在经济全球化、城市化的背景下,生产要素加速向大都市区聚集,包含多个城市群的经济带成为参与区域竞争的重要单元。基于2005~2014年长江经济带的数据,利用莫兰指数考察了交通基础设施和经济增长的空间相关性,结果表明存在显著的空间自相关,这可能得益于长江经济带发展较为成熟,已经初步形成综合性的交通网络,以及选取的省级研究尺度。接着建立了空间杜宾模型就交通基础设施对经济增长的影响进行了实证研究,结果表明前者对后者存在正的空间溢出效应,经济增长存在自身的空间溢出效应,这与理论预期、现实情况以及现有研究结论一致,忽略空间影响可能导致高估交通基础设施对经济增长的促进作用;劳动力和实际资本存量表现为促进经济增长,产业结构和政府支出则表现为抑制经济增长。长江经济带应进一步完善区域协同发展机制,加快推动交通基础设施互联互通,提高交通网络综合运行效率,提高劳动力利用效率,推动产业升级,同时避免过度的政府投资。 相似文献

江西省耕地土壤氮素空间变异特征及其影响因素 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为定量探讨省域尺度下土壤氮素空间变异特征及其影响因素。以江西省2012年测土配方施肥项目采集的16 582个耕地表层(0~20 cm)土壤样点数据,运用普通克里格、单因素方差分析与回归分析方法,对土壤氮素空间变异特征及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:(1)江西省土壤全氮(TN)含量在026~375 g/kg之间,平均值为158 g/kg,变异系数为3101%;碱解氮(AN)含量值域范围为1160~39970 mg/kg,平均值为16431 mg/kg,变异系数为3460%;二者均呈中等程度的变异性。(2)经半方差分析,TN与AN的变程分别为31489和3030 km,TN的空间自相关范围大而AN较小。(3)在空间分布上,高值区主要分布在新余市、抚州市与景德镇市。(4)回归分析与单因素方差分析结果表明,地形因子、耕地利用方式、成土母质、土壤类型和秸秆还田方式对土壤氮素空间变异影响极显著(P<001)。秸秆还田方式对土壤TN与AN空间变异的独立解释能力最高,分别为271%与42%,是影响江西土壤氮素空间变异的主要因素。 相似文献

多中心城市群是要素在经过多重集聚扩散后形成的空间均衡,已成为城市群发展的政策目标。我国城镇化水平发展时间较短,地区差异较大,因此需结合具体城市群的发展阶段研究其空间优化问题。基于2005~2014年中部六大城市群的市域数据,从人口规模分布和产业空间布局两个维度出发,定量分析其城市群空间结构对地区经济增长的影响。研究结果表明:(1)在控制了其他影响因素之后,城市群人口空间结构会对经济增长的影响呈现倒“U”型曲线特征,即由单中心向多中心结构转变;(2)产业布局的空间集中对城市群经济增长具有正向促进作用。这一结论对中部地区如何合理有效引导要素等资源流动来拓展发展新空间、优化发展新格局和提升经济发展效率和城镇化质量具有一定的参考价值和政策意义。 相似文献

The annual relative mass of storage organs cycle of Bufo gargarizans in southwestern China was studied from December 2005 to November 2006. We described how those organs changed in response to extreme temperatures. Energy reservation dropped to the lowest levels after dormancy for both sexes, and then increased for period of 4.25 month. However, the mass of these organs dropped again rapidly until August (liver) and September (fat bodies) due to the constraint from extreme high temperature occurred during the summer, and then non-significantly increased before hibernation. For ovaries, varied with a different profile to those of liver and fat bodies have a resting period of four months. In addition, the toads’ ovaries kept growing when the mass of liver and fat bodies declining accordingly during hibernation. 为了评价并进行城市水环境质量考核排名,介绍了江苏省组织开展涵盖地表水、饮用水、地下水、近岸海域和城市内河5种类型"全要素、代表性"水质监测断面(点位)体系建设工作的情况以及全要素断面设置的基本原则和做法。分苏南、苏北、苏中3个区域,对全省地表水监测代表性进行了量化计算,结果表明,调整后全省水质综合指数极差从41.07降至7.17,标准差从3.16降为0.49;采用德尔斐层次分析法分析,设计了水质代表性指数,含1项一级指标、5项二级指标、12项三级指标,计算表明,调整前全省水质代表性指数得分为69.1分,调整后为88.7分。将调整结果进行论证后再与各市环保主管部门交换意见,取得最终一致后正式实施。 相似文献

