An auditory working-memory vigilance task (AWVT), which involves higher mental abilities of a person, like working-memory and decision-making, in addition to vigilance, is presented for measuring human mental fatigue in this paper. A 25-h sleep deprivation study, with hourly testing by AWVT (3 min), PalmPVT (5 min) and self-report of sleepiness, is conducted on eight healthy subjects. The trend of mental fatigue level as measured by a specially proposed score, AWVT Fatigue Index (AFI), during the 25-h study shows very similar pattern to those of PalmPVT lapses and self-report sleepiness. AFI even shows closer correspondence to self-report sleepiness than PalmPVT lapses. This suggests that AWVT is able to measure performance decrement due to sleep deprivation, and it can even provide better measurement of mental fatigue than PalmPVT. AWVT shows a learning curve of less than 3 trials indicating that no skill is required in performing AWVT. Furthermore, repeat studies are done on five of the eight subjects. Pearson’s correlation analysis and other statistical exhibits suggest that AWVT has good test–retest reliability and within subject consistency, which are even better than those of PalmPVT. These results suggest that the AWVT can be used as a reliable objective measure of mental fatigue, and it can even track mental fatigue more accurately than PalmPVT in the real world where most tasks require not just a reaction time type response, but also higher mental abilities.  相似文献

The physical properties of gas and water are important in usage of gas reservoirs with water and water-soluble gas reservoirs. According to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standards SY/T5542-2009 of the People's Republic of China, by applying the crude oil multistage degassing method from the “Test Method for Reservoir fluid Physical Properties” and the formation water high-pressure property testing method described in the “Theory and Application of Reservoir Fluid Phase”, this investigation employed a Ruska 2370–601A phase analyzer to obtain data regarding gas–water ratios, water volume factors, compressibility coefficients, and densities. The results showed curve trends with changes in the temperature and pressure. The gas–water ratio was compared to the gas content of subsurface samples from the X water-soluble gas reservoir, suggesting that these findings might help in the analysis of water-soluble gas reservoirs.  相似文献

根据国家畜禽养殖业水污染物排放标准意见征求工作,对浙江省8家不同规模的养猪场开展了监测分析。研究发现,废水中COD、TN、NH4-N和BOD5等主要污染因子平均浓度超出征求意见稿中直接排放限值;重金属元素Zn和As最大的超标倍数分别为3.87和0.7倍;废水的综合污染指数为7.23,为重度污染级。进一步验证了畜禽养殖业废水属高污染、高环境风险废水,要达到国家畜禽养殖业水污染物排放标准,需整体提升当前的畜禽养殖废水处理深度。  相似文献

Water temperature not only affects the solubility of gas in water but can also be an important factor in the dissipation process of supersaturated total dissolved gas (TDG). The quantitative relationship between the dissipation process and temperature has not been previously described. This relationship affects the accurate evaluation of the dissipation process and the subsequent biological effects. This article experimentally investigates the impact of temperature on supersaturated TDG dissipation in static and turbulent conditions. The results show that the supersaturated TDG dissipation coefficient increases with the temperature and turbulence intensity. The quantitative relationship was verified by straight flume experiments. This study enhances our understanding of the dissipation of supersaturated TDG. Furthermore, it provides a scientific foundation for the accurate prediction of the dissipation process of supersaturated TDG in the downstream area and the negative imp)acts of high dam projects on aquatic ecosystems.  相似文献

Non-thermal plasma technology has been regarded as a promising alternative technology for NOx removal. The understanding of NO2 reduction characteristics is extremely important since NO2 reduction could lower the total NO oxidation rate in the plasma atmosphere. In this study, NO2 reduction was experimentally investigated using a non-thermal plasma reactor driven by a pulsed power supply for different simulated gas compositions and operating parameters. The NO2 reduction was promoted by increasing the specific energy density (SED), and the highest conversion rates were 33.7%, 42.1% and 25.7% for Ar, N2/Ar and O2/Ar, respectively. For a given SED, the NO2 conversion rate had the order N2/Ar 〉 Ar 〉 02/Ar. The highest energy yield of 3.31 g/kWh was obtained in N2/Ar plasma and decreased with increasing SED; the same trends were also found in the other two gas compositions. The conversion rate decreased with increasing initial NO2 concentration. Furthermore, the presence of N2 or O2 led to different reaction pathways for NO2 conversion due to the formation of different dominating reactive radicals.  相似文献

