三峡蓄水成库后仍属于典型的河道型水库,其总体水流、水质运动特性符合一维水流水质运动规律。针对三峡库区总体水流、水质运动特性,采用一维水流水质模型对三峡库区水流和水质进行了模拟。以该模型为核心,利用Web Services技术开发并在互联网上发布了模型服务,在此基础上采用成熟的WebGIS和富客户端Flex等技术构建了适用于三峡库区的干流水质模拟平台;能够实现包括各计算断面流速、流量、水位以及污染物浓度时空过程在内的三峡库区干流流速场和浓度场的数值模拟。以库区干流清溪场至十里铺断面内的江段作为模拟实例,利用该平台模拟计算江段内水流和水质状况,并以水文水质同步观测数据对模拟结果进行验证,结果表明其具有较好的模拟效果;为三峡库区污染物总体输移扩散特性研究提供了有利工具,同时也为国家和地方政府进行库区水环境决策提供了技术支持 相似文献

Identification and quantification of dissolved oxygen (DO) profiles of river is one of the primary concerns for water resources managers. In this research, an artificial neural network (ANN) was developed to simulate the DO concentrations in the Heihe River, Northwestern China. A three-layer back-propagation ANN was used with the Bayesian regularization training algorithm. The input variables of the neural network were pH, electrical conductivity, chloride (Cl?), calcium (Ca2+), total alkalinity, total hardness, nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N), and ammonical nitrogen (NH4-N). The ANN structure with 14 hidden neurons obtained the best selection. By making comparison between the results of the ANN model and the measured data on the basis of correlation coefficient (r) and root mean square error (RMSE), a good model-fitting DO values indicated the effectiveness of neural network model. It is found that the coefficient of correlation (r) values for the training, validation, and test sets were 0.9654, 0.9841, and 0.9680, respectively, and the respective values of RMSE for the training, validation, and test sets were 0.4272, 0.3667, and 0.4570, respectively. Sensitivity analysis was used to determine the influence of input variables on the dependent variable. The most effective inputs were determined as pH, NO3-N, NH4-N, and Ca2+. The present work studied the influence of glucose feeding on the ligninolytic enzyme production of Phanerochaete chrysosporium in a nitrogen-limited (C/N ratio is 56/8.8 mmol/L) medium. Several sets of shaking flask experiments were conducted. The
results showed that 2 g/L glucose feeding on the first day of the culture (24 h after the inoculation) simulated both fungal
biomass growth and enzyme production. The manganese peroxidase (MnP) activity was 2.5 times greater than that produced in
cultures without glucose feeding. Furthermore, the glucose feeding mode in fed-batch culture was also investigated. Compared
to cultures with glucose feeding every 48 h, cultures with glucose feeding of 1.5 g/L (final concentration) every 24 h produced
more enzymes. The peak and total yield of MnP activity were 2.7 and 3 times greater compared to the contrast culture, respectively,
and the enzyme was kept stable for 4 days with an activity of over 200 U/L.

两种营养状态下pH对轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
富营养化湖泊夏季藻类生长旺盛、光合作用强烈,湖水pH值普遍升高,因此相关生态因子变化对沉水植物生长影响的研究成为沉水植物组建和水生态恢复的基础。采用实验室模拟方法,研究了中营养(TN0.60mg·L-1;TP0.04mg·L-1)和富营养(TN4.20mg·L-1;TP0.28mg·L-1)两种状态下不同pH(7,8,9,10)对轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)生长、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶和MDA含量的影响。研究发现,培养21d后,pH10时两种营养状态黑藻生长均受到明显抑制,富营养状态下抑制程度更加显著;pH7和pH8时富营养状态增加植物叶绿素含量,pH10时富营养状态叶绿素含量低于中营养状态。超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)在富营养状态下pH8时活性大幅上升,pH9时出现下降,而中营养状态下在pH9时活性才有所升高;过氧化氢酶(CAT)在两种营养状态下,pH9时活性均显著上升,pH10时在富营养状态下受到明显抑制;富营养状态下在pH7~9时,植物丙二醛(MDA)含量随着pH升高显著上升,并且均显著高于中营养状态,在pH9时与中营养状态差异达到最大。研究表明,pH对轮叶黑藻的影响与营养状态相关,当pH大于9时,两种营养状态下轮叶黑藻均受到一定胁迫,富营养状态下作用更加显著。 相似文献