建立了加速溶剂萃取-固相萃取/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定沉积物中5种微囊藻毒素(MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-LW、MC-LF、MC-YR)的方法。选择甲醇-水(1∶4,V/V)为ASE萃取溶剂,萃取温度和萃取压力分别为80℃和13.1 MPa,固相萃取过程以HLB小柱为萃取柱,采用液相色谱-串联质谱分析。方法在5种微囊藻毒素质量浓度5~100μg/L内线性良好(r0.995),回收率为76.0%~118%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~12.0%,检出限为2~3μg/kg,定量下限为8~12μg/kg。该方法已用于西太湖沉积物的检测,具有较好的方法适用性。 相似文献

Tebuconazole is a chiral trizole fungicide and widely used in many crops for controlling disease. Tebuconazole is potential toxic to some aquatic organisms but relative information of its isomers is scarce. To detect the endocrine disrupting effects and difference of rac-, R-, and S-tebuconazole, the chitinase activity in Daphnia magna and chitobiase activity in each test medium were used as biomonitors after a 14-day exposure. Results showed that chitinase activity was significantly reduced by rac-, R-, and S-tebuconazole. The chitobiase activity in the test medium was reduced by rac- and R-tebuconazole before day 10, and only one peak was observed at day 10 or day 12 compared with two obvious peaks in the control group (days 6 and 12). S-tebuconazole delayed and reduced the reproduction of D. magna, but did not delay the first chitobiase activity peak, whereas the second peak could not be characterized as the exposure concentration and time increased. Compared with chitinase activity, chitobiase activity can still be used as a rudimentary model for identifying molt-interfering xenobiotics, and further studies should focus on the analysis of correlations between these parameters. 相似文献

The aims of the present investigation were to reveal the distribution and enrichment characteristics of copper in soil and Phragmites australis of Liao River estuary wetland. The concentrations of copper in root, stem, leaf, and ear of Phragmites australis as well as in soil were determined to study the absorption capacity of copper by wild Phragmites australis of Liao River estuary wetland. The study was carried out at test pool of the Shenyang Agricultural University, and the experimental materials (soil, irrigating water and Phragmites australis) were derived from Liao River estuary wetland. The concentrations of copper in soil and Phragmites australis were 16.4441 to 49.0209 mg/kg and 0.8621 to 89.5524 mg/kg, respectively. The results indicated that the enrichment coefficients of copper in different tissues of Phragmites australis changed with the growth of Phragmites australis. The results revealed that the enrichment coefficients of copper in the whole Phragmites australis were greater than 1 at each growing stage of the Phragmites australis. The results also showed that the transfer coefficients of Phragmites australis to copper changed with the growth of Phragmites australis. The results revealed that the Phragmites australis had a good removal effect on copper from soil and had some characteristics of copper hyperaccumulator. 相似文献

Due to the widespread use of pesticides, human exposure to pesticides is possible and can potentially cause adverse impacts on public health. We measured 137 pesticides including organophosphorus, organochlorine, pyrethroid and carbamate pesticides together with various herbicides in 100 human blood samples collected from the general population in Beijing. The samples were analysed by triple quadrupole tandem gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. In total, 24 organochlorine pesticides, 5 pyrethroid pesticides and 6 organophosphorus pesticides were detected. The detection rates of HCB, α-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, p,p′-DDE and quintozene were 99, 96, 74, 72, 96 and 95%, respectively. No statistically significant gender difference in the blood concentrations of the pesticides was found. Consistent with the trend of the increasing β-HCH, p,p′-DDE and quintozene concentrations with age, a strong positive correlation between the age and concentrations of β-BHC, p,p′-DDE and quintozene was observed. 相似文献
