在模拟酸雨条件下土壤盐基离子淋溶特性研究的基础上,采用生成分分析及多元回归分析方法研究了土壤盐基淋溶的影响因子.结果表明,通过主成分分析方法可将选取的15个原始变量综合成为2个主成分,为进一步分析盐基释放量与土壤理化性质之间的关系提供了方便.影响盐基释放量的主要因子有土壤原始pH值、可交换性盐基含量、蒙脱石含量、活性氧化物、1.4nm矿物等,它们表现出效应,而高岭石和可交换性铝含量表现出负效应.利用主成分分析的结果进行多元回归分析,可得到土壤累积盐基释放量与2个主成分之间的回归方程. 相似文献

在研究微量有机化学污染物的光化学行为时,为了增加难溶于水的药品溶解度,往往采用甲醇作助溶剂.但对反应体系中助溶剂甲醇对光化学反应的影响缺乏系统研究.以高压汞灯为光源,以萘普生(NP)及其光解产物NP1和NP2为研究对象,通过对比纯水、1%甲醇和1%异丙醇反应体系中的实验结果发现,少量助溶剂甲醇在紫外光照下对羟基自由基的淬灭效果接近于异丙醇.结合检测到的中间产物,推导了NP的光解路径主要为光致脱羧、羟基自由基夺氢、自由基耦合等反应过程.在助溶剂甲醇存在的体系中,甲醇能与萘普生发生酯化反应,并通过淬灭羟基自由基,影响萘普生的光解反应,从而导致实验结果误读.因此,在光化学实验研究中,应该排除助溶剂甲醇对实验结果的影响. 相似文献

Biodegradation of phthalate esters by two bacteria strains 总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22
In this study two aerobic phthalic acid ester (PAE) degrading bacteria strains, DK4 and O18, were isolated from river sediment and petrochemical sludge, respectively. The two strains were found to rapidly degrade PAE with shorter alkyl-chains such diethyl phthalate (DEP), dipropyl phthalate (DPrP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), benzylbutyl phthalate (BBP) and diphenyl phthalate (DPP) are very easily biodegraded, while PAE with longer alkyl-chains such as dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCP) and dihexyl phthalate (DHP) and di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) are poorly degraded. The degradation rates of the eight PAEs were higher for strain DK4 than for strain O18. In the simultaneous presence of strains DK4 and O18, the degradation rates of the eight PAEs examined were enhanced. When the eight PAEs were present simultaneously, degradation rates were also enhanced. We also found that PAE degradation was delayed by the addition of nonylphenol or selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) at a concentration of 1 microg/g in the sediment. Hydrogen is an important utility in the production of clean fuels such as low-sulfur gasoline and diesel. The shortage of hydrogen resource motivates the integrated management of hydrogen networks with purifiers. In this paper, we propose a systematic approach for the retrofit design of these hydrogen networks. By establishing a state-space superstructure, all possible placements of existing compressors and purifiers are incorporated in the proposed MINLP model. Total annual cost (TAC) is employed as the optimizing object to understand the trade-offs between operating cost and capital cost. Mobilization of soil organic matter by complexing agents and implications for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon desorption 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
Complexing agents are frequently used in treatment technologies to remediate soils, sediments and wastes contaminated with toxic metals. The present study reports results that indicate that the rate and extent of soil organic matter (SOM) as represented by dissolved natural organic carbon (DNOC) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) desorption from a contaminated soil from a manufactured gas plant (MGP) site can be significantly enhanced with the aid of complexing agents. Desorption of DNOC and PAH compounds was pH dependent, with minimal release occurring at pH 2-3 and maximal release at pH 7-8. At pH-6, chelate solutions were shown to dissolve large amounts of humic substances from the soil compared to controls. The complexing agents mobilized polyvalent metal ions, particularly Fe and Al from the soil. Metal ion chelation may disrupt humic (metal ion)-mineral linkages, resulting in mobilization of SOM and accompanying PAH molecules into the aqueous phase; and/or reduce the degree of cross-linking in the soil organic matter phase, which could accelerate PAH diffusion. 相似文献

The planar 2D k-ε double equations‘ turbulence model was adopted and transformed into non-orthogonal curvilinear coordinates. The concentration convection-diffusion was introduced to planar 2D SIMPLEC algorithm of flow in non-orthogonal curvilinear coordinates. The numerical model of pollutant transportation in non-orthogonal curvilinear coordinates was constructed. The model was applied to simulate the flow and pollutant concentration fields. In the testing concentration field, two optimal operations of contamination discharging both along bank and in the centerline at the first bend of the meandering channel were adopted.
