Soil nematode communities (taxa composition, trophic structure, ecological indices) in the area of metallurgical factory (Oravské ferozliatinárske závody) in ?iroká, Northern Slovakia were investigated in 2009. The factory belongs to main sources of emissions originated by ferroalloy production in this region. Four sites (meadows) were selected in a downwind direction from the factory: site A was located 0.85 km far from the factory, and the other sites were maintained in approximately 2-km intervals from each other. Chemical analysis of soil samples showed low concentrations of heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn), with all values being under Slovak limit concentrations of heavy metals in soils. Only the Cd content in the soil sample from site A slightly exceeded the allowable threshold, but it was decreasing with the distance from the factory, similarly as remaining metals except Cr, with slightly increasing trend of concentration. Within 64 identified nematode genera, the Helicotylenchus, Paratylenchus, Pratylenchus, Acrobeloides, Cephalobus and Rhabditis were most common and eudominant. This was clearly reflected on the trophic structure of nematode communities, where plant feeding nematodes and bacteriovorous prevailed. Significant negative correlation (P?相似文献

The present research contributes to a growing literature on observer reactions to injustice experienced by others. In particular, we separated two variables that have previously been confounded in prior research, namely perpetrator intent to cause harm and victim perception of harm. We expected that injustice intent and injustice perceptions would have both unique and joint effects on observer reactions. The results of three experiments in which we manipulated perpetrator injustice intent and victim injustice perceptions supported our predictions. First, we found that observers had more negative reactions toward superiors who intended to inflict high versus low levels of interpersonal injustice toward a subordinate. Second, the injustice intent of the superior influenced observers' reactions more than did victim perceptions of injustice. Third, most novel, we found that the mere intent to cause injustice generated negative reactions in observers, even in the absence of a “true” victim—that is, when the subordinate perceptions of injustice were low. Together, our results emphasize the importance of examining observers' reactions to injustice and incorporating perpetrator intentions into the study of organizational justice. 工业空间集聚是区域经济发展与结构调整的重要组成部分,包括两种形式:一是农村区域广泛分布着的乡镇企业向周围工业小区的相对集中:二是都市区域工业通过辐射、扩散向新的工业区集中。工业区规模评价通常包括土地规模评价与经济规模评价两个方面。主要从经济规模入手,通过因子分析方法,计算出上海都市工业区经济规模状况的排序结果,并据此进行分析。计算结果发现:目前上海九大都市工业区的因子总分级分布均相对偏低,说明大多数工业区的整体经济规模尚小。为此,需要合理规划,组织协调,加大招商力度;逐步强化信息网络与中介服务功能,按照“限制数量、扩大规模、优化布局”的目标,促进上海都市工业区的优化发展。  相似文献

In the tradition of the study of materials flows through society, the Substance Flow Analysis (SFA) method and its software tool SFINX are presented. SFA aims at providing the relevant information for a country’s overall management strategy regarding single substances or coherent groups of substances. Three modelling techniques and their possibilities and limitations are discussed: Bookkeeping, static modelling, and dynamic modelling. The computer program SFINX can be used for varoius purposes: (1) to obtain an overview of stocks and flows of a substance in, out and through a nation’s economy and environment for a specific year, (2) to trace the origins of specific pollution problems, and (3) to estimate the effectiveness of certain abatement measures. 目的了解石化企业员工的心理健康状况,采取相应的心理健康干预措施,提高企业员工的心理健康水平。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),抽取1472名石化企业员工进行测试。人机对话,电脑评定。对结果进行了统计分析并与国内群体常模进行了比较。结果石化企业员工症状自评量袁评定心理健康状况好1048人,占71.20%;心理健康状况良好334人,占22.69%;心理健康状况一般90人,占6.11%。症状自评量表的各项因子均分与全国常模比较:阳性项目、躯体化和恐怖因子均分高于全国常模;强迫症状、人际关系和忧郁因子均分低于全国常模;焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性因子均分与全国常模无差异。  相似文献

The phenol and m-cresol biodegradations were studied using the mutant strain CTM 2 obtained by the He-Ne laser irradiation on wild-type Candida tropicalis. The results showed that C. tropicalis exhibited the increased capacity of phenolic compounds degradation after laser irradiation. It could degrade 2600 mg/L phenol and 300 mg/L m-cresol by 5% inoculum concentration, respectively. In the dual-substrate biodegradation system, 0-500 mg/L phenol could accelerate m-cresol biodegradation, and 300 mg/L m-cresol could be completely utilized within 46 hr at the presence of 350 mg/L phenol. Besides, the maximum biodegradation of m-cresol could reach 350 mg/L with 80 mg/L phenol within 61 hr. Obviously, phenol, as a growth substrate, could promote CTM 2 to degrade m-cresol, and was always preferentially utilized as carbon source. Comparatively, low-concentration m-cresol could result in a great inhibition on phenol degradation. In addition, the kinetic behaviors of cell growth and substrate biodegradation were described by kinetic model proposed in our laboratory.  相似文献

分析了原油集输系统H2S分布规律及次生机理,根据系统中硫酸盐还原菌的代谢反应特性,提出了从环境条件、营养条件等方面抑制原油集输系统中H2S生成的措施.研究结果表明,快速油水分离、适当调整系统中的pH值、添加杀菌剂或钡盐等措施可有效控制硫酸盐还原茵的滋生与繁殖,从而达到抑制原油集输系统中H2S生成的目的.  相似文献

将铁路客运站车垃圾制成复合垃圾衍燃料(C-RDF),掺混到现运行的燃煤锅炉中进行混烧是一种符合中国铁路垃圾特点的处理方法。试验时,将经分选破碎后的铁路站车垃圾按不同比例(共9组)与煤进行混合,而后压制成生物质型煤进行燃烧。利用烟气监测设备,对9组样品燃烧时排放的污染物(主要为CO,SO,NOx)进行观察,通过比较分析,确定最佳的掺混比例为30%C-RDF和70%煤。在与相关标准进行对比时发现,CO浓度超标,经分析确定为保证CO达标排放,需在燃烧时提供充足的空气量。  相似文献

目前,由于地表雨水径流污染日益严重,造成的损失也越来越大,人们的目光逐渐从传统的点源污染转向面源污染(即非点源污染)。为防止地表雨水径流污染对地表水体的污染,探讨城市地表径流的污染特性,本文对晴天时湘潭市雨湖区道路路面沉积物的粒径分布及污染潜力进行了测试,对雨天时湖南科技大学校园内家属区一道路的雨水径流也进行了测试,旨在为相关部门治理地表污染提供一定的参考与依据。  相似文献

针对海南省南渡江日益严重的水污染现状,根据南渡江海口段2001年-2006年的监测资料,应用因子分析法找出影响水质的主要污染指标,建立了基于BP神经网络的主要污染指标预测模型,并对其进行训练检验,结果证明该模型预测精度满足要求,再利用训练、检验后的模型对近几年主要污染因子进行预测,发现了变化规律,最后提出南渡江污染防治措施。  相似文献
