南京东郊石炭纪威宁期的风暴沉积

南京东郊石炭纪威宁期碳酸盐岩地层中普遍见有风暴沉积,以有突变的底界和底面构造、贝壳层、粒序层以及在风暴低能快速堆积条件下所形成的遮蔽构造等为基本鉴别要素,这些要素的不同组合构成的剖面结构可划分为五种类型,据此笔者提出本区风暴沉积的综合剖面结构。     

锦纶生产废水的深度处理研究

采用曝气生物滤池对锦纶生产废水进行深度处理,试验结果表明,该工艺可有效去除CODCr和NH3-N,并在不同运行条件下的运行特性进行了考察,确定试验的最佳气水比。     

Combined effect of tributyltin and benzo[a] pyrene on the levels of sex hormone and vitellogenin in female Sebastiscus marmoratus

Tributyltin（TBT）, an organometal used as an antifouling biocide, has been reported to induce masculinization of fish. Benzo [a]pyrene （BaP）, a widespread carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, has been reported that its microsomal metabolites can produce an estrogenic response when tested in vitro. This study was therefore designed to examine the potential in vivo influence of TBT, BaP and their mixture on sex hormone levels in serum of Sebastiscus marmoratus, which were given 2 separate intraperitoneally （ip） injections（a single injection every 7 d） of TBT（0.5, 1, 5 and 10 mg/kg）, BaP（0.5, 1, 5 and 10 mg/kg）, or both in combination（0.5, 1, 5 and 10 mg/kg）; control fish received olive oil vehicle only. Six days after the 2nd injection, serum samples were collected and analyzed for sex hormone levels and alkali labile protein phosphorus （ALPP）, which is related to the yolk precursor protein vitellogenin. The pollutants at all doses significantly reduced serum testosterone, estradiol and ALPP content after 2 injections compared with the corresponding controls. The reduction of the estradiol levels should be response for the decrease of the vitellogenin levels. The results in the present study suggested that aromatase seems not the major target acted by TBT and BaP in fish. This study demonstrated that TBT or BaP exposure both inhibit the reproductive potential in female Sebastiscus marmoratus. Combined effect of TBT and BaP on the serum testosterone, estradiol and ALPP was not antagonism from the anticipation.     

The effects of land use and its patterns on soil properties in a small catchment of the Loess Plateau

Due to relatively strong human activities in the hilly area of Loess Plateau,the natural vegetation has been destroyed,and landscape pattern based on agricultural land matrix was land use mosaic composing of shrub land,grassland,woolland and orchard.This pattern has an important effect on soil moisture and soil nutrients.The Danangou catchment,a typical small catchment,was selected to study the effects of land use and its patterns on soil moisture and nutrients in this paper.The results are as follows:The comparisons of soil moisture among seven land uses for wet year and dry year were performed:(1)the average of soil moisture content for whole catchment was 12.11% in wet year,while it was 9.37% in dry year;(2)soil moisture among seven land uses was significantly different in dry year,but not in wet year;(3) form wet year to dry year,the profile type of soil moisture changed from decreasing type to fluctuation-type and from fluctuant type to increasing type;(4)the increasing trend in soil moisture from the top to foot of hillslope occurred in simple land use along slope,while complicated distribution of soil moisture was observed in multiple land uses along slope.The relationships between soil nutrients and land uses and landscape positions were analysed:(1)five nutrient contents of soil organic matter(SOM),total N(TN),available N(AN),total P(TP) and available P(AP) in hilly area were lower than that in other areas.SOM content was less than 1%,TN content less than 0.07%,and TP fallow land and cropland,and higher level in soil fertility was found in crop-fruit intercropping land among croplands;(3)soil nutrient distribution and responses to landscape positions were variable depending on slope and the location of land use types.     

浅谈原子吸收分光光度计在环境监测中的应用

本文介绍了原子吸收分光光度计在环境监测中的应用情况和重要性。分析了原子吸收光度法（包括石墨炉法）与ICP-AES（电感偶合等离子体发射光谱法），原子荧光法，极谱法在分析元素时各自的优缺点，又从目前环境监测的角度阐述了应用原子吸收分光度计的重要性与现实性。分析了原子吸收分光广度计在使用中的常见问题及原子吸收分光广度法分析中常出现的问题（从仪器、方法角度分别讲述）。并提出了原子吸收分光度计要进一步应适应环境监测的需求。     

景观水治理中存在问题及优化方案

有些景观水域(人工湖、河)采用宏观粗放的生态法治理取得了较好的效果,但也有一些景观水由于简单地套用宏观生态法进行水质维持,反而使亲水区域减少、蚊蝇滋生、水生植物生长失控、水体混白、清塘困难等不利影响.为此,建议采用造流复氧强化、微观生态系统功能,可以取得较好的效果.     

广州地铁工程项目环境影响评价若干问题探讨

以广州地铁六号线环境影响评价为例，结合国内外开展地铁工程项目环境影响评价的经验，对地铁项目环境影响评价的指导思想、评价重点、工程污染再分析及环境影响预测与评价等若干问题进行了探讨，以期为国内地铁工程环境影响评价工作的开展提供一些参考。     

基于地震力的滑坡稳定性分析

概述了滑坡稳定性与地震力的关系．以剩余推力法为基础推导了基于地震力的滑坡稳定性计算公式及步骤。根据该公式计算的几个滑坡稳定性结果，得出了在滑坡稳定性评价中是否考虑地震力很有可能得出截然不同的结果，进而影响正确作出是否对滑坡进行治理的决策的结论。由此可见，地震力的作用是滑坡稳定性分析中一个不可忽视的因素。     

以有机农业为载体推进循环经济建设

分析了有机农业与循环经济的理论联系,论述了发展有机农业的必要性,提出了宝应应从有机食品基地、有机产业园、科学规划、市场化运作等方面来发展有机农业,并在此基础上,建设西湖、运西、东荡、中部四大循环经济示范园区,继而推进循环经济建设.     

Ni2+对2-氯酚厌氧降解系统的影响

针对重金属对难降解有毒有机物厌氧降解的影响问题,采用间歇试验法研究Ni2 对2-氯酚(2-CP)厌氧降解系统的影响规律.结果表明,当ρ(Ni2 )＜5 mg/L时,Ni2 对2-CP厌氧降解表现出轻度促进,当ρ(Ni2 )为5～500 mg/L,Ni2 以抑制作用为主,抑制作用随ρ(Ni2 )的增加而增强.Ni2 对原基质及关键中间产物苯酚和苯甲酸的抑制程度表现为:苯酚＞苯甲酸＞2-CP;ρ(Ni2 )低时的驯化能有效提高厌氧污泥对Ni2 毒性的耐受性能,300 mg/L Ni2 对2-CP降解的抑制从驯化前的65%降至驯化后的21%.Ni2 对2-CP厌氧降解的抑制作用与污泥中Ni的截留量之间存在正相关关系.抑制浓度CIP值和方程αC=[1-(I/I*)m]/[1 (I/I*)n)]能较好地表征厌氧生物处理过程受抑制程度.
