This study investigates the effects of four different variables (initial workpiece temperature, side rake angle, edge radius/feed rate, and nose radius/depth of cut) on ductile regime machining of a bioceramic material known as nanohydroxyapatite (nano-HAP) using 3D numerical simulation. AdvantEdge FEM Version 5.9 is used to conduct turning simulations of the nano-HAP workpiece. Tecplot 360 is used to analyze the results of the simulations. Because the workpiece is thin, the entire workpiece is set to a uniform initial temperature to simulate laser preheating of the material. Initial workpiece temperature, rake angle (side rake angle), edge radius, and nose radius are varied, and the effects of these operating conditions on critical feed are investigated. It is found that critical feed increases as initial workpiece temperature increases, and also as negativity of rake angle increases. For the edge radius, it is concluded that an initial increase causes an increase in critical feed – however, at some value of edge radius, critical feed shows no further increase; for the nose radius, critical feed appears to show no significant dependence. 相似文献

地震前地壳中的应力变化会引起在一定区域范围内的地球物理场与地球化学场变化。动物有感受这种变化的能力,在地震发生前数天或数小时,动物可能会不安、抑郁或狂躁、迁徙或逃亡。动物的这种能力是在长期进化过程中形成的,动物在自我保护的同时有可能为人类提供地震预警信号。本文概述了动物感受地震灾害的机制,分析了从基因遗传水平上解释动物地震灾害避险能力的途径,阐述了找出可能作为灾害预警信号的特有动物异常反应的意义,讨论了建立试验性地震灾害动物行为异常预警系统的方法。 相似文献

研究了山西省4座典型焦炉周边环境空气中总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)碳组分特征,分析了不同装煤方式和炭化室高度对其的影响。结果表明:(1)焦炉周边环境空气中TSP质量浓度为711.95~2 938.41μg/m3,其中有机碳(OC)、元素碳(EC)的质量浓度分别为189.45~595.90、285.38~806.71μg/m3,总碳占TSP的质量分数为44.81%~67.45%;捣固焦炉周边的TSP及其碳组分浓度高于顶装焦炉,炭化室高度越高的焦炉周边环境空气中TSP及其碳组分浓度越低。(2)4座焦炉周边环境空气TSP中OC和EC质量比为0.66~1.04,说明焦炉周边环境空气中碳组分以一次污染为主。(3)4座焦炉周边环境空气TSP中碳组分的分歧系数为0.092~0.490,均小于0.5,总体来说装煤方式和炭化室高度都对焦炉周边环境空气TSP中碳组分的分布有一定影响,特别是装煤方式和炭化室高度都不同的焦炉周边环境空气TSP中碳组分差异较大。 相似文献

电渗透脱水对污泥热干燥特性的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以污水厂机械脱水后的污泥作为研究对象,提出了采用电渗透-热干燥结合进行深度脱水的方法。通过对原泥以及电渗透脱水至不同含水率(67%、71%和76%)的污泥在热干燥过程中含水率和干燥速率的测定,分析电渗透脱水对污泥热干燥特性的改善规律。结果表明,经电渗透脱水至含水率为67%和71%的污泥在热干燥过程中的传热传质速率及干燥速率有明显提高,且干燥温度越高,电渗透后污泥的干燥速率与原泥的干燥速率差距越大。相同电压梯度及相同温度下电渗透至67%后进行热干燥耗能最少。实际应用中应结合能耗分析选择合适的电渗透程度及干燥温度,以达到最优效果。 相似文献

Risk assessment of metal-contaminated soil depends on how precisely one can predict the solubility of metals in soils. Responses of plants and soil organisms to metal toxicity are explained by the variation in free metal ion activity in soil pore water. This study was undertaken to predict the free ion activity of Zn, Cu, Ni, Cd, and Pb in metal-contaminated soil as a function of pH, soil organic carbon, and extractable metal content. For this purpose, 21 surface soil samples (0–15 cm) were collected from agricultural lands of various locations receiving sewage sludge and industrial effluents for a long period. One soil sample was also collected from agricultural land which has been under intensive cropping and receiving irrigation through tube well water. Soil samples were varied widely in respect of physicochemical properties including metal content. Total Zn, Cu, Ni, Cd, and Pb in experimental soils were 2,015?±?3,373, 236?±?286, 103?±?192, 29.8?±?6.04, and 141?±?270 mg kg?1, respectively. Free metal ion activity, viz., pZn2+, pCu2+, pNi2+, pCd2+, and pPb2+, as estimated by the Baker soil test was 9.37?±?1.89, 13.1?±?1.96, 12.8?±?1.89, 11.9?±?2.00, and 11.6?±?1.52, respectively. Free metal ion activity was predicted by pH-dependent Freundlich equation (solubility model) as a function of pH, organic carbon, and extractable metal. Results indicate that solubility model as a function of pH, Walkley–Black carbon (WBC), and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)-extractable metals could explain the variation in pZn2+, pCu2+, pNi2+, pCd2+, and pPb2+ to the extent of 59, 56, 46, 52, and 51 %, respectively. Predictability of the solubility model based on pH, KMnO4-oxidizable carbon, and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid-extractable or CaCl2-extractable metal was inferior compared to that based on EDTA-extractable metals and WBC. 相似文献

The biologic activated carbon (BAC) process is widely used in drinking water treatments. A comprehensive molecular analysis
of the microbial community structure provides very helpful data to improve the reactor performance. However, the bottleneck
of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) extraction from BAC attached biofilm has to be solved since the conventional procedure was
unsuccessful due to firm biomass attachment and adsorption capacity of the BAC granules. In this study, five pretreatments
were compared, and adding skim milk followed by ultrasonic vibration was proven to be the optimal choice. This protocol was
further tested using the vertical BAC samples from the full-scale biofilter of Pinghu Water Plant. The results showed the
DNAyielded a range of 40 μg·g−1 BAC (dry weight) to over 100 μg·g−1 BAC (dry weight), which were consistent with the biomass distribution. All results suggested that the final protocol could

目的研究冲击载荷下炸药内部损伤随时间变化特征对其冲击感度的影响规律。方法针对损伤状态随时间变化的两种典型情况,采用冲击波模拟加载的方式对炸药装药进行损伤实验。损伤的恢复时间很长时,在损伤后将试样放置7天后,再研究其损伤状态对其冲击起爆特性的影响;恢复时间很短时,通过控制冲击损伤实验和冲击感度实验之间的时间间隔模拟多层靶板撞击的实际情况。选择常用的两种奥克托金基炸药作为研究对象,通过冲击感度实验确定临界隔板厚度、设计损伤条件,然后进行两种不同损伤愈合时间后的冲击起爆特性实验,研究损伤状态对炸药装药冲击起爆特性的影响。结果在文中损伤条件下,放置7天后,炸药装药的冲击感度均显著下降,而类似于侵彻多层靶板条件的实验后,炸药装药的冲击感度显著增加。结论炸药装药损伤状态随时间的变化对炸药装药冲击起爆有完全不同的影响趋势,在相关的炸药装药安全性设计时,必须考虑与损伤时间状态相关的冲击起爆特性。 相似文献
