两种微藻胞外分泌物与NO2-、NO3-对2,4-D光解的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
在模拟太阳光照射下,利用旋转式光化学反应装置,研究了海水小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)和新月菱形藻(Nitzschia closterium)的胞外分泌物(EOM),以及分别在NO-2或(和)NO-3共存条件下对2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)光解的影响.实验结果表明,2,4-D在海水小球藻和新月菱形藻EOM及分别在NO-2、NO-3共存下的光解过程均符合准一级动力学反应.研究发现,2,4-D的光解速率随海水小球藻和新月菱形藻EOM浓度的增加而减小,表明这两种微藻EOM可抑制海水中2,4-D的光解.当在微藻EOM溶液中分别加入不同浓度的NO-2或NO-3后,微藻EOM对2,4-D光解的抑制作用减弱,且随着NO-2和NO-3浓度的增加,2,4-D光解速率明显增加.特别是当微藻EOM与NO-2或NO-3三者共存时,可进一步促进2,4-D的光解.  相似文献

采用批平衡试验法,研究了新型螯合型表面活性剂N-十二酰基乙二胺三乙酸钠(N-LED3A)增溶菲的性能,并探讨了其增溶热力学和动力学特征.结果表明:N-LED3A可有效增溶菲,菲的表观溶解度S*w及其在表面活性剂单体和胶束相的分配系数Kmn和Kmc均随温度升高而增大;N-LED3A的临界胶束浓度(CMC)随温度的升高(15、25、35、45℃)呈现先减小后增大的趋势;菲在N-LED3A单体/水、胶束/水的表观摩尔分配焓变ΔH*mm、ΔH*mc分别为18.30、13.12 kJ·mol-1,菲在水、N-LED3A单体和胶束中的表观摩尔溶解热分别为18.87、37.17和31.99 kJ·mol-1,均为吸热过程,故温度升高有利于菲在N-LED3A单体和胶束中的分配作用,菲在水、N-LED3A单体和胶束中的溶解量随温度升高而增大。动力学方程拟合结果表明,一级动力学方程最适合描述N-LED3A对菲的增溶过程.  相似文献

A novel coupled system using Co–Ti O2 was successfully designed which combined two different heterogeneous advanced oxidation processes, sulfate radical based Fenton-like reaction(SR-Fenton) and visible light photocatalysis(Vis-Photo), for degradation of organic contaminants. The synergistic effect of SR-Fenton and Vis-Photo was observed through comparative tests of 50 mg/L Rhodamine B(Rh B) degradation and TOC removal. The Rhodamine B degradation rate and TOC removal were 100% and 68.1% using the SR-Fenton/Vis-Photo combined process under ambient conditions, respectively. Moreover, based on XRD, XPS and UV-DRS characterization, it can be deduced that tricobalt tetroxide located on the surface of the catalyst is the SR-Fenton active site, and cobalt ion implanted in the Ti O2 lattice is the reason for the visible light photocatalytic activity of Co–Ti O2. Finally, the effects of the calcination temperature and cobalt concentration on the synergistic performance were also investigated and a possible mechanism for the synergistic system was proposed. This coupled system exhibited excellent catalytic stability and reusability,and almost no dissolution of Co2+was found.  相似文献

重金属因其具有高毒性、致癌性和潜在的生物积累性,引发的环境问题受到广泛关注。为精确监测环境中的重金属污染,结合电化学分析和离子印迹技术的优势,构筑了对铅离子的高灵敏电化学传感器。利用铅离子作为模板,采用3-(γ-氨基乙氨基)-丙基-三甲基硅烷作为功能单体,在介孔硅表面,通过共缩聚法制备了离子印迹聚合物,并将其作为电化学传感器的核心识别元件。经过优化碳糊电极的组成,制备了一系列高选择性的离子印迹电化学传感器,并对其电化学行为进行了分析。测试结果表明,所制传感器对铅离子的检测线性范围为10-9~10-6 mol/L,且检出限达到1.3×10-11mol/L(信噪比=3)。在对河水和大米等实际样品的检测中,传感器展现了高灵敏性(相对标准偏差为2.5%~7.4%)和高准确性(回收率为98.8%~102.9%),表明其在环境监测和食品安全检测方面具有应用潜力。  相似文献

