ACF吸附法处理苯酚泄漏造成的河流突发污染事故模拟研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
环境突发污染事故给人民生活、经济发展和生态环境造成重大影响,研究污染物泄漏造成的河流污染的应急处理方法十分必要.实验以苯酚为研究对象,选用吸附容量大、密度与水接近的活性炭纤维(ACF)为吸附剂,在自制的河流模型中,研究了ACF对苯酚进行吸附的过程,考察了吸附剂投加量、苯酚浓度、吸附剂比表面积、吸附剂投加方式、水流速度与水质等对吸附速率与吸附效果的影响.实验结果表明,ACF能以较快的速率吸附苯酚;ACF投加量是影响吸附速率最重要的因素,当ACF投加质量之比为1:2:4时,吸附速率常数之比近似为1:2:4;苯酚浓度对吸附速率的影响显著,苯酚浓度较低时吸附速率较高.苯酚初始浓度为7mg·L-1时.经过86min的吸附,苯酚浓度可以达到地表水V类水中挥发酚的限值要求(0.1mg·L-1);在吸附11min左右追加适量的ACF,能够明显提高吸附速率;河水流速和水质对吸附速率影响不大;在实际河水中,ACF对苯酚的吸附过程与在模拟河水中相似,吸附效果显著.  相似文献

利用原代培养的雄性青鳉鱼肝细胞进行了相同雌二醇(E2)浓度(100 nmol·L-1)下的不同时间(2、4、6、8d)和相同暴露时间(4d)下的不同浓度(1、10、100、1000、10000 nmol·L-1)的雌二醇(E2)实验,采用实时定量RT-PCR方法对青鳉鱼VTG-Ⅰ、VTG-Ⅱ、CHG-H、CHG-L和ERα的基因表达进行了研究,结果表明,VTG-Ⅰ、VTG-Ⅱ、CHG-H、CHG-L和ERα的基因表达与E2的暴露浓度呈现很好的剂量-效应关系,且1nmol·L-1E2暴露就能显著诱导肝细胞内VTG-Ⅰ、VTG-Ⅱ、CHG-H、CHG-L和ERα的基因表达.作为生物监测雌激素活性的in vitro方法,实时定量RT-PCR的灵敏度高于其它已经发表的方法.因此,实时定量RT-PCB方法与原代培养青鳉鱼肝细胞相结合的方法在环境雌激素效应的评价上具有很大地应用潜力.  相似文献

为解决金华江流域义乌段水质与水功能区要求间失衡的环境问题,建立基于水体纳污能力的流域水环境管理模式.以QUAL2K模型为基础估算了金华江流域义乌段BOD和氨氮纳污能力;建立了同时考虑点源和面源的BOD、氨氮日最大排污量的管理模式.结果表明,流域BOD、氨氮纳污总量分别为4865.5 kg·d-1和431.20 kg·d-1;按照BOD、氨氮现状,其排放量分别削减49.63%和88.71%,才能基本满足流域水环境功能区要求.  相似文献

Powdered activated carbon (PAC) prepared from Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn. bark was tested for its adsorption capacity for Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ). The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of pH, contact time, initial metal concentration, and temperature. The best adsorption of both Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) occurred at pH 5, where the adsorption reached equilibrium within 45 min for the whole range of initial heavy metal concentrations (0.1-10 mmol/L). A static flux chamber method was applied to study natural emissions of methane into the atmosphere in the Yakela condensed oil/gas field in Talimu Basin, Xinjiang, China. This study aims to identify effective antialgal allelochemicals from marine macroalgae that inhibit the growth of red tide microalgae. Practically, new algicidal agents were developed to control red tide. The growth inhibitory effects of 5 marine macroalgae Porphyra tenera, Laminaria japonica, Ulva pertusa, Enteromorpha clathrata, and Undaria pinnatifida on Skeletonema costatum were evaluated by adding crude seawater extracts of macroalgal dry tissue into the culture medium containing S. costatum. The half-effective concentrations at 120 h (EC50, 120 h) of the seawater extracts were 0.6, 0.9, 1.0, 1.0, and 4.7 g/L for the five macroalgae above, respectively. E. clathrata, L. japonica and U. pertusa showed strong allelopathic effect on the growth of S. costatum. There have been no previous reports with regard to the allelopathic effects of the former two macroalgae so far. The possible allelochemicals of 21 compounds of the E. clathrata were detected using Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis. Unsaturated fatty acids, acrylic acid (C3H4O2), and linolenic acid (C18H30O2) were the most likely allelochemicals in E. clathrata.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to estimate the removal efficiency of As and Cr (VI) by one kind of industrial waste — iron chips, as well as to estimate the effects of typical inorganic anions (sulfate, phosphate, and nitrate), and typical organic anions (citrate, oxalate, and humate) on As or Cr (VI) removal. The results showed that 98% of As (V) and 92% of As (III) could be removed from aqueous phase by the iron chips within 60 min. Compared with As species, Cr (VI) was removed much more rapidly and efficiently with 97% of Cr (VI) being removed within 25 min. The removal efficiency for arsenic was in the order: As (III) (sulfate), As (III) (nitrate) or As (III), As (III) (humate), As (III) (oxalate), As (III) (citrate), As (III) (phosphate), and for chromate was in the order: Cr (VI) (sulfate), Cr (VI) (phosphate) or Cr (VI) (nitrate) or Cr (VI) (oxalate), Cr (VI), Cr (VI) (citrate), Cr (VI) (humate). In all the treatments, pH level increased with time except for As (III), the removal of which was either without anions or in the presence of humate or nitrate.  相似文献

To reveal the biological characteristics of urban forest soil and the effects of soil enzyme on soil fertility as well as the correlation between physicochemical properties and enzyme activities, 44 urban forest soil profiles in Nanjing were investigated. Basic soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities were analyzed in the laboratory. Hydrogen peroxidase, dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, and cellulase were determined by potassium permanganate titration, TTC (C19H15N4·Cl) colorimetry, phenyl phosphate dinatrium colorimetry, and anthrone colorimetry, respectively. The result showed that soil pH, organic carbon (C), and total nitrogen (N) had great effects on hydrogen peroxidase, dehydrogenase, and alkaline phosphatase activities in 0–20 cm thick soil. However, pH only had great effect on hydrogen peroxidase, dehydrogenase, and alkaline phosphatase activities in 20–40 cm thick soil. Hydrogen peroxidase, dehydrogenase, and alkaline phosphatase were important biological indicators for the fertility of urban forest soil. Both in 0–20 cmand 20–40 cmsoil, soil enzyme system (hydrogen peroxidase, dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, and cellulase) had a close relationship with a combination of physicochemical indicators (pH, organic C, total N, available K, available P, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and microbial biomass carbon (Cmic)). In recent years, the urban drainage system in China is facing the dual pressure of renovation and construction. This requires that the integrated assessment for the planning and operation of the urban drainage system is obligatory. To evaluate the urban drainage system, an integrated assessment methodology based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), integrated simulation, and fuzzy assessment is established. This method is a multi-criteria decision adding app roach to the assessment of the urban drainage system comprehensively. Through the integration of the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM), a simple wastewater treatment plant model, and a surface water quality model, an integrated modelling system for the urban drainage system is developed and applied as a key tool for assessment. Using the established method, a case study in Shenzhen City has been implemented to evaluate and compare two urban drainage system reno vation plans, the distributed plan and the centralized plan. Because of the particularity of this case study, the established method is not applied entirely. Considering the water environ mental impact, ecological impact, technological feasibility, and economic cost, the integrated performance of the distri buted plan is better.
