Airborne concentrations of PAH in the vicinity of the source region with open‐air burning of metal scraps were measured between February, 1992 and November, 1993. The activity of open‐air burning decreased significantly since 1993 due to prohibition regulation. Both gaseous phase and particle‐bound PAH were measured at five sampling sites, which included one reference sampling site far away from the source region. Both values of gaseous and particle‐bound PAH concentrations, which were measured in the vicinity of source region, decreased clearly during the two years monitoring period. It shows that the uncontrolled open‐air burning of metal scraps was a significant emission source of airborne PAH in the study area. The profiles of various species of PAH were also compared. A large decrease in benzo(a)pyrene was observed in the source region. 相似文献

为进一步探索啶酰菌胺对水生生物的毒性,选择斑马鱼为供试生物,采用半静态法,研究了啶酰菌胺在斑马鱼体内的富集与消除规律及对其肝脏和鳃的毒性作用。结果表明,斑马鱼暴露于0.08、0.32 mg·L~(-1)中,14 d后均达到富集平衡,28 d生物富集系数(BCF_(28 d))分别为35.50和36.72。在0.16、0.32 mg·L~(-1)浓度下,斑马鱼的比肝重(HSI)和比鳃重(BSI)均明显高于对照组,而肝脏和鳃中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和线粒体呼吸链复合物II活性均明显低于对照组,浓度低于0.08 mg·L~(-1)时,对斑马鱼无明显影响。由此可知,啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼为中等富集性,并对其肝脏和鳃有一定毒性作用。 相似文献

A two-stage upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB) and sequencing batch reactor(SBR) system was introduced to treat landfill leachate for advanced removal of COD and nitrogen at low temperature.In order to improve the total nitrogen(TN) removal efficiency and to reduce the COD requirement for denitrification,the raw leachate with recycled SBR nitrification supernatant was pumped into the first-stage UASB(UASB1) to achieve simultaneous denitrification and methanogenesis.The results showed that UASB1 played an important role in COD removal and UASB2 and SBR further enhanced the nutrient removal efficiency.When the organic loading rates of UASB1,UASB2 and SBR were 11.95,1.63 and 1.29 kg COD/(m3·day),respectively,the total COD removal efficiency of the whole system reached 96.7%.The SBR acted as the real undertaker for NH4+-N removal due to aerobic nitrification.The system obtained about 99.7% of NH4+-N removal efficiency at relatively low temperature(14.9-10.9°C).More than 98.3% TN was removed through complete denitrification in UASB1 and SBR.In addition,temperature had a significant effiect on the rates of nitrification and denitrification rather than the removal of TN and NH4+-N once the complete nitrification and denitrification were achieved. 相似文献

通过对SBR中型试验系统长期(200d)处理实际生活污水过程中的污泥膨胀现象进行考察,研究了温度、污泥中胞外聚合物(EPS)含量、污泥负荷及DO浓度与污泥膨胀现象之间的内在联系.试验结果表明,系统污泥膨胀属于粘性膨胀,是一种在低温(16℃以下)条件下容易发生的污泥膨胀现象,且这种膨胀会导致污泥流失并致使系统混合液污泥浓度(MLSS)逐渐降低至1200mg·L-1.粘性膨胀污泥分泌的EPS水平超过正常污泥,即使在正常DO浓度(2.0mg·L-1)和常温(20℃)条件下,粘性膨胀污泥也较难通过人为控制恢复到正常状态.最后,分析得出粘性膨胀的原因主要是温度突变,并提出相应的预防措施. 相似文献

为了实现对于环境中抗生素恩诺沙星与诺氟沙星的同时快速灵敏检测,本研究基于间接竞争免疫反应模式及荧光全内反射原理,以本课题组自主研发的平面波导生物传感器为平台,建立了恩诺沙星和诺氟沙星的同时快速检测方法.通过对抗体浓度、pH及钙离子浓度的优化,提高了检测方法的灵敏度,结果表明,恩诺沙星的检测限为0.34μg·L~(-1),诺氟沙星的检测限为0.14μg·L~(-1).在单物质检测的基础上,首次实现了基于平面波导传感器的两种抗生素同时检测,检测周期仅15 min,检测限为0.06μg·L~(-1).本研究从理论上分析了同时检测时检测限下降、灵敏度提高的原因,为利用生物传感器法同时检测抗生素提供了理论指导及技术支撑. 相似文献

应用PCR-DGGE(polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis)技术和16S rDNA序列测定对间歇好氧硫酸盐废水处理工艺的微生物群落结构进行了研究.采集味精厂好氧池原始污泥以及实验室内间歇好氧工艺驯化后不同条件下的活性污泥样品,通过基因组DNA的提取、PCR扩增和DGGE分离,初步分析了各污泥样品的微生物群落多样性,结果表明,PCR-DGGE方法可以在一定程度上反映工艺以及操作条件对微生物群落结构的影响.通过DGGE反复分离纯化及割胶回收,DGGE检验为单一条带后进行测序并提交到GenBank数据库比对,结果表明,间歇好氧硫酸盐系统中优势菌株大多数为未培养细菌,来源于不同的污染环境,具有重要污染物降解的生态功能,其中包括与硫酸盐还原菌(Desulfobulbus propionicus)在系统发育上非常接近的菌株. 相似文献

In this study, a cascade of anoxic and oxic fluidized bed biofilm reactors system was carried out to treat synthetic municipal wastewater. The parameters of the influent flow rates and C/N ratios were discussed. System performance was acceptable for chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia, and total nitrogen removal. A decrease of ammonia and total nitrogen removal efficiencies, however, was observed when the influent flow rates increased to 5.04 and 6.12 1 h(-1). Total nitrogen removal decreased at the influent C/N ratio of 3:1. The measured ratios of COD reduction in the anoxic column to nitrogen removal through nitrification-denitrification were 3.7, 3.5, 3.3, and 3.1 g COD/g(-1) N on average when the influent C/N ratios changed from 6:1 to 3:1. The observed sludge yield (Yobs) was 0.169 g VSS g COD(-1) because of perfect denitrification in the anoxic column and the relatively long solids retention time. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶-浸渍-焙烧法制备了负载型纳米复合半导体WO3-TiO2/AC光催化剂,以偶氮染料刚果红为目标降解物,通过正交实验优化了刚果红废水的降解条件,并对其光催化动力学进行了探讨.结果表明,刚果红废水的最佳降解条件为:催化剂投加量10 g/L,pH=7,H2O2用量为3.5 mL/L.在最佳条件下,当刚果红废水起始浓度为40 mg/L时,反应120 min后,刚果红溶液的去除率可达95.21%,较相同条件下TiO2/AC对刚果红染料的降解率提高了19.57%.光催化剂对刚果红的光催化降解符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)模型. 相似文献
