INTRODUCTION AND METHODS: This study investigated the remediation of cadmium-polluted soil using a combination of stainless steel slag and ammonium humate. These remedial agents were added to an artificially polluted garden soil to inhabit cadmium toxicity in soil by changing the physical and chemical properties of soil in a pot experiment. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: The results showed that the co-application of ammonium humate and stainless steel slag significantly decreased the total and available soil cadmium concentrations, with maximum decreases of 16.30% and 58.04%, respectively. The co-application of an adequate dose of these remedial agents can significantly increase soil pH. The soil organic matter and cation exchange capacity, as well as the amount of soil aggregates, were also significantly increased by the addition ammonium humate, but not stainless steel slag.  相似文献

A quantitative energy-dispersive electron probe X-ray microanalysis (ED-EPMA), namely low-Z (atomic number) particle EPMA, was used to characterize the chemical compositions of the individual aerosol particles collected at the Gosan supersite, Jeju Island, Korea, as a part of the Asian Pacific Regional Aerosol Characterization Experiment (ACE-Asia). On 4-10 April 2001 just before a severe dust storm arrived, seven sets of aerosol samples were obtained by a seven-stage May cascade impactor with a flow rate of 20 L/min. Overall 11,200 particles on stages 1-6 with cutoff diameters of 16, 8, 4, 2, 1, and 0.5 microm, respectively, were examined and classified based on their secondary electron images and X-ray spectra. In general, sea salt particles were the most frequently encountered, followed by mineral dust, organic carbon (OC)-like, (NH4)2SO4/NH4HSO4-containing, elemental carbon (EC)-like, Fe-rich, and K-rich particles. Sea salt and mineral dust particles had a higher relative abundance on stages 1-5, whereas OC-like, (NH4)2SO4/NH4HSO4-containing, Fe-rich, and K-rich particles were relatively abundant on stage 6. The analysis on relative number abundances of various particle types combined with 72-hr backward air mass trajectories indicated that a lot of reacted sea salt and reacted mineral dust (with airborne NOx and SO2 or their acidic products) and OC-like particles were carried by the air masses passing over the Yellow Sea (for sample "10 April") and many NH4HSO4/ (NH4)2SO4-containing particles were carried by the air masses passing over the Sea of Japan and Korea Strait (for samples "4-9 April"). It was concluded that the atmosphere over Jeju Island was influenced by anthropogenic SO2 and NOx, organic compounds, and secondary aerosols when Asian dust was absent.  相似文献

采用正交实验法,以氨氮去除率为指标,设计5因素4水平正交实验;采用恒温振荡方法对高温活化改性钢渣做了吸附低浓度氨氮影响因素的研究;得出以下结论:改性钢渣吸附低浓度氨氮影响因素的重要性顺序为:氨氮初始质量浓度〉钢渣粒度〉改性方法 〉溶液pH〉吸附时间,经过改性,提高了钢渣处理低浓度氨氮废水的能力,其中经过700℃高温活化改性效果最佳;高温改性钢渣对低浓度氨氮的吸附过程符合Langmuir方程,相关系数为0.9993,作用机理为表面吸附,即单层吸附,理论饱和吸附量为2.8491 mg/g。  相似文献

采用碱化、醚化法制备了以废纸为原料的煤尘抑制剂,借助FTIR、SEM、TG-DTA及XRF等手段对合成物进行了表征,并将其用于抑制煤尘进行性能测试。结果表明,羧甲基纤维素的取代度为0.69;选用羧甲基纤维素含量为0.5g/mL的煤尘抑制剂进行应用实验,效果最佳。9 h内,喷洒含有羧甲基纤维素的煤尘抑制剂的煤样表面已经结壳,抗七级风,抑尘率在130 h都可保持在99%以上。在较高温燃烧条件下,煤尘抑制剂以H2O和CO2的形式失去,不会产生有害物质。  相似文献

考察了煤矸石中Al2O3和Fe2O3在不同浓度盐酸中的浸出行为,着重探讨了Al2O3和Fe2O3在高浓度盐酸中的溶出规律。通过与文献中AlCl3和FeCl3在不同浓度盐酸中的溶解度数据对照,发现煤矸石中Al2O3的溶出率受AlCl3溶解度的影响显著,而Fe2O3的溶出则基本不受FeCl3溶解度影响。进一步的研究结果表明,在高浓度盐酸中,煤矸石中Al2O3的溶出率显著降低,高浓度的盐酸不影响Fe2O3的溶出。当煤矸石的煅烧温度为700℃、酸浸温度为33℃时,酸浸固液比为1∶1(g/mL),利用37%的高浓度盐酸酸浸,Fe2O3和Al2O3的溶出率分别为48.7%和7.3%,可实现煤矸石中铁铝的有效分离。  相似文献

This study for the first time proposed an efficient microbial electrolyte/UV system for Methyl Orange decomposition. With an external applied voltage of 0.2 V and cathode aeration of20 mL/min, H_2O_2 could be in-situ generated from two-electron reduction of oxygen in cathode, reaching to 8.1 mg/L in 2 hr and continued to increase. The pollutant removal efficiency of approximate 94.7% was achieved at initial neutral pH, with the activation of ·OH in the presence of UV illumination. Although the nature of its guiding principles remain on the vista of practical exploration, this proof-of-concept study provides an alternative operation pattern of solar–microbial hybrid technology for future wastewater treatment from a basic but multidisciplinary view.  相似文献
