氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸提废旧线路板铜的浸出率与时间的关系 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
探讨氧化亚铁硫杆菌SW-02(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans SW-02)浸提废旧印刷线路板Cu的适宜浸出时间,对Cu的浸出率与时间的关系进行了研究。通过摇瓶培养的方式,在30℃,摇床转速为170 r/min条件下进行浸出实验,按不同时间间隔取样测定溶液Cu2+浓度,pH值与氧化还原电位。分析发现,线路板加入量在30 g/L及以上时,浸出40 h后浸出反应停止,而线路板加入量在15 g/L时,浸出40 h后Cu的浸出率达到70%,继续浸出,浸出率不再显著增加。研究结果表明,铜的适宜浸出时间为40 h。 相似文献

研究固定化小球藻与活性污泥的共生系统对含锌废水中Zn2+的去除效果,分析菌藻状态、初始Zn2+浓度、pH、固定化菌藻小球投加量和菌藻体积比等5个因素对固定化菌藻共生系统去除Zn2+的影响。结果表明,固定化活性污泥、固定化小球藻和固定化菌藻对Zn2+的去除效果均优于悬浮小球藻,其中固定化菌藻对Zn2+的去除效果最好;废水中初始Zn2+浓度小于100 mg/L时,固定化菌藻系统对废水中Zn2+的去除率达到90.5%;固定化菌藻系统去除废水中Zn2+的最佳条件是:初始Zn2+浓度为80 mg/L,pH=7,固定化小球投加量为80 mL,菌藻体积比为1∶2。 相似文献

为了明确利用热空气模拟工业余热作为热源和脉动喷吹动力源拆卸废弃印刷电路板上电子元器件的拆卸机制,分析了废弃印刷电路板脉动喷吹性质,设计并建立了废弃印刷电路板拆卸实验室小试系统,利用Fluent数值模拟软件对拆卸过程中废弃印刷电路板自动拆卸设备内部温度场进行了详细考察,在此基础上,对实验结果进行验证。结果表明,短重边最佳喷吹条件(0.14 MPa,10 mm)下,振动角度为75°;短轻边最佳喷吹条件(0.12 MPa,10 mm)下,振动角度为76°;下进气条件(温度场更均匀,焊料面平均受热温度为198.81℃)更利于废弃印刷电路板上电子元器件的拆卸;采用下进气方式、当预热温度120℃、通气温度为260℃、设备内部达195℃继续通气(拆卸时间)1 min、短重边脉动喷吹压力0.14 MPa、短重边喷吹距离10 mm、短轻边脉动喷吹压力0.12 MPa、短轻边喷吹距离10 mm时,元器件拆卸率为95.1%,且元器件外观完好。本研究明确了废弃印刷电路板拆卸过程中的受热与受力机制,实现了废弃印刷电路板上电子元器件的高效拆卸,为此工艺大规模、工业化生产的实现奠定了理论基础。 相似文献

研究了中试上流式厌氧污泥床生物膜反应器(UASBB)-两段生物接触氧化(BCO)处理规模化猪场废水工艺。结果表明,经过227 d运行,UASBB中成功地实现了同步厌氧氨氧化甲烷化反硝化;两段BCO经45 d成功地挂膜,并控制一段BCO池DO 1.4~1.8 mg/L,实现短程硝化积累NO-2-N;耦合UASBB和两段BCO,回流一段BCO的NO-2-N,确定最佳外回流比为300%;COD负荷达2.81 kg/(m3·d),中试系统对规模化猪场二级沼液、一级沼液、原水COD的去除率分别为94.7%、93%和96.9%,TN负荷达0.487 kg/(m3·d),去除率分别为84.1%、82.8%和84.7%,NH+4-N负荷达0.293 kg/(m3·d),去除率分别为92%、92.9%和88.5%;出水水质符合《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596-2001)。 相似文献

