基于2017年5-8月全国雷电监测定位系统ADTD探测到的闪电定位数据,根据标准IEC-62793中对雷电预警系统预警效率评估的定义,对海南地区部分雷电预警站点的预警效率进行了统计分析。海南地区新型雷电预警系统的平均有效预警率(MPOD)约为85%,高于大部分雷电预警系统的有效预警率;对闪电事件的预警率平均可达到95%,表明可以对发生在预警站点有效覆盖范围内95>的闪电提供有效预警;平均错误预警率(MFAR)约为73%,与各类预警系统相比,错误预警率偏高;预警提前期的平均值和中值分别为13.9min和9.6min。 相似文献

In this paper we describe a new incentive-based pollution control program in China, in which the environmental performance of firms is rated from best to worst using five colors--green, blue, yellow, red and black--and the ratings are disseminated to the public through the media. We focus on the first two municipal disclosure programs, which have been implemented at very different levels of economic and institutional development. In both cases, the increases in compliance with pollution regulations have been similar to increases produced by public disclosure programs in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The results suggest that incentives created by public disclosure may significantly reduce pollution in China, even though environmental NGO's play little role and there is no formal channel for public participation in environmental regulation. 相似文献

Mercury from coal-fired utility boilers, as the largest atmospheric mercury emission source, imposes serious environmental risks and health concerns. In order to explore the possibility of reducing costs of activated carbon injection, we investigated the most promising mercury control technology, Hg0 removal using ZnCl2-impregnated adsorbents derived from sewage sludge. The results demonstrated that sludge-based adsorbents (SBAs) had fairly high mercury adsorption capacity over a wide range of temperatures (80–170 °C). Oxidizing atmosphere could improve the adsorption of Hg0 and weaken the inhibition of SO2 on mercury adsorption to some extent. NO exhibited no obvious impact on mercury removal performance. In addition, to clarify whether oxygen- or chlorine-containing functional groups attributed to good mercury adsorption capacity of SBAs, the oxygen-containing functional groups were removed using Boehm’s method, and a temperature-programmed decomposition desorption experiment was conducted. The results suggest that chlorine-containing functional groups played a significant role in the removal process of mercury from flue gas using SBAs. 相似文献

A simple and efficient residue analysis method for direct determination of ioxynil octanoate in maize and soil was developed and validated with High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Ultra Violet (HPLC-UV). The samples were extracted with mixtures of acetonitrile and deionized water followed by Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) to remove co-extractives prior to analysis by HPLC-UV. The recoveries of ioxynil octanoate extracted from maize and soil samples ranged from 86 %-104 % and 84 %-96 %, respectively, with relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 7.84% and sensitivity of 0.01 mg kg(-1). The method was applied to determine the residue of ioxynil octanoate in maize and soil samples from experimental field. Data had shown that the dissipation rate in soil was described as pseudo-first-order kinetics and the half-life (t(1/2)) was less than 1.78 days. No ioxynil octanoate residue (<0.01 mg kg(-1)) was detected in maize at harvest time withholding period of 60 days after treatments of the pesticide. Direct confirmation of the analytes in field trial samples was realized by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). 相似文献

以某采用 A/O 生物除磷工艺水质净化厂排出的富磷剩余污泥为研究对象,利用棕色消化瓶设计了 4 组厌氧消化试验,通过向其中投加NaNO3,考察硝酸盐对污泥消化过程的影响.结果表明,硝酸盐的存在导致 VSS 平均变化速率比空白样快 28.09 mg/(L·d),并且对污泥消化过程中的产甲烷阶段有一定的抑制作用;当硝酸盐存在时,厌氧氨氧化作用的发生导致上清液中的 N-NH4 变化速率减慢,硝酸盐对污泥消化过程中磷的释放有明显的抑制作用,当硝酸盐浓度高于 60 mg/L时,抑制作用明显. 相似文献
