7-ACA清洁生产的潜力研究

7-ACA是头孢菌素关键性中间体。近年来,头袍菌素类抗生素使用越来越多,临床应用证明它是一类抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强,疗效高和毒性低的抗生素。然而,中国在7-ACA生产过程中普遍面临着污染重、废弃物成分复杂、治理难度大的发展"瓶颈"。本文从清洁生产源头消减的角度,分析了7-ACA清洁生产的潜力与机会,并在国内7-ACA生产现状下,提出了化学法清洁生产方案的建议。

针对国内近年来氯气泄漏、爆炸事故频发的现状,选择其中具有典型性的江西某厂氯气泄漏事故,运用因果分析方法对其事故原因进行系统分析,根据分析结果,以降低事故发生概率和严重度为目标,从管理角度提出预防对策.     

日本“3·11”大地震对石化行业的启示

简要分析了日本“3·11”大地震后发生的2起炼油厂火灾事故,对日本在地震中的一些经验教训进行了总结,根据本次及近几年地震对石化企业的破坏情况,分析了地震中石化装置的薄弱环节,并提出对石化行业的启示。     

The implementation of a measurement system for brushless DC motor parameters

Most of the energy conversion in industrial devices and equipment is completed by the motor. The acquirement of motor parameters becomes very important for designing the motor drives. The aim of this paper is to design and implement a motor measurement system. Through the processing of an Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) microcontroller, the various parameters of motors such as input voltage, input current, input power, motor speed, and motor torque can be obtained. Consequently, the torque constant, load torque, viscous friction, and the inertia of the motor are calculated and achieved. The motor parameters can be commanded and displayed in the designed human interface of a PC via USB communication. The hardware system designed in this system includes an ARM microcontroller, an inverter, a voltage sensor, a current sensor, a torque sensor, and power supply. The software programming is developed under the Visual Studio 2012 environment development platform using the C language. Finally, the prototype of the motor measurement system is completed and verified. The experimental results for the motor parameters and torque/speed characteristic are demonstrated and show the feasibility of the complete designed system.     

Considering climate change and regional differences: An efficiency assessment of coal mine use and land restoration

China is the country with the largest coal mining production and consumption in the world, but due to a large amount of coal burning, air pollution and climate change are exasperating related problems. The previous literature mainly has discussed coal mine production and environmental pollution, but failed to take into account external factors such as climate change and seldom discussed the relationship between coal mine land use and land restoration. Therefore, this study uses the meta-Epsilon-Based Measure two-stage Data Envelopment Analysis under the exogenous model and incorporates coal mine land use and land restoration use into the model to explore the relationship between the two under climate change. The research results are as follows. (1) If the external climate factors are not considered, then the phenomenon of overestimation or underestimation of the technology gap arises. (2) The efficiency value of the coal mining stage in most provinces is generally higher than the land restoration efficiency value.     

我国新时代城镇化进程中环境“邻避”问题形势特征及应对对策——以南方某省为例

进入新时代,具有“邻避”效应的重大项目和基础设施建设仍然是我国城镇化发展的“刚需”和重要支撑,环境“邻避”问题必将是当前及今后一定时期内城镇化进程中面临的常态。本文选取南方某省作为典型对象进行深入研究,结果表明,环境“邻避”问题总体风险形势平稳可控,防控重点领域仍以传统领域为主,公众诉求反应和抗争表达方式由激烈转变为相对理性,城市规划与建设的矛盾风险问题增多,风险传播快传导性强。本文系统总结出明确组织领导统筹机制、强化联动发挥协作效能、建设项目高标准实施、惠民措施灵活有效、社会力量聚合治理等地方实践经验。建议重点着力防范化解好传统领域风险,常态化推动机制发挥作用,充分发挥共建共治共享作用,以环境社会治理共享发展成果,提升环境“邻避”问题系统应对能力。     

对化学需氧量两种测量方法不确定度评定报告的探讨

应用美国国家环保局方法和传统的重铬酸钾法测定同一化学需氧量标准样品，并分别编写了测量不确定度评定报告。通过对两份不确定度报告的研究，讨论了由于测量方法的不同，造成不确定度评定报告的区别。
