Computer assisted movement tracking was used to characterize the motility of two marine microalgae, Isochrysis galbana
and Tetraselmis chui, and to investigate the toxicity of Cu, Pb, and Cd on motile percentage, curvilinear velocity, average path
velocity, straight line velocity, linearity, straightness, and wobble. Except for motile percentage, all other motility parameters di ered
significantly between I. galbana and T. chui. Based on relative motile percentage data, the median e ective concentration (EC50) of Cu
on the motility of I. galbana and T. chui was 31.4 and 1.3 mol/L, respectively, while for Pb it was 37.8 and 10.9 mol/L and for Cd it
was 121.6 and 37.8 mol/L, respectively. Compared to I. galbana, T. chui was more sensitive to all tested metals. The toxic e ect of the
heavy metals on motility exhibited the following decreasing order for both species: Cu > Pb > Cd. Our results indicate that I. galbana
and T. chui motility is sensitive to heavy metals and can be used as an indicator for toxicology bioassays. 相似文献

利用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件对油气回收装置吸收单元进行了静态模拟,得出了各操作条件对吸收效率的影响情况.针对处理量为500m3/h的油气回收装置,建立吸收塔的数学模型,给定进油流量、进油温度、塔顶压力等操作参数,分别改变工艺参数进行静态模拟,分析操作参数的变化对吸收效率的影响.结果表明:吸收剂成分、吸收剂用量、进油温度和塔顶压力对吸收效率影响较大,据此可以为实际装置的工艺参数优化提供参考. 相似文献

以鲤鱼肝脏微粒体为实验体系,运用体外实验方法,研究三种含油废水对芳烃羟化酶的活性影响,结果表明,三种含油废水对芳烃羟化酶活性都表现出不同程度的诱导,随着含油量的增大,AHH活性升高,并有相似的变化趋势。芳烃羟化酶活性升高可以作为监测含油废水对水体污染的一种生物指标。 相似文献

广东佛山市某工业园内污水处理厂采用混凝/生物接触氧化工艺对牛仔服装洗水废水进行集中处理,进水水量30 000 m3/d,水质ρ(COD)=411 mg/L、ρ(BOD5)=147 mg/L、ρ(SS)=313 mg/L、色度为239倍、pH=7~9,出水相应指标分别为ρ(COD)=53 mg/L、ρ(BOD5)=16 mg/L、ρ(SS)=32 mg/L、色度为8倍、pH为7.5,达到广东省地方标准DB 44/26—2001《水污染物排放限制》第二时段中的一级标准。此工艺具有工程投资少、运行稳定、处理效果好、成本低等优点。 相似文献

Safety assessment of genetically modified crops generally does not take into account the potential hazard of altered patterns of heavy
metal accumulation in plants. A pot experiment was conducted under greenhouse conditions to evaluate the impact of heavy metal
amendments on the accumulation of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn in a Bt transgenic rice Ke-Ming-Dao (KMD) and its wild-type Xiushui 11
(Xs11). In control soils, significant di erence was only found in contents of Cu (p < 0.01) and Pb (p < 0.05) in straw between KMD
and Xs11. At three levels of Cd amendments (5, 10, and 20 mg/kg), the Cd contents in grain and straw of KMD were significantly higher
than those of Xs11, and all grain Cd contents were significantly higher than the International Criteria (0.2–0.4 mg/kg) as specified by
the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC). These results implied that it may be unsafe for growing Bt transgenic rice in heavily
Cd-polluted areas. No significant di erence in Zn was found between the two varieties with the exception of roots at Zn amendment
level of 600 mg/kg, while Pb contents in KMD were much higher in the straw at the lead amendment level of 1000 mg/kg and in the
root at 250 mg Pb/kg. Data on the heavy metal accumulation patterns for the genetically modified rice may be used for the selection of
growing areas as well as for plant residue management for Bt rice. 相似文献

In order to explore the mechanism of acute toxicity for pyrene to cyanobacterial organisms, the responses of Synechocystis sp. PCC
6803 photosystem II (PS II) under pyrene stress were studied. The results showed there was no significant di erence about the oxygen
evolution under 0.125 mg/L pyrene stress when compared with control, but it was significantly lower than control at 0.625 mg/L pyrene.
Polyphasic chlorophyll-a fluorescence transients in cells of Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 exhibited a typical increase including O, J, I,
and P phases. Fluorescence yield at phases J, I and P declined slightly at 0.125 and 0.625 mg/L pyrene, and significantly lower than
control at 3.125 mg/L. According to the parameters deviated from JIP-test, no modification was induced by pyrene both at the donor
side and at the acceptor side of PS II, and the reaction centre of PS II is the primary damaging target. Based on the expressing of four
key genes (psbA, psbB, psbC and psbO) of PS II, only psbA showed significant di erence at 3.125 mg/L pyrene when compared with