以猪粪中常见且具有较大潜在危害的E1(雌酮),17α-E2(17α-雌二醇),17β-E2(17β-雌二醇)和E3(雌三醇)为研究对象,建立了猪粪中这4种典型类固醇雌激素的GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱)分析检测方法.着重优化了样品的前处理方法,包括对超声提取剂、超声提取时间、固相萃取淋洗剂、衍生化温度和时间的优化选择.结果表明:在优化的试验条件下,猪粪中的典型雌激素E1,17α-E2,17β-E2和E3检出限分别为8.0,2.5,5.1和3.3 μg/kg,平均加标回收率在92.3%~137.4%之间. 相似文献

研究区域CO2净排放,对“碳中和”战略的实现具有重要意义.以长江经济带为例,在揭示1999~2018年长江经济带CO2净排放时空演变特征的基础上,分析长江经济带不同区域社会发展与CO2净排放的脱钩效应,以期为差异化区域产业发展和碳减排路径提供支持.结果表明:(1)1999~2012年长江经济带CO2排放量上升了2 244.23×106 t,碳汇量在研究时间段增长了148.07×106 t;(2)长江经济带呈现“变绿”趋势,2013~2018年中高碳汇量区域(NPP>800 g·m-2,以C计)面积较1999~2012年上升了23.25%;(3)长江经济带下游经济社会发展与CO2净排放脱钩效应较强,上、中和下游强脱钩城市占长江经济带强脱钩城市的比例分别为12%、34%和54%. 相似文献

采用大型底栖动物生物完整性指数(B-IBI)法对松花江流域的水生态环境质量进行研究分析。结果表明,2015年松花江流域各点位水生态环境质量17.24%为优、10.34%为良好、24.14%为一般、41.38%为较差、6.90%为很差。与2012年松花江流域水生态环境质量的比较和趋势分析表明,松花江干流下游、第二松花江、松花江支流的水生态质量均出现不同程度的改善,松花江干流下游改善尤为显著,松花江干流上游生态质量基本保持不变,嫩江水生态质量有下降迹象。流域总体水生态环境质量得到进一步改善,总物种数和清洁指示类群EPT丰度均有增加。 相似文献

Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H. Chen, a rare traditional Chinese medicinal herb, is a widely used phytomedicine used all over the world. In recent years, the arsenic contamination of the herb and its relative products becomes a serious problem due to elevated soil As concentration. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different types and dosages of amendments on As stabilization in soil and its uptake by P. notoginseng. Results showed that comparing to control treatment, the As concentrations of P. notoginseng declined by 49–63%, 43–61% and 52–66% in 0.25% zero-valent iron (Fe(0)), 0.5% bauxite residue, and 1% zeolite treatment, respectively; whereas the biomasses were elevated by 62–116%, 45–152% and 114–265%, respectively. The As(III) proportions of P. notoginseng increased by 8%, 9%, and 8%, and the transfer factors of As from root to shoot increased by 37%, 42% and 84% in the optimal treatments of Fe(0), bauxite residue, and zeolite. For soil As, all the three amendments could transform the non-specifically adsorbed As fraction to hydrous oxides Fe/Al fractions (by Fe(0) and red mud) or specifically adsorbed As fraction (by zeolite), therefore reduced the bioavailability of soil As. With a comprehensive consideration of stabilization efficiency, plant growth, environmental influence, and cost, Fe(0) appeared to be the best amendment, and zeolite could also be a good choice.