Organisms are typically exposed to mixtures of chemicals over long periods of time; thus, chronic mixture toxicity analysis is the best way to perform risk assessment in regards to organisms. However, most studies focus on the acute mixture toxicity. To investigate the difference between chronic mixture toxicity and acute mixture toxicity, Photobacterium phosphoreum were exposed to chronic (24 h exposure) and acute (15 min exposure) toxicity of single sulfonamide (SA) and their potentiator (trimethoprim, TMP), both individually and mixtures (SA with TMP). A comparison of chronic vs. acute mixture toxicity revealed the presence of an interesting phenomenon, that is, that the joint effects vary with the duration of exposure; the acute mixture toxicity was antagonistic, whereas the chronic mixture toxicity was synergistic. Based on the approach of Quantitative Structure Activity Relationships (QSARs) and molecular docking, this phenomenon was proved to be caused by the presence of two points of dissimilarity between the acute and chronic mixture toxicity mechanism: (1) the receptor protein of SAs in acute toxicity was Luc, while in chronic toxicity it was Dhps, and (2) there is a difference between actual concentration of binding-Luc in acute toxicity and individual binding-Dhps in chronic toxicity. This deep insight into the difference between chronic and acute mixture toxicity will benefit environmental science, medical science, and other disciplines. The existence of these differences poses a challenge for the assessment of routine combinations in medicine, risk assessment, and mixture pollutant control, in which, previously, only a synergistic effect has been observed between SA and their potentiator. 相似文献

在我国 ,洗浴废水达到城市生活污水量的 30 %。本文针对目前洗浴废水通常作为一次性用水的现象 ,参考各国在污水再利用方面所做的工作 ,结合国内外对洗浴废水处理的研究成果 ,探讨了把洗浴废水处理为浴池补给用水的经济、技术、政策和公众接受观念的可行性 ,分析了现有对洗浴废水的处理方法及其工艺流程。提出将洗浴废水处理为浴池直接的补给水的思路 ,同时 ,通过对洗浴废水的成分分析、各种处理工艺的优缺点比较及处理后水回用的适用场所的讨论 ,论述洗浴废水经处理后达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》的可能性 ,可以安全地用作为浴池补给用水。 相似文献

Hongze Lake, located in the east route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP), is a potential drinking water source for the residents along this water diversion project. Based on a monthly sampling at 11 stations in three regions of Hongze Lake, the spatiotemporal distribution pattern of cyanobacteria community was comprehensively investigated from March 2011 to February 2013. A total of 23 cyanobacterial species which belong to 16 genera were identified, and Microcystis was the most predominant cyanobacterial genus mainly composed of Microcystis wesenbergii in Hongze Lake. The cyanobacterial abundance ranged from 0 to 2.6?×?107 cells/L, and the average cyanobacteria abundance of Northern region was significantly higher than those of Western region and Eastern region in the 2-year study. The total cyanobacteria abundance and the Microcystis abundance both took on a similar seasonal regularity in the three regions. The results of correlation analysis indicated that Microcystis abundance was correlated with water temperature, chemical oxygen demand (COD)Mn, nitrate (NO3-N), and total nitrogen (TN)/total phosphorus (TP) mass ratio, among which water temperature had the highest correlation coefficient. In summer, cyanobacteria blooms may take place under suitable environmental conditions at some special areas in Hongze Lake, especially where the concurrence of slow water exchange and steady wind direction exists. 相似文献

Dongping Lake is the final adjusting and storing lake in the east route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in China, and there has been serious concern regarding the water quality. Understanding the process of phytoplankton variation can be particularly useful in water quality improvement and management decisions. In this study, the phytoplankton taxonomic composition, abundance, temporal variations, spatial distribution, and diversity were studied based on a monthly sampling campaign from three sampling stations between May 2010 and May 2011. A total of 132 species (8 phyla, 72 genera), including 64 species of Chlorophyta, 26 species of Bacillariophyta, 21 species of Cyanophyta, 12 species of Euglenophyta, 3 species of Cryptophyta, 2 species of Xanthophyta, 1 species of Pyrrophyta, and 3 species of Chrysophyta were identified. Average phytoplankton diversity index and evenness values were 3.83 and 0.77, respectively, revealing a high biodiversity of phytoplankton community. The phytoplankton abundance averaged 5.11?×?106 cells/L, with Bacillariophyta dominant in winter and spring, but Cyanophyta in summer and autumn. There were 14 predominant species including Pseudanabaena limnetica, Chlamydomonas simplex, Cyclotella stelligera, and Chroomonas acuta. Phytoplankton community structure and water quality variables changed substantially over the survey period; redundancy analysis, Pearson correlations, and regression analysis as an integrated approach were applied to analyze the relationships among them.
