Anaerobic ammonium oxidation (Anammox) has become a promising method for biological nitrogen removal. However, this biotechnology application is always limited due to the low growth rate and biomass yield of Anammox bacteria. This study investigated the process of fast reactivation of an Anammox consortium idled for 2 years uia hydrodynamic stress control. The results showed that the Anammox system was efficiently and quickly reactivated by shortening of the hydraulic retention time (I-IRT) of the reactor from 12 to 6 hr within 68 days of operation. Moreover, at a 4-hr HRT with an influent total nitrogen loading rate of 1.2 kg N/(m3.day), the reactor maintained high biological performance with an ammonium removal loading rate of 0.52 kg N/(m3.day) and a nitrite removal rate of 0.59 kg N/(m3.day). In the reactivated Anammox reaction, the stoichiometric coefficients of NH4-N to NOE-N and NH4-N to NO4-N were 1:1.04± 0.08 and 1:0.31 ± 0.03, respectively. The specific Anammox activity and hydrazine oxidoreductase activity, both of which represent the degree of Anammox bacteria present, increased as the hydrodynamic stress increased and were maximally (125.38 ± 3.01 mg N/(g VSS.day) and 339.42 ± 6.83 μmol/(min.g VSS), respectively) at 4-hr HRT. Microbial response analysis showed that the dominant microbial community was obviously shifted and the dominance of Anammox bacteria was enhanced durinR the hydrodynamic selection. 相似文献

2005年4月-2006年3月年间对军山湖河蚬进行了周年逐月采集,对河蚬的种群动态进行了分析,并采用Brey经验公式测算了军山湖河蚬周年生产量。结果表明,河蚬周年平均生物量为115.84 g/m2,平均密度为51.93 ind./m2。种群密度及生物量峰值出现在58、月5,月分别为90.67 ind./m21,87.39 g/m2;8月分别为72 ind./m2,170.67 g/m2。密度及生物量在次年3月份为最低值,分别为27.2 ind./m2,58.88 g/m2。河蚬周年生产量(AFDW)为10.86(g/m2.yr),P/B系数为0.52,结果较为合理。P/B系数较低,说明这一资源日趋贫乏,需要合理的保护利用。 相似文献

污泥热解过程中,辅料是影响热解产物性质的主要因素之一.本文研究了添加废弃生物质辅料——稻壳(0、25%、50%)对污泥炭性质、结构和重金属含量、生物有效性及生态风险的影响.实验结果表明,稻壳添加比例为50%时,污泥炭产率及其H/C和O/C比均为最小值,而其pH值和比表面积均达到最大值,污泥炭芳香化程度明显提高.同时,添加稻壳致污泥炭所含重金属存于生物有效态的含量显著降低.通过RAC风险评估,稻壳添加比例为25%时,较原污泥,污泥炭中Cu、Zn、Mn和Ni 4种元素风险水平均有不同程度的减小,而当添加比例为50%时,污泥炭中除Cu元素以外,其余各重金属风险等级均为低风险或无风险.表明污泥与稻壳共热解可有效降低污泥中重金属潜在生态风险水平,且当稻壳添加比例为50%时处理效果最优,本研究结果为污泥与稻壳资源化和无害化利用提供了理论依据. 相似文献

以傅立叶交换红外光谱(FTIR)法研究了非完全脱乙酰甲壳质(NCTS)与Cu~ (2+),Ni~(2+),Co~(1+),Zn~(2+),Cd(2+),Hg~(2+),Ag~+,Pb~(2+)等八种金属离子形成的配合物的结构特征,并对各配合物在4000—400cm~(-1)范围内的主要吸收带作了经验归属.研究结果表明,在NCTS的金属离子配合物中,除—NH_2,—OH参予了配位外,羰基((?)C=O)和酰胺基(—CONH—)亦在不同程度上参予了配位;NCTS对Hg~(2+),Ag~+的吸附过程中存在着明显的氧化还原现象,Hg~(2+),Ag~+,分别被还原为Hg_2~(2+)和Ag~0,而NCTS分子中的—CH_2OH有可能被氧化成—COOH. 相似文献

Effect of liming and seasonal variation on lead concentration of tea plant (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Tea is a widely consumed beverage. However, recent studies revealed that there were an increasing number of cases of tea products exceeding the former maximum permissible concentration (MPC) in China for Pb (2 mg kg(-1)). Tea Pb contamination is an issue affecting trade and consumer confidence. Root uptake of Pb could contribute significantly to Pb accumulation in tea leaves due to the strong acidity of many tea garden soils. We conducted pot and field experiments to evaluate the effect of liming on Pb uptake by tea plants on two highly acidic soils (pH3.6). Additions of CaCO(3) significantly increased soil pH by up to 1 unit and decreased soil extractable Pb by up to 32%. Liming resulted in a decrease in the proportion of Pb in the exchangeable and carbonate-bound fractions, with a concurrent increase in the fractions bound to Fe/Mn oxides and residues. Liming significantly decreased Pb concentrations of fine roots, stems and new shoots of tea plants in the pot experiment. In the field experiments, the effect of liming was not significant during the first year following CaCO(3) application, but became significant during the second and third years and Pb concentration in the new shoots was decreased by approximately 20-50%, indicating that liming of acidic tea garden soils is an effective way to reduce Pb contamination of tea. The study also reveals a distinct seasonal variation, with Pb concentration in the new shoots following the order of spring>autumn>summer. 相似文献

蓝藻与污泥混合厌氧发酵产沼气的初步研究 总被引:12,自引:1,他引:12
为了实现太湖蓝藻打捞后的快速处置,对厌氧颗粒污泥、消化污泥、剩余污泥与蓝藻混合厌氧发酵产沼气进行了研究。结果表明,蓝藻与污泥混合可以有效促进沼气发酵。在蓝藻与厌氧颗粒污泥物料比为6∶1时,产气效果最佳,沼气产率为73 mL/g VS,平均甲烷含量为69%,最大产气速率为138 mL/d,累计产甲烷量为50 mL CH4/g干物质,分别是蓝藻与消化污泥、剩余污泥混合发酵时的1.5倍和2.3倍。厌氧颗粒污泥、消化污泥、剩余污泥与蓝藻混合,其VS降解率为11.40%~13.73 %,COD减少了27.97%~46.38%。厌氧发酵对蓝藻藻毒素的含量有较大影响,分别从356、366和244 μg/L降低到检测限5 μg/L 以下。 相似文献
