电子制造业塑料件生产过程的挥发性有机物排放特征分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
选取珠三角地区典型电子制造企业,通过气袋采样及预浓缩-GC-MS/FID分析方法,获得塑料件生产过程的挥发性有机物(VOCs)浓度水平与组分特征.实验共检出包括烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、醛类、卤代烃等在内的101种VOCs组分.其中,塑料件生产过程可分为注塑成型期和塑料件加工期,塑料件加工期包括喷涂工艺和非喷涂工艺.结果表明,注塑成型期总VOCs排放浓度较塑料件加工期低,含氧VOCs(OVOCs)、烷烃是最重要的组分;塑料件加工期的喷涂工艺VOCs排放浓度普遍高于非喷涂工艺,OVOCs、卤代烃是塑料件加工期主要的VOCs组分,其中,丙酮和三氯乙烯为主要成分.与其他研究相比,本研究中卤代烃排放比例明显提高,芳香烃排放比例下降.注塑成型期臭氧生成潜势标准化反应活性系数R值比塑料件加工期高24%,其中,丙烯醛是贡献最大的物种;在塑料件加工期,喷涂工艺的R值比非喷涂工艺高31%,正己醛是最主要的臭氧贡献物种.苯系物对二次有机气溶胶(SOA)生成潜势贡献起主导作用.在臭氧控制的背景下,不仅排放浓度高的喷涂工艺需受到控制,对于标准化反应活性大的其他工艺也需关注. 相似文献

Roadside remote sensing measurement was used to explore the real-world emission status of light duty gasoline vehicles (LDGVs) and motorcycles in Macao. Both fuel-based and distance-based emission factors were derived using the mass balance method. The emission concentration profile of LDGVs illustrated the benefits of tightening emission standards at the source country or region of import. The distance-based emission factors for CO, HC and NOx of LDGVs registered before 2000 were 8.00, 1.04 and 1.36 g/km, respectively. The distance-based emission factors for CO, HC and NOx of LDGVs registered in or after 2000 were 1.16, 0.15 and 0.18 g/km, respectively. The fuel-based CO emission factors of light duty motorcycles (LDMCs) and heavy duty motorcycles (HDMCs) registered before 2000 were about 10 times higher than those of LDGVs of the same age group. As the emissions of LDGVs decreased more quickly after 2000, the gap widens for newer vehicles. The distance-based HC emission factors of LDMCs and HDMCs registered before 2000 were 4.81 and 2.91 g/km, respectively. The distance-based HC emission factors of LDMCs and HDMCs registered in or after 2000 were 3.52 and 0.93 g/km, respectively. The poor emission performance of motorcycles and their larger share in the traffic flow will cause them to be the major contributor to traffic CO and HC emissions. A leaf-bag field experiment was conducted to investigate the decomposition and release of nutrients from leaves of two aquatic macrophytes (floating-leaved Trapa bispinosa and submerged Vallisneria natans) deposited in the four vertical locations (i.e. air-water interface, AW; sediment-water interface, SW; buried at a depth of 10?cm, B10; buried at a depth of 20?cm, B20) of littoral zone in Nanhu Lake, China, for 60 days from July to August 2015. Leaf initial quality significantly influenced mass loss and nutrient release except TN (total nitrogen) remaining. Compared to V. natans, T. bispinosa leaves decomposed faster under the same treatments. The decomposition was greatly affected by both leaf chemical quality and the location of deposition. With the increasing depth of vertical locations, leaf biomass loss and nutrient release of both T. bispinosa and V. natans decreased. In addition, initial N:P ratio and cellulose were the major determinants for decomposition in AW and SW treatments while total phenol in B10 and B20. Our results suggest that the combined effect of leaf chemical quality and burial could mediate macrophyte mass loss and release of nutrients and carbon, which in turn can influence organic matter accumulation and nutrient cycling in shallow freshwater lakes. 相似文献

Based on the inhibition effect on the respiratory chain activity of microorganisms by toxicants,an electrochemical method has been developed to measure the current variation of a mediator in the presence of microorganisms contacted with a toxicant.Microelectrode arrays were adopted in this study,which can accelerate the mass transfer rate of an analyte to the electrode and also increase the total current signal,resulting in an improvement in detection sensitivity.We selected Escherichia coli as the testee and the standard glucoseglutamic acid as an exogenous material.Under oxygen restriction,the experiments in the presence of toxicant were performed at optimum conditions(solution pH 7.0,37°C and reaction for 3 hr).The resulting solution was then separated from the suspended microorganisms and was measured by an electrochemical method,using ferricyanide as a mediator.The current signal obtained represents the reoxidation of ferrocyanide,which was transformed to inhibiting efficiency,IC 50,as a quantitative measure of toxicity.The IC 50 values measured were 410,570 and 830mg/L for sodium nitrite,borax and aluminum potassium sulfate,respectively.The results show that the toxicity sequence for these three food additives is consistent with the value reported by other methods.Furthermore,the order of damage degree to the microorganism was also observed to be:sodium nitrite > borax > aluminum potassium sulfate > blank,according to the atomic force microscopy images of E.coli after being incubated for 3 hr with the toxic compound in buffer solutions.The electrochemical method is expected to be a sensitive and simple alternative to toxicity screening for chemical food additives. 相似文献

采用水热法合成了板钛矿-锐钛矿双相TiO_2,通过浸渍和氢还原法将贵金属Pt负载在双相TiO_2表面制成Pt/双相TiO_2催化剂。TEM表征结果显示:Pt/双相TiO_2催化剂中Pt的晶粒尺寸很小,晶粒尺寸分布较窄;低负载量(质量分数0.2%和2.0%)时,Pt晶粒在TiO_2表面分布非常均匀,Pt负载量达到4.0%时,Pt晶粒在TiO_2表面的分散性变差。光催化活性实验结果表明:负载Pt能显著提高双相TiO_2催化剂的甲基橙降解率;2.0%Pt/双相TiO_2催化剂的光降解性能最佳。光催化活性提高的主要原因是由于Pt颗粒的电子贮存能力促进了光生电子-空穴对的分离。 相似文献

餐厨垃圾占我国目前的城市垃圾结构的比例为30%~50%,采用微生物技术是实现餐厨垃圾减量化,资源化和无害化的有效方法。本研究引进日本东北大学选育的复合菌种,利用菌种将餐厨垃圾发酵分解成有机肥料,探究复合菌种降解效果及产出物的可用性,并对中试微生物处理机操作条件进行优化。结果表明,复合菌种处理餐厨垃圾减量率85%以上,升温快速,高温维持时间较长,腐熟时间较短,腐熟彻底。Fluent软件模拟结果显示:中试采用七叶桨搅拌器优于五叶桨,搅拌转速为6 r·min-1时,经济性和混合效果均较佳。 相似文献
