中国危险废物管理国家战略方案研究

本文总结了中国危险废物管理国家战略方案研究项目的主要成果，包括制订战略方案所采用的方法；危险废物管理总体政策；中国危险废物管理机构和法律法规体系框架，与危险废物收集、运输，综合利用、处理处置设施相应的配套技术、经济政策和运行机制；加强对危险废物管理能力建设和人员培训的规划和实施办法，选择试点省作为危险废物管理体系建设的尝试。     

Synthesis and structure-activity relationship of diene modified analogs of<Emphasis Type="Italic"> Matsucoccus</Emphasis> sex pheromones

The biological activity of the Matsucoccus spp. sex pheromones and diene modified analogs has been tested in forests of Israel and Portugal in order to explore the structure-activity relationship of the pine bast scale pheromone/kairomone system. The response of the adult predatory bugs, Elatophilus hebraicus and E. crassicornis and of the brown lacewing, Hemerobius stigma is more selective than that of the conspecific Matsucoccus males. The removal of the terminal methyl group from the diene terminus of both pheromones 1 and 2 eliminates all kairomonal activity but retains moderate pheromonal activity. Addition of a methyl group to the diene terminus of pheromones 1 and 2 sustains full pheromonal and kairomonal activities of the Elatophilus spp. but eliminates entirely the kairomonal activity of H. stigma. Subtle designed alterations in the structure of the diene group, typical of all Matsucoccus pheromones, change the mode of the kairomonal activity markedly.     

城市生活垃圾理化性质的动态特性分析

对太原市城市生活垃圾的组成、化学元素及重金属等进行了1年(每月2次)共24次的分析。结果表明,太原市生活垃圾的组成在焚烧过程中,能产生低位热值(Q低)的有机物占(44.28±2.24)％,不产生低位热值的无机物占(13.94±2.01)％,混合物(破碎的动植物碎片及粘附在其上面的灰、土、砂)占(43.36±8.67)％。垃圾中可燃物比例较高,水分含量较低,有利于焚烧和热解,低位热值(Q低)平均值为(5590.8±1252.3)kJ/kg,但低位热值随季节变化较大。垃圾中化学元素硫(S)、氯(Cl)、氮(N)、氢(H)、碳(C)、氧(O)的年平均值分别为(0.20±0.13)％、(0.48±0.11)％、(0.87±0.18)％、(2.56±0.76)％、(30.78±4.06)％、(16.42±5.17)％,与其他城市相比,S、N、Cl的含量较高。垃圾中的重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)的年平均值分别为41.94mg/Kg和1.806mg/kg;汞(Hg)含量变化较大。焚烧后的灰渣中,Pb部分挥发,Cd得到富集,但几乎无Hg检出。

203HgCl2在紫贻贝(Mytilus cdulis)体内的累积和结合以及锌对其影响的实验研究

本文研究了紫贻贝（Mytilus edulis）对无机汞²⁰³HgCl₂的累积和结合.实验结果表明:紫贻贝累积汞速度很快,能力很强.用Sephadex G75凝胶层析表明:所有的²⁰³Hg几乎都以生物大分子存在（M.W.>1000）.其中大部分²⁰³Hg的分子量大于50000,小部分分子量在1000—50000之间.本文还讨论了汞的累积机制,并研究了Zn²⁺对于²⁰³Hg累积的影响.
