对比了不同吸附剂对重金属的吸附效果,同时研究了啤酒酵母的固定化方法、菌体用量对吸附效果的影响、非同定化和固定化啤酒酵母吸附热力学特性。研究结果表明,非固定化死啤酒酵母对Cd^2+的单位菌体吸附量是常用吸附剂活性炭的3倍;由1:3的海藻酸钠与碱处理啤酒酵母(w/w)制得的固定化颗粒吸附效果最好;菌体用量的增加会降低单位菌体对重金属的吸附量;啤酒酵母对重金属的吸附位点有限,Cd^2+的实际最大吸附量为13.95mg/g,Cu^2+为7.67μg/g。非固定化和固定化啤酒酵母对Cu^2+和Cd^2+的等温吸附过程均可用Linear方程、Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程来进行拟合,但非同定化啤酒酵母以Langmuir方程最优,其拟合计算的最大吸附量qmzxCd和qmxxCu分别为13.96mg/g和8.01mg/g;固定化啤酒酵母以Freundlich方程最优,实际最大吸附量Cd为75.41mg/g,Cu为66.58mg/g。  相似文献

Elemental mercury (Hg^0) in flue gases can be efficiently captured by mercury chloride (HgCl2) solution. However, the absorption behaviors and the influencing effects are still poorly understood. The mechanism of Hg^0 absorption by HgCl2 and the factors that control the removal were studied in this paper. It was found that when the mole ratio of Cl^- to HgCl2 is 10:1, the Hg^0 removal efficiency is the highest. Among the main mercury chloride species, HgCl3^- is the most efficient ion for Hg^0 removal in the HgCl2 absorption system when moderate concentrations of chloride ions exist. The Hg^0 absorption reactions in the aqueous phase were investigated computationaIIy using Moller-Plesset perturbation theory. The calculated Gibbs free energies and energy barriers are in excellent agreement with the results obtained from experiments. In the presence of SO3^2- and SO2, Hg^2+ reduction occurred and Hg^0 removal efficiency decreased. The reduced Hg^0 removal can be controlled through increased chloride concentration to some degree. Low pH value in HgCla solution enhanced the Hg^0 removal efficiency, and the effect was more significant in dilute HgCl2 solutions. The presence of SO4^2- and NO3^- did not affect Hg^0 removal by HgCl2.  相似文献

本研究在河北工程大学监测站点开展了大气中56种VOCs、NOx以及气象参数的长期在线监测,结合2013—2019年国控站的在线监测数据,对邯郸市PM2.5-O3复合污染特征进行分析.结果表明,邯郸市2013—2019年复合污染天数波动较大,近几年呈现增加趋势,且集中在每年的春夏季.2013—2017年复合污染天数峰值均出现在6月,2018年和2019年出现在3月和4月.气象因素分析结果表明,温度、湿度和气压对邯郸市复合污染影响较明显,当温度为21.0~29.0℃、湿度较高、气压偏低的条件下,更容易发生复合污染,而风速对邯郸市复合污染影响较小.对PM2.5与O3相互作用分析发现,冬季高浓度PM2.5对O3有抑制作用,夏季PM2.5浓度不超标时,O3浓度随其升高而上升,PM2.5浓度超标后变化趋势相反,当PM2.5浓度大于125 μg·m-3时不再出现PM2.5-O3复合污染.虽然近年来PM2.5、SO2和NO2浓度下降,但二次转化率依然较高甚至有加强趋势.利用VOCs/NOx值分析邯郸市O3生成敏感性,结果显示邯郸市春冬季属于VOCs控制到NOx控制的过渡区,夏秋季属于NOx控制区,且复合污染日VOCs/NOx值(6.3)最小,清洁日(9.3)最大.复合污染时NO3-和OC浓度较高,OC/EC值与其他污染日相比最大,说明复合污染时二次污染严重,有效治理PM2.5-O3复合污染必须减排能同时形成O3和二次有机气溶胶的高活性有机物.  相似文献

The trophic status assessment of lakes in different lake regions may provide important and fundamental information for lake trophic state classification and eutrophication control. In this study, a region-specific lake eutrophication assessment standard was established through a frequency distribution method based on chlorophyll-a concentration. The assessment standards under the oligotrophic state for lakes in the Eastern plain, Yungui Plateau, Northeast Plain and Mountain Mongolia-Xinjiang regions are total phosphorus of 0.068, 0.005, 0.011, 0.005 mg/L; total nitrogen of 1.00, 0.16, 0.37, 0.60 mg/L; Secchi depth of 0.60, 8.00, 1.55, 3.00 m; and CODMn of 2.24, 1.00, 5.1 l, 4.00 mg/L, respectively. Moreover, a region-specific comprehensive trophic level index was developed to provide an understandable assessment method for the public. The results indicated that the frequency distribution analysis based on chlorophyll-a combined with trophic level index provided a useful metric for the assessment of the lake trophic status. In addition, the difference of eutrophication assessment standards in different lake regions was analyzed, which suggested that the sensitivities of algae to nutrients and the assessment standard of trophic status possessed significant regional differences for the four lake ecoregions. Lake eutrophication assessment standards would contribute to maximizing the effectiveness of future management strategies, to control and minimize lake eutrophication problems.  相似文献

Hydroxyapatite (HAP) is a widely used bio-ceramic in the fields of orthopedics and dentistry. This study investigates the machinability of nano-crystalline HAP (nHAP) bio-ceramic in end milling operations, using uncoated carbide tool under dry cutting conditions. Efforts are focused on the effects of various machining conditions on surface integrity. A first order surface roughness model for the end milling of nHAP was developed using response surface methodology (RSM), relating surface roughness to the cutting parameters: cutting speed, feed, and depth of cut. Model analysis showed that all three cutting parameters have significant effect on surface roughness. However, the current model has limited statistical predictive power and a higher order model is desired. Furthermore, tool wear and chip morphology was studied. Machined surface analysis showed that the surface integrity was good, and material removal was caused by brittle fracture without plastic flow.  相似文献