北京平原区夏垫断裂的多源遥感影像特征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
1679年9月2日三河—平谷8.0级地震在地表形成总体走向N40°~45°E,倾角60°~70°,长达10 km的破裂带。该文采用Landsat-8、SPOT-5、SAR、GDEM、Google Earth多源遥感影像研究夏垫断裂的遥感影像特征。利用ERDAS软件,对Landsat-8影像按7∶4∶2依次为R、G、B分量作彩色合成增强处理,突出影像的线性构造特征;对Landsat-8和SPOT-5影像、Landsat-8和SAR影像分别进行融合处理,丰富影像的光谱信息;对GDEM与SPOT影像进行三维叠加,突出影像的三维特征;对SAR影像进行斑点压缩、方向滤波处理,突出影像平行断裂方向的线性特征。文中分析、对比了Google Earth和SPOT-5影像上地震陡坎的特征,陡坎在SPOT-5影像上表现较明显,但在影像上表现不出较低陡坎,同时,在两种影像上容易将绿色植被、狭窄道路或其它地物误认为陡坎;SAR滤波后的影像表现出暗色的线性条带;Landsat-8和SAR融合后的影像表现出较宽的异常条带,该条带指示断裂带所在位置。  相似文献

北京平原区夏垫活动断裂滑动速率及古地震复发间隔   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
搜集了有关夏垫断裂钻孔测年数据,采用最小二乘法对数据进行拟合分析,拟合结果显示夏垫断裂滑动速率在地段和时段上均存在差异,且在时段上的差异更加明显。前20 ka以来滑动速率相对较小(0.13~0.30 mm/a);前26 ka~20 ka,滑动速率较大(1.38~2.56mm/a),约为前20 ka以来滑动速率的9~11倍。利用潘各庄探槽、东柳河屯探槽、齐心庄探槽、大胡庄探槽、地震联合钻孔剖面及钻孔资料判定除1679年三河-平谷8级地震外,前20 ka以来夏垫断裂还存在6次古地震事件,古地震平均复发间隔约为3 000 a。  相似文献

通过对夏垫断裂下降盘(上盘)第四纪堆积物逐层分析和对比,定性的分析出夏垫断裂下降盘(上盘)距地表10 m范围内,各层的沉积环境和相应的沉积韵律特征。研究发现:由探槽所揭露的地层可以分为7个沉积旋回,每个沉积旋回由上部的细粒层和下部的粗粒层组成,粒度上细下粗;细粒层均为含碳粘土和粉砂质粘土,具有湖相沉积的特点,其沉积环境多为还原环境或弱还原环境;粗粒层一般为细砂、粗砂层,具有快速堆积的特点,其沉积环境多为氧化环境或弱氧化环境;分析认为,断塞沉积所显示的韵律性结构是地震周期性活动的结果,这一研究是揭示夏垫断裂的古地震事件,反演古地震活动并预测其未来行为的基础。  相似文献

The disposal of waste brines has become a major challenge that hinders the wide application of ion- exchange resins in the water industry in recent decades. In this study, high sulfate removal efficiency (80%-90%) was achieved at the influent sulfate concentration of 3600 mg/L and 3% NaC1 after 145 days in an expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) reactor. Furthermore, the feasibility of treating synthetic waste brine containing high levels of sulfate and nitrate was investigated in a single EGSB reactor during an operation period of 261 days. The highest nitrate and sulfate loading rate reached 6.38 and 5.78 kg/(m3-day) at SO42--S/NO3-N mass ratio of 4/3, and the corresponding removal efficiency was 99.97% and 82.26% at 3% NaC1, respectively. Meanwhile, 454-pyrosequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial diversity of the sludge on the 240th day for stable operation of phase X. Results showed that a total of 9194 sequences were obtained, which could be affiliated to 14 phyla, including Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Chlorobi, Bacteroidetes, Synergistetes and so on. Proteobacteria (77.66%) was the dominant microbial population, followed by Firmicutes (12.23%) and Chlorobi (2.71%).  相似文献

以岷江上游为研究区,选取堵河型泥石流沟4条、堵塞型和不堵河型泥石流沟各2条,在详细分析和比较8条典型泥石流的流域特征、一次有代表性的泥石流过程的泥石流流体特征及沟口处主河特征的基础上,结合专家问卷调查,得出了与泥石流堵河关系较为密切的因素,它们是:泥石流规模、堆积区主河宽度、泥石流沟床比降、泥石流流量、入汇处主河流量、泥石流颗粒级配、入汇处主河比降、泥石流粘度、重度、泥石流沟与主河夹角、泥石流暴发频率等。  相似文献