Desertification directly threatens more than 250 million people and one third of the earths land surface. Although it is well known that desertification could be reversed in most cases if the intensity of land use were reduced, there have been no studies on how to achieve this reversed desertification on a large scale. We conducted a case study in Hunshandak Sandland of North China, exploring how creation of a nature reserve might aid restoration of a degraded ecosystem. Experimental data indicated that desertified regions, if designated as a nature reserve, could be restored with conservation of biodiversity. The buffer zones in moderately desertified lands could serve as a base for forage production and/or ecotourism industry. The construction of ecologically designed towns (ecotowns) in transition zones could accommodate migrants moved from core zones so as to develop stock production, related industry, and ecotourism, enabling both economic and environmental development. Up to now, 5778 local inhabitants in the core zones of Zhenglan Banner (county) in the Hunshandak Sandland have been moved out of the severely degraded areas with the financial assistance of the central government. Those people have been moved into three eco-towns of the Banner with an objective of greatly enhancing the economic and social status while restoring the degraded sandlands.  相似文献

Ambient particulate matter (PM) pollution has been linked to elevated mortality, especially from cardiovascular diseases. However, evidence on the effects of particulate matter pollution on cardiovascular mortality is still limited in Lanzhou, China. This research aimed to examine the associations of daily mean concentrations of ambient air pollutants (PM2.5, PMC, and PM10) and cardiovascular mortality due to overall and cause-specific diseases in Lanzhou. Data representing daily cardiovascular mortality rates, meteorological factors (daily average temperature, daily average humidity, and atmospheric pressure), and air pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2) were collected from January 1, 2014, to December 31, 2017, in Lanzhou. A quasi-Poisson regression model combined with a distributed lag non-linear model (DLNM) was used to estimate the associations. Stratified analyses were also performed by different cause-specific diseases, including cerebrovascular disease (CD), ischemic heart disease (IHD), heart rhythm disturbances (HRD), and heart failure (HF). The results showed that elevated concentration of PM2.5, PMC, and PM10 had different effects on mortality of different cardiovascular diseases. Only cerebrovascular disease showed a significant positive association with elevated PM2.5. Positive associations were identified between PMC and daily mortality rates from total cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, and ischemic heart diseases. Besides, increased concentration of PM10 was correlated with increased death of cerebrovascular diseases and ischemic heart diseases. For cerebrovascular disease, each 10 μg/m3 increase in PM2.5 at lag4 was associated with increments of 1.22% (95% CI 0.11–2.35%). The largest significant effects for PMC on cardiovascular diseases and ischemic heart diseases were both observed at lag0, and a 10 μg/m3 increment in concentration of PMC was associated with 0.47% (95% CI 0.06–0.88%) and 0.85% (95% CI 0.18–1.52%) increases in cardiovascular mortality and ischemic heart diseases. In addition, it exhibited a lag effect on cerebrovascular mortality as well, which was most significant at lag6d, and an increase of 10 μg/m3 in PMC was associated with a 0.76% (95% CI 0.16–1.37%) increase in cerebrovascular mortality. The estimates of percentage change in daily mortality rates per 10 μg/m3 increase in PM10 were 0.52% (95% CI 0.05–1.02%) for cerebrovascular disease at lag6 and 0.53% (95% CI 0.01–1.05%) for ischemic heart disease at lag0, respectively. Our study suggests that elevated concentration of atmospheric PM (PM2.5, PMC, and PM10) in Lanzhou is associated with increased mortality of cardiovascular diseases and that the health effect of elevated concentration of PM2.5 is more significant than that of PMC and PM10.
