羟基氧化铁催化臭氧氧化对滤后水卤乙酸生成势的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
考察了滤后水经过单独臭氧氧化和羟基氧化铁(FeOOH)催化臭氧氧化后5种卤乙酸生成势(HAA5FP)的生成情况.研究了氧化时间、溴离子浓度、滤后水pH值、碱度和O3投量对2种氧化方式下HAA5FP的影响规律.发现该滤后水氯化后的HAA种类为二氯乙酸(DCAA)、三氯乙酸(TCAA)及溴离子存在时有二溴乙酸(DBAA).无溴离子存在时,催化臭氧氧化在5~20min内使得HAA5FP比臭氧氧化后的降低9.5%~18.3%.溴离子浓度增加使HAA5FP减少,催化臭氧氧化后HAA5FP也比臭氧氧化后低更多.中性pH时,催化臭氧氧化比臭氧氧化有更明显的控制HAA5FP的优势.重碳酸盐碱度升高使HAA5FP降低,且2种氧化后HAA5FP的差别减小.O3/TOC比值为0.45~1.43的臭氧投量范围内,催化臭氧氧化后HAA5FP比臭氧氧化后减少11.2%~28.0%.催化臭氧氧化对滤后水HAA5FP的影响与FeOOH催化臭氧生成羟基自由基的特点密切相关. 相似文献

工频磁场诱导人FL细胞膜EGF的受体聚簇及噪声磁场的干预 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
为了研究50Hz工频磁场对人源细胞膜表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)的受体聚簇现象的可能诱导作用及噪声磁场的干预,将人羊膜细胞FL(human amniotic cells)分别用EGF、不同强度(0.05、0.1、0.2、0.4mT)工频磁场、噪声磁场、工频磁场和噪声磁场叠加的复合场处理15 min后,用间接免疫荧光染色法标记,并用激光共聚焦显微镜观察细胞膜表皮生长因子(EGF)的受体的聚簇现象.结果表明,0.1、0.2、0.4mT工频磁场辐照FL细胞15 min可诱导细胞膜EGF的受体发生聚簇,但0.05mT工频磁场辐照时,细胞膜不出现EGF受体的明显聚簇.0.2mT噪声磁场则不能诱导细胞膜EGF受体的聚簇;当0.2mT噪声磁场与0.1、0.2mT工频磁场叠加后,可抑制工频磁场诱导的细胞膜EGF受体聚簇,但不能完全抑制0.4mT工频磁场诱导的细胞膜EGF受体聚簇.研究结果表明,一定强度的工频磁场能诱导细胞膜EGF受体的聚簇;其作用阈值在0.05~0.1mT之间;噪声磁场对工频磁场诱导膜受体聚簇的干预作用存在剂量-效应关系. 相似文献

An intensive observation of organic carbon (OC) and element carbon (EC) in PM10 and gaseous materials (SO2, CO, and O3,) was conducted continuously to assess the characteristics of wintertime carbonaceous aerosols in an urban area of Beijing, China. Results showed that the averaged total carbon (TC) and PM10 concentrations in observation period are 30.2±120.4 and 172.6±198.3 μ/m3, respectively. Average OC concentration in nighttime (24.9±19.6 μ/m3) was 40% higher than that in daytime (17.7±10.9 μ/m3). Average EC concentrations in daytime (8.8±15.2 μ/m3) was close to that in nighttime (8.9±15.1 μ/m3). The OC/EC ratios in nighttime ranging from 2.4 to 2.7 are higher than that in daytime ranging from 1.9 to 2.0. The concentrations of OC, EC, PM10 were low with strong winds and high with weak winds. The OC and EC were well correlated with PM10, CO and SO2, which implies they have similar sources. OC and EC were not well correlated with O3. By considering variation of OC/EC ratios in daytime and night time, correlations between OC and O3, and meteorological condition, we speculated that OC and EC in Beijing PM10 were emitted as the primary particulate form. Emission of motor vehicle with low OC/EC ratio and coal combustion sources with high OC/EC ratio are probably the dominant sources for carbonaceous aerosols in Beijing in winter. A simple method was used to estimate the relative contribution of sources to carbonaceous aerosols in Beijing PM10. Motor vehicle source accounts for 80% and 68%, while coal combustion accounts for 20% and 32% in daytime and nighttime, respectively in Beijing. Averagely, the motor vehicle and coal combustion accounted for 74% and 26%, respectively, for carbonaceous aerosols during the observation period. It points to the motor vehicle is dominant emission for carbonaceous aerosols in Beijing PM10 in winter period, which should be paid attention to control high level of PM10 in Beijing effectively. 相似文献

