the yield of CO2 achieved at 90%, but decreased the cracking by-products, whereas the enhancement of strong acidity over Pd-based catalysts enriched the by-product species. The butyl acetate oxidation process involves a series of reaction steps including protolysis, dehydrogenation, dehydration, cracking, and isomerization. Generally, butyl acetate was cracked to acetic acid and 2- methylpropene and the latter was an intermediate of the other by-products, and the oxidation routes of typical by-products were proposed. Trace amounts of 3-methylpentane, hexane, 2-methylpentane, pentane, and 2-methylbutane originated from iso4merization and protolysis reactions. 相似文献
