受全球气候变化的影响,灾害性天气频发,使得山区泥石流危害极为严重.作为人口和经济高度集中的山区城镇也就成为泥石流危害的主要对象.针对山区城镇泥石流危害特征及风险控制现状,引入地理学中的同心圆理论,探讨了山区城镇泥石流风险控制的"同心圆模式",分析了"同心圆模式"中各风险控制层对灾害风险的控制机制及效应,提出城镇泥石流风险控制应遵循多层防范、逐级降低的思路,研究可为山区城镇的减灾管理提供合理的参考. 相似文献

Rates of 14C-phenanthrene mineralization in contaminated, undisturbed marine sediments were measured using the whole core injection method to assess microbial natural attenuation activity as a function of sediment depth. Submerged sediments were sampled from Eagle Harbor, a marine superfund site in Puget Sound. Experiments show significant biodegradation activities (0.0012-0.0036 day(-1)) in the sediment horizons from 0 to 10 cm. The purpose and scope of this paper is to evaluate the range of experimental conditions giving valid results; a mathematical simulation described competing contaminant 14C-phenanthrene diffusion and simultaneous biodegradation (Monod kinetics), both retarded by sorption. The effect of aging was examined with two sorption models in presumed pseudo-homogenous sediments having effective properties. The simulation predictions provide quantitative guidelines for the successful use of the whole core injection method. (1) The effective Monod constant KS' in sediment is increased by a large partition coefficient KP between sediment and water and makes the apparent 14C-phenanthrene biodegradation approach first-order kinetics. (2) When KS'>1 mg(-1) l(-1), the measured 14C-phenanthrene biodegradation extent is biased by inadequately distributed injected tracer only when less than 7% of the sediment horizon is initially probed and mixed with injected tracer. (3) A short incubation time (<20 days) is necessary when a mobile indicator, e.g., gaseous 14CO2, is used. For longer incubation times, predictions show that a 14CO2 indicator diffuses to adjacent horizons, thus smearing the depth profile of biodegradation. (4) This method employing a radiolabeled tracer provides accurate biodegradation rates for freshly contaminated sediments, and represents an upper limit to the natural phenanthrene biodegradation extents if the contaminant is aged over 50 days. 相似文献

Recent research in nitrogen exchange with the atmosphere has separated research communities according to N form. The integrated perspective needed to quantify the net effect of N on greenhouse-gas balance is being addressed by the NitroEurope Integrated Project (NEU). Recent advances have depended on improved methodologies, while ongoing challenges include gas-aerosol interactions, organic nitrogen and N(2) fluxes. The NEU strategy applies a 3-tier Flux Network together with a Manipulation Network of global-change experiments, linked by common protocols to facilitate model application. Substantial progress has been made in modelling N fluxes, especially for N(2)O, NO and bi-directional NH(3) exchange. Landscape analysis represents an emerging challenge to address the spatial interactions between farms, fields, ecosystems, catchments and air dispersion/deposition. European up-scaling of N fluxes is highly uncertain and a key priority is for better data on agricultural practices. Effluent from sewage treatment plants has been associated with a range of pollutant effects. Depending on the influent composition and treatment processes the effluent may contain a myriad of different chemicals which makes monitoring very complex. In this study we aimed to monitor relatively polar organic pollutant mixtures using a combination of passive sampling techniques and a set of biochemistry based assays covering acute bacterial toxicity (Microtox), phytotoxicity (Max-I-PAM assay) and genotoxicity (umuC assay). The study showed that all of the assays were able to detect effects in the samples and allowed a comparison of the two plants as well as a comparison between the two sampling periods. Distinct improvements in water quality were observed in one of the plants as result of an upgrade to a UV disinfection system, which improved from 24x sample enrichment required to induce a 50% response in the Microtox assay to 84x, from 30x sample enrichment to induce a 50% reduction in photosynthetic yield to 125x, and the genotoxicity observed in the first sampling period was eliminated. Thus we propose that biochemical assay techniques in combination with time integrated passive sampling can substantially contribute to the monitoring of polar organic toxicants in STP effluents. 相似文献

聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)用于油田驱油产生大量难处理的含聚废水。以分子筛为吸附剂处理含聚废水,研究分子筛类型(Y、Beta和ZSM-5,H型和Na型)和物化性质对其吸附PAM性能的影响,并测定吸附等温线。结果表明,吸附性能顺序为BetaYZSM-5,H型优于Na型。H-Beta对PAM的吸附来自分子筛中阳离子与PAM中阴离子的静电作用,Si—O和Al—OH与PAM中酰胺基的氢键作用。H-Beta开放的通道结构,较高的介孔比例和表面积,较强的酸性和良好的酸中心可接近性使其具有优异的吸附性能。Si O2/Al2O3=26的H-Beta对浓度为200 mg/L的PAM溶液,PAM脱除率可达95.2%。在低PAM平衡浓度时,PAM在H-Beta上的吸附符合Langmuir单层吸附特征,饱和吸附量达70.2 mg/g,在高浓度区域则由于PAM疏水缔合作用加强呈现多层吸附。 相似文献

为了解决燃煤锅炉烟气中超细颗粒难以脱除的问题,基于流体动力学原理设计了一种超细颗粒聚并器,并在300 MW燃煤锅炉机组电除尘器的前置烟道中进行了实验研究。结果表明,聚并器内部存在超细颗粒之间以及超细颗粒与大颗粒之间的相互聚集行为,从而使超细颗粒数量显著减少。例如,对于粒径在2.65和10.48μm以下的颗粒,其体积比例在聚并器出口分别减少了56.7%和62.3%,在电除尘器出口的粉尘浓度减少了26.34 mg/Nm3,这表明,基于流体动力学原理的聚并器对超细颗粒的聚并作用明显,具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

从某油田附近受石油污染土壤中分离出一株以柴油为惟一碳源的耐盐菌株LS1。通过对菌株的生理生化特性、菌体的形态观察及16S r DNA基因序列分析鉴定菌株LS1为假单胞菌属(pseudomonas)。该菌株可耐受的最高盐度(Na Cl)和柴油浓度分别为6%~8%和12 000 mg/L。菌株生长的适宜p H和温度条件分别为6.0~8.0和28~36℃。在盐度为6%、p H为7.0、温度为32℃、菌种投加量为10%的条件下,初始浓度为3 000 mg/L的柴油经6 d降解后,去除率可达78.3%,加入适量外加碳源葡萄糖和蔗糖,可使降解率分别提高至92%和90%左右。菌株LS1的耐盐机理可能是通过在细胞内积累甜菜碱以调节菌株细胞内外渗透压平衡。投加甜菜碱可提高耐盐菌LS1在高盐环境下对柴油的降解效率。 相似文献