Using the surface of poly (sulfone) hollow fiber membrane segments as grafted layer, the hydrophilic acrylamide chain was grafted on by UV-photoinduced grafting polymerization. The gained improvement of surface wettability for the modified membrane was tested by measuring the contact-angle as well as FTIR spectra. Then correlation between the hydrophilic ability of support material and the biofilm adherence ability was demonstrated by comparing the pollutant removal rates from urban wastewater via two identical lab-scale up-flow biological aerated filters, one employed the surface wettability modified poly (sulfone) hollow fiber membrane segment as biofilm carder and the other employed unmodified membrane segment as biofilm carder. The experimental results showed that under the conditions of influent flux 5 L/h, hydraulic retention time 9 h and gas to liquid ratio (G/L) 10: 1, the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonium nitrogen (NH4^+-N) for the modified packing filter and the unmodified packing filter was averaged at 83.64% and 96.25%, respectively, with the former filter being 5%-20% more than the latter. The effluent concentration of COD, NH4^+-N and turbidity for the modified packing filter was 25.25 mg/L, 2 mg/L and 8 NTU, respectively. Moreover, the ammonium nitrogen removal performance of the filter packing the modified PSF was compared with the other bioreactor packing of an efficient floating medium. The biomass test indicated that the modified membrane matrixes provided better specific adhesion (3310-5653 mg TSS/L support), which gave a mean of 1000 mg TSS/L more than the unmodified membrane did. In addition, the phenomenon of simultaneous denitrification on the inner surface of the support and nitrification on the outer surface was found in this work. 相似文献

以活性污泥曝气池中的絮状活性污泥为接种污泥,采用人工配制的模拟生活污水,通过观测颗粒形态和粒径的变化,研究预先加入15%成熟好氧颗粒污泥对好氧颗粒污泥形成过程的影响.对比研究发现,2个反应器内小颗粒(0 .1~0 .3 cm)的形成均较快,但大颗粒的形成速度相差明显.培养过程中还能明显观察到丝状菌缠绕和絮状污泥黏附在小颗粒表面.反应器启动第1、7、14 d,污泥平均体积粒径分别从0 .10、0 .16 cm上升到0 .23、0 .30 cm,最终达到0 .28、0 .43 cm.研究结果表明,预先加入15%成熟好氧颗粒污泥,能加速好氧颗粒污泥在反应器内形成. 相似文献

采用分形维数定量表征颗粒物的粒度分布的方法,计算2005年上海市大气可吸入颗粒物粒度分布的分形维数,分析不同采样点颗粒物粒度分布分形维数的变化与可吸入颗粒物粒度分布的关系,讨论采样时气象条件等因素对颗粒物粒度分布分形维数的影响;推导大气颗粒物的粒度分布分形维数与颗粒物表面吸附性能之间的关系,并结合部分金属元素的含量进行讨论.结果表明,上海市可吸入颗粒物粒度分布的分形维数在0.6506~2.9254之间,并且相对湿度较大,风力较小均会使颗粒物的粒度分布分形维数减小;粒度分布分形维数值越大,颗粒物中细颗粒物越多,粒度分布分形维数较好地表征了颗粒物的粒度整体分布.粒度分布分形维数和颗粒物比表面积等物理性能有直接关系,粒度分布分形维数值越大,细粒子所占的比表面积越多,对有毒有害污染物吸附更多. 相似文献

为探究自来水原水到出厂水各处理环节对自来水中全氟化合物(perfluorinated compounds,PFCs)残留的影响,了解原水中PFCs的季节性变化规律,应用WAX固相萃取分离富集与高效液相色谱-质谱联用相结合的方法,分析了深圳市某自来水厂一年间原水、出厂水及絮凝池、沉降池、砂滤池、臭氧+活性炭池出水溶解相中13种PFCs的残留水平.结果表明,原水和出厂水中ΣPFCs残留呈春夏高而秋冬低的趋势,检出的PFCs呈中短链(C≤10)长链(C≥11)的分布,而全氟辛烷磺酸是PFCs最典型残留种态.在原水经过的5个处理环节中,臭氧+活性炭、沉降和砂滤具有PFCs去除效应,然而絮凝和液氯消毒却分别使短链(C≤6)和中链(10≥C≥7)PFCs显著上升,导致出厂水中ΣPFCs浓度较原水增加了10%~44%.但出厂水中PFCs残留远低于其限值,尚不足以影响人体健康. 相似文献

为了评价MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems)固体化学微推进阵列的推进性能,对其单元微冲量的精确测试显得尤为重要。在传统冲击摆的基础上,考虑微推进器推力和燃气射流冲击力之间的比例关系,设计了一套适用于MEMS固体化学微推进阵列单元微冲量的间接测试装置,并成功用于6×6规格(单元集成度为36个/cm2)微推进阵列的实际测试中。结果表明:典型实验数据下的待测微冲量为2.5442×10-4Ns,相对误差小于5%;实测8个单元的微冲量平均值为2.5574×10-4 N·s,相对偏差较小,具有很好的重复性。 相似文献
