新型钢结构法兰节点不同加强环板的数值模拟研究

设计制作了一种采用高强螺栓连接的新型法兰外环板式节点试件,在低周往复加载试验研究中,直角型加强环板转角处存在应力集中现象。以该试验为基础,通过大型有限元软件ABAQUS对试件进行数值模拟,将模拟与试验所得到的破坏机制、滞回曲线和骨架曲线的结果进行了对比验证,证明了ABAQUS模型的可靠性。为避免上述直角型加强环板中存在的应力集中现象,将模型中加强环板转角构造形式改为圆弧型,比较了不同形式下的节点破坏模式以及滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性性能、耗能能力、刚度退化等抗震性能参数,结果表明：圆弧型转角形式能够较好地避免节点直角型加强环板转角处的应力集中且提升了抗震性能。数值模拟研究为该新型法兰外环板式节点的深入研究与工程应用提供了一定的理论基础。     

The Chinese western development initiative: new opportunities for mineral investment

The Western Development Initiative (WDI), launched in 2000 by the Chinese Government, will greatly change the modes and improve the quality of life of the 355 million people living in the western region of China. This paper presents a panoramic picture of the mineral industries under the framework of the WDI. First, it gives an overview of the WDI, including a summary of the favorable and unfavorable conditions for the WDI, the objectives, priorities and key geographical areas for the WDI and the national policies and measures for implementing the WDI. Second, it describes the roles of the mineral industries in the WDI. Finally, it details the policies and actions of the Chinese Government on the exploration and development of mineral resources in the western region in support of the WDI.     

浅谈烟草企业安全文化建设

随着烟草行业的不断发展,干部职工的安全意识的提高,安全工作的极端重要性越来越得到大家的关注和重视。根据国家烟草专卖局的相关工作要求,就如何开展新疆烟草《安全文化建设》的推进工作,谈谈本人的一点初浅体会。     

聚铁混凝-Fenton法-SBR工艺对成熟垃圾场渗滤液深度处理的研究

联合运用聚铁混凝、Fenton方法以及SBR牛物法3种工艺对老龄垃圾场的渗滤液进行深度处理.在综合考虑出水符合垃圾渗滤液国家一级排放标准以及运行成本经济性的前提下,在进水主要污染物COD为640 mg·L-1、色度为500的条件下,推荐了聚铁混凝反应及Fenton反应的最优条件:聚铁加药量为0.45 mL·L-1,[Fe2 ]投加量为0.006 mol,[H2O2]投加量为0.006 mol.L-1,反应时间4 h,Na2CO3投加量约为0.7 g·L～,0.1%PAM投加量为2 mL·L-1,出水COD为68 mg·L-1,BOD为20mg.L-1.同时研究证明,在Fenton方法之前使用聚铁混凝法具有大幅度降低成本、省却pH调节步骤的优点.聚铁混凝反应及Fenton反应总药剂成本低于3.2元/t,实用价值高.Fenton反应后使用SBR生物法处理,其出水水质:COD≤80 mg·L-1.BOD≤8mg.L-1,,NH 4-N≤3 mg.L-1.色度≤5倍,SS≤10 mg·L-1.符合垃圾渗滤液国家一级排放标准.     

鹅公带古滑坡体防治方案分析

水库库岸滑坡是水库工程建设中普遍存在的问题,尤其是河道型水库,库区狭长,滑坡点多面广,库岸滑坡现象严重。阐述了库岸滑坡的防治原则、思路和方法,并针对鹅公带古滑坡体进行了防治方案的分析比选。     

不同生境产脂肪酶菌株的筛选及多样性

为发掘不同特性脂肪酶微生物资源,采用纯培养方法从青海高寒草地、雅安山区、成都平原分离得到产脂肪酶菌株54株.通过对菌株的DNA进行ERIC-PCR指纹图谱分析,按聚类树划分为5个操作分类单元.16S rDNA序列测定和聚类分析显示,分离菌株分布于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)、肠杆菌属(Enterobacter).多样性分析表明,与青海高寒草地、雅安山区相比,成都平原产脂肪酶菌株遗传多样性更为丰富.在54株菌中都出现了300 bp和1 300 bp两个特异且稳定出现的条带,这两个特异条带可能是产脂肪酶菌株的SCAR标记条带.

A GIS-based decision support system for regional eco-security assessment and its application on the Tibetan Plateau

Regional eco-security assessment is an intricate, challenging task. In previous studies, the integration of eco-environmental models and geographical information systems (GIS) usually takes two approaches: loose coupling and tight coupling. However, the present study used a full coupling approach to develop a GIS-based regional eco-security assessment decision support system (ESDSS). This was achieved by merging the pressure-state-response (PSR) model and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) into ArcGIS 9 as a dynamic link library (DLL) using ArcObjects in ArcGIS and Visual Basic for Applications. Such an approach makes it easy to capitalize on the GIS visualization and spatial analysis functions, thereby significantly supporting the dynamic estimation of regional eco-security. A case study is presented for the Tibetan Plateau, known as the world’s “third pole” after the Arctic and Antarctic. Results verified the usefulness and feasibility of the developed method. As a useful tool, the ESDSS can also help local managers to make scientifically-based and effective decisions about Tibetan eco-environmental protection and land use.
