The maintenance of a timely, reliable and accurate spatial database on current forest ecosystem conditions and changes is
essential to characterize and assess forest resources and support sustainable forest management. Information for such a database
can be obtained only through a continuous forest inventory. The National Forest Continuous Inventory (NFCI) is the first level
of China’s three-tiered inventory system. The NFCI is administered by the State Forestry Administration; data are acquired
by five inventory institutions around the country. Several important components of the database include land type, forest
classification and ageclass/ age-group. The NFCI database in China is constructed based on 5-year inventory periods, resulting
in some of the data not being timely when reports are issued. To address this problem, a forest growth simulation model has
been developed to update the database for years between the periodic inventories. In order to aid in forest plan design and
management, a three-dimensional virtual reality system of forest landscapes for selected units in the database (compartment
or sub-compartment) has also been developed based on Virtual Reality Modeling Language. In addition, a transparent internet
publishing system for a spatial database based on open source WebGIS (UMN Map Server) has been designed and utilized to enhance
public understanding and encourage free participation of interested parties in the development, implementation, and planning

Estimating the volatilization of ammonia from synthetic nitrogenous fertilizers used in China 总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
Although it has long been recognized that significant amounts of nitrogen, typically in the form of ammonia (NH(3)) applied as fertilizer, are lost to the atmosphere, accurate estimates are lacking for many locations. In this study, a detailed, bottom-up method for estimating NH(3) emissions from synthetic fertilizers in China was used. The total amount emitted in 2005 in China was estimated to be 3.55 Tg NH(3)-N, with an uncertainty of ± 50%. This estimate was considerably lower than previously published values. Emissions from urea and ammonium bicarbonate accounted for 64.3% and 26.5%, respectively, of the 2005 total. The NH(3) emission inventory incorporated 2448 county-level data points, categorized on a monthly basis, and was developed with more accurate activity levels and emission factors than had been used in previous assessments. There was considerable variability in the emissions within a province. The NH(3) emissions generally peaked in the spring and summer, accounting for 30.1% and 48.8%, respectively, of total emissions in 2005. The peaks correlated with crop planting and fertilization schedules. The NH(3) regional distribution pattern showed strong correspondence with planting techniques and local arable land areas. 长江口滨岸潮滩14个表层沉积物中多环芳烃(PAHs)分析表明,PAHs总量分布范围在0.263~6.372mg/kg.多环芳烃含量随取样位置发生明显的变化,主要特征是在近排污口处含量最大,而远离排污口含量趋于降低.依据荧蒽/芘之比以及2+3环与4环以上PAHs化合物分布特点,表明长江口近岸潮滩沉积物中PAHs主要来自石油类污染物的输入.通过与国内外河口潮滩沉积物中PAHs含量的对比,研究区处于低-中等水平,但已有个别PAHs化合物(如蒽、芴)超过基于生物毒性试验的沉积物质量标准,对潮滩生态将构成一定的潜在危害. 相似文献

The aims of the present investigation were to reveal the distribution and enrichment characteristics of copper in soil and Phragmites australis of Liao River estuary wetland. The concentrations of copper in root, stem, leaf, and ear of Phragmites australis as well as in soil were determined to study the absorption capacity of copper by wild Phragmites australis of Liao River estuary wetland. The study was carried out at test pool of the Shenyang Agricultural University, and the experimental materials (soil, irrigating water and Phragmites australis) were derived from Liao River estuary wetland. The concentrations of copper in soil and Phragmites australis were 16.4441 to 49.0209 mg/kg and 0.8621 to 89.5524 mg/kg, respectively. The results indicated that the enrichment coefficients of copper in different tissues of Phragmites australis changed with the growth of Phragmites australis. The results revealed that the enrichment coefficients of copper in the whole Phragmites australis were greater than 1 at each growing stage of the Phragmites australis. The results also showed that the transfer coefficients of Phragmites australis to copper changed with the growth of Phragmites australis. The results revealed that the Phragmites australis had a good removal effect on copper from soil and had some characteristics of copper hyperaccumulator. 相似文献

The coupling of gas explosion flame and shock wave is analyzed. In the gas explosion process, shock wave is affected by the flame directly, and shock wave also induces the flame. Inhibiting explosion can be achieved by the interference between the flame and shock wave propagation. If the coupling effects can be damaged, the adverse effects caused by the explosion should be mitigated and controlled. According to the structure characteristics of foam ceramics, the coupling effects mechanism of ceramic foam on gas explosion flame and shock wave is researched. When the explosion goes through the structure of foam ceramics, the flame can be quenched and the shock wave be attenuated. After the flame is quenched, the supply of precursor shock wave energy is cut off. Due to lack of energy supply, the destructive effects of blast wave will be reduced effectively. Coupling effects of the flame and shock wave can be damaged by the special structure of foam ceramics. Studies suggest that a certain function to represent the structure characteristics of foam ceramics must exist. For a certain material of foam ceramics, the sure porosity δ and the pore diameter d also can be get, which is the key to research and develop foam ceramic suppression technology of gas explosion. 相似文献
