简易垃圾填埋场的安全分析

以福建省晋江市铜锣山垃圾填埋场为例,采用系统的安全分析方法--事故树分析法对该简易垃圾填埋场进行安全分析,发现铜锣山垃圾填埋场存在发生火灾、爆炸、垃圾堆体崩塌及因发生火灾或爆炸事故对邻近建筑物造成破坏的可能性,确定了影响该垃圾填埋场安全的主要因素,提出了有效的安全防范措施.     

新疆阿克苏地区平原区高砷地下水分布特征及富集因素分析

Sustainable consumption in Brazil: Identification of preliminary requirements to guide product development and the definition of public policies

Sustainable product development is closely related to sustainable consumption. The understanding of consumers' purchase, use and discard behaviours may facilitate the identification of requirements to guide manufacturers in the development of sustainable goods and services. The aim of this paper is to investigate consumers' perception about factors that motivate or discourage the consumption of sustainable products to identify demands and convert them into requirements. South Brazilian green and traditional consumers were asked to complete an exploratory qualitative questionnaire. Their answers were organized and compared to identify differences and similarities between the demands of these two groups. Furthermore, demands were converted into requirements for packages, products, manufactures, stores planning and discard systems. The interpretation of factors that motivate or discourage the purchase of sustainable products given by interviewees led to the creation of a list of possible public policies or programmes, aiming to support sustainable consumption. The results demonstrate the necessity of further quantitative investigation between consumer groups, for validation purposes.     

石油类突发水污染事故应急处理技术研究进展

从事故原因、应急处理措施、处理结果等几方面总结了国内外发生的主要石油类突发水污染事故,综述了机械回收、原地焚烧、投加消油剂、生物修复等应对石油类水污染事故的主要应急处理技术.通过对比分析,得出它们的优缺点和适用场景.其中,机械回收中围栏法和吸附法应用研究较多；原地焚烧具有简单、快速与高效等特点；喷洒消油剂适应恶劣天气与大面积处理；而生物修复则具有成本低,无二次污染等优势.分析认为,复杂多变的事故场景决定了应急技术应是一个综合技术系统,通过构建油类突发水污染事故模拟平台,验证深化现有技术,强化现有单项技术的集成是未来的发展方向和重点.     

A new neosuchian with Asian affinities from the Jurassic of northeastern Brazil

Phylogenetic relationships near the origin of extant crocodylians are weakly supported, and this lack of resolution makes for poor estimates of taxonomic and morphological diversity. Previously known taxa are found throughout the Cretaceous in Laurasia and at a few sites from Brazil, Australia, and northern Africa. Here, we report Batrachomimus pastosbonensis gen. et sp. nov. from the Late Jurassic of northeastern Brazil, which is deeply nested within Neosuchia and associated to the Cretaceous Asian paralligatorids. The new taxon predates all other members of Paralligatoridae and its immediate sister group (including Eusuchia) by 30 million years. A nearly complete skull, osteoderms, and limb bones were recovered, and autapomorphies of B. pastosbonensis include a scalloped lateral margin of the rostrum in dorsal view, unsculpted alveolar margin at the caudalmost portion of the maxilla, blunt lateral prongs on the jugal at the base of the postorbital bar, hourglass shaped choanae, and pterygoid choanal septum extended between the palatal shelves of the palatines. The crocodyloid-like skull proportions and the slender, conical teeth suggest an amphibious and piscivorous life history to this 1 m long animal.

     

流域经济与海洋经济联动发展研究

陆海联动是发展海洋经济的新思维，也是解决沿海地区海陆经济发展和环境矛盾的一个有效措施，而流域是陆域上最接近海洋的部分，实施流域经济与海洋经济联动发展是实现陆海统筹发展的前提；促进流域 海洋联动发展、将内陆 流域 海洋互动作为区域经济发展思路是实现陆海联动的最佳途径。在分析流域经济与海洋经济联动发展的背景、意义、基础、效应等的基础上，以长江经济带为例，运用灰色关联分析方法，定量刻画了流域经济与海洋经济的关联程度，指出流域经济与海洋经济的关联度、海洋第三产业与流域第三产业关联度以及海洋主要产业与基本流域第二产业关联度等都非常高。最后从规划编制、建立流域 海洋互动产业网、发展海洋科技以及生态环境保护等方面，提出了促进流域经济与海洋经济联动发展的建议
