针对钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷消解步骤繁琐、消解管不好固定的现象,采用高压蒸汽锅、微波消解仪和恒温干燥箱方式消解样品,同时对三种消解方式所做的标准曲线和实际水样中总磷的含量进行实验对比。分析结果显示,用微波消解仪和恒温干燥箱消解法测定的样品总磷含量与高压蒸汽锅消解方式相比,数据无显著性差异,方法准确度、精密度符合要求,表明这两种消解法切实可行。 相似文献

This paper presents an experimental study on employing a pellet form of catalyst in photo-reduction of carbon dioxide with water. Water was first absorbed into titania pellets. Highly purified carbon dioxide gas was then discharged into a reactor containing the wet pellets, which were then illuminated continuously for 65 hours using UVC lamps. Analysing the products accumulated in the reactor confirmed that methane and hydrogen were produced through photo-reduction of carbon dioxide with water. No other hydrocarbons were detected. 为研究海洋生态系统中PH3的迁移转化规律及其产生机制,2006年12月对苏北海域表层沉积物中磷化氢(PH3)、总磷(TP)、无机磷(IP)、有机磷(OP)及有机质(OM)的分布进行了系统分析和讨论。结果表明,PH3在苏北海域表层沉积物中普遍存在,含量在[(2.63±0.38)~(39.35±5.49)]×10-12之间,最大值出现在长江口,最小值出现在辐射沙洲海域。辐射沙洲海域TP和IP的含量较低,长江口及吕四一带含量相对较高,且沿着长江入海方向逐渐减少。OP和OM分布的总体趋势是由南至北,由西到东含量逐渐减小,长江口及吕四港一带含量较高。区与区间PH3与TP、IP及OP的相关性分析表明,IP作为PH3的生成前体物可能性比OP高。 相似文献

目的:地表水水质随季节性变化较大,为了更准确地评价某地区全年地表水环境质量,尝试将不确定多属性决策方法中的区间数排序法用于水质评价。方法:将地表水环境质量标准值与不同时期的水质监测数据分别定义为区间数,利用区间数比较的可能度公式,得出两者可能度关系并进行排序。排序结果显示,浑河东陵大桥处2006年水质劣于地表水V类标准值的可能度为0.531,即2006年浑河东陵大桥处水质为劣V类。结论:基于区间数排序的地表水环境质量评价方法考虑了全年不同时期的水质变化情况,与模糊综合评判法得出的结果基本一致,可比较准确地评价某地区全年水质状况。 相似文献

inorganic chemical indicators including dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, and ammonia-nitrogen. A data set (nine weeks,

CH4 and N2O fluxes from soil under a tropical seasonal rain forest in Xishuangbanna, Southwest China were measured for one year using closed static chamber technique and gas chromatography method. Three treatments were set in the studied field: (A) litter-free,(B) with litter, and (C) with litter and seedling. The results showed that the soil in our study was a sink of atmospheric CH4 and source of atmospheric N2O. The observed mean CH4 fluxes from treatments A, B, and C were -50.0±4.0, -35.9±2.8,-31.6±2.8 μgC/(m2·h),respectively,and calculated annual fluxes in2003 were -4.1,-3.1,and -2.9kgC/hm2,respectively.The observed mean N2O fluxes from treatments A,B,and C were 30.9±3.1,28.2±3.5,50.2±3.7μgN/(m2·h),respectively,and calculated annual fluxes in 2003 were 2.8, 2.6, and 3.7 kgN/hm2, respectively. Seasonal variations in CH4 and N2O fluxes were significant among all the three treatments. The presence of litter decreased CH4 uptake during wet season (P < 0.05), but not during dry season. There was a similar increase in seedlings-mediated N2O emissions during wet and dry seasons, indicating that seedlings increased N2O emission in both seasons. A strong positive relationship existed between CH4 fluxes and soil moisture for all the three treatments, and weak relationship between CH4 fluxes and soil temperature for treatment B and treatment C.
