为探究重金属Cd胁迫对6种水生植物生长及水质净化的影响,文章以金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)、美人蕉(Canna indica L.)、黄菖蒲(I. pseudacorus)、水芙蓉(Pistia stratiotes)、穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum Linn.)、凤眼莲(Eichhornia crassipes)等6种水生植物为研究对象,测定其对不同浓度Cd污染水体的净化能力及Cd胁迫条件下水生植物的生长特征。结果显示,Cd胁迫下6种水生植物的存活率为100%,Cd胁迫抑制了水生植物的生物量积累和营养元素含量,且低浓度条件下水生植物生物量的平均增长率为最高(24%);Cd主要积累于水生植物的根部,Cd胁迫下水生植物根茎叶Cd的胁迫浓度与植物体内磷元素和钾元素含量呈负相关,胁迫的分界点为1 mg/L。单一水生植物中凤眼莲(85.6%)、水芙蓉(82.7%)和美人蕉(78.8%)的净化率较好;组合水生植物中B4(金鱼藻+黄菖蒲+凤眼莲)和B6(穗花狐尾藻+美人蕉+凤眼莲)的净化效果最佳;结合水生植物在园林景观中的效果,可以将上述植物作为Cd污染修复的潜在物种,应用到人工湿地、生态浮床等设计中去。 相似文献

In order to evaluate the secondary aerosol formation potential at a suburban site of Beijing,in situ perturbation experiments in a potential aerosol mass(PAM) reactor were carried out in the winter of 2014.The variations of secondary aerosol formation as a function of time,OH exposure,and the concentrations of gas phase pollutants and particles were reported in this study.Two periods with distinct secondary aerosol formation potentials,marked as Period Ⅰ and Period Ⅱ,were identified during the observation.In Period Ⅰ,the secondary aerosol formation potential was high,and correlated well to the air pollutants,i.e.,SO_2,NO_2,and CO.The maximal secondary aerosol formation was observed with an aging time equivalent to about 3 days of atmospheric oxidation.In period Ⅱ,the secondary aerosol formation potential was low,with no obvious correlation with the air pollutants.Meanwhile,the aerosol mass decreased,instead of showing a peak,with increasing aging time.Backward trajectory analysis during the two periods confirmed that the air mass in Period Ⅰwas mainly from local sources,while it was attributed mostly to long distance transport in Period Ⅱ.The air lost its reactivity during the long transport and the particles became highly aged,resulting in a low secondary aerosol formation potential.Our experimental results indicated that the in situ measurement of the secondary aerosol formation potential could provide important information for evaluating the contributions of local emission and long distance transport to the aerosol pollution. 相似文献

根据2012年11月至2013年9月的9次监测数据,分析了淮南潘集开放型和封闭型沉陷区地表水与浅层地下水中氮、磷时间分布特征;通过相关性分析揭示了各类水体内氮、磷之间的响应关系和运移特征;通过各形态氮、磷比对研究区水体营养状态进行了限制性分析.结果表明,两类沉陷积水区内氮、磷时间分布存在一定差异,主要影响因素有降雨、周围农业面源输入、外部河流的互相补给等;各类水体内氮、磷之间均存在不同程度的响应,封闭型沉陷区地表水与浅层地下水中氮、磷响应关系更强;两类沉陷积水区均属磷限制性水体. 相似文献

外源钙对两种价态锑胁迫下水稻幼苗吸收积累锑和钙的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过溶液培养试验,研究外源钙对两种价态锑[Sb(III)和Sb(Ⅴ)]胁迫下水稻吸收积累锑和钙的影响。结果表明,这两种价态的Sb对水稻生长均有抑制作用,Sb(III)比Sb(Ⅴ)对水稻毒害更明显,施Ca可缓解Sb对水稻的毒害。Sb(III)和Sb(Ⅴ)的添加对水稻根系和茎叶吸收积累Ca影响不一致。当溶液中的Ca浓度为5.0 mmol·L-1时,添加三价Sb 10和30μmol·L-1均可以显著地降低水稻茎叶中的Ca含量15.7%和49.4%,但是添加Sb(Ⅴ)浓度为30μmol·L-1时,却分别提高水稻茎叶和根系Ca含量26.2%和50.4%。Ca的添加可以显著地降低水稻根系和茎叶对两个价态Sb的吸收积累。在30μmol·L-1Sb(III)处理下,添加5.0和20 mmol·L-1的Ca可导致水稻根系和水稻茎叶Sb浓度分别比对照处理降低19.0%-79.4%和42.6%-71.8%;在30μmol·L-1Sb(Ⅴ)处理下,添加5.0和20 mmol·L-1的Ca可导致水稻根系和水稻茎叶Sb浓度分别比对照处理降低34.3%-70.6%和74.1%-84.6%。Ca的添加对Sb在水稻根系和茎叶中的富集系数和分配比率也有显著影响。综上所述,可以通过施用Ca肥来防治农田Sb污染,降低Sb对人体健康的危害。 相似文献

The amidoximated polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber Fe complexes were prepared and used as the heterogeneous Fenton catalysts for the degradation of 28 anionic water soluble azo dyes in water under visible irradiation. The multiple linear regression (MLR) method was employed to develop the quantitative structure property relationship (QSPR) model equations for the decoloration and mineralization of azo dyes. Moreover, the predictive ability of the QSPR model equations was assessed using Leave-one-out (LOO) and cross-validation (CV) methods. Additionally, the effect of Fe content of catalyst and the sodium chloride in water on QSPR model equations were also investigated. The results indicated that the heterogeneous photo-Fenton degradation of the azo dyes with different structures was conducted in the presence of the amidoximated PAN fiber Fe complex. The QSPR model equations for the dye decoloration and mineralization were successfully developed using MLR technique. MW/S (molecular weight divided by the number of sulphonate groups) and NN=N (the number of azo linkage) are considered as the most important determining factor for the dye degradation and mineralization, and there is a significant negative correlation betweenMW/S or NN=N and degradation percentage or total organic carbon (TOC) removal. Moreover, LOO and CV analysis suggested that the obtained QSPR model equations have the better prediction ability. The dithiothreitol (DTT) assay is the most commonly used method to quantify the oxidative potential of fine particles. However, the reported DTT decay rates of carbon black (CB) materials vary greatly among different researchers. This might have resulted from either the intrinsic toxicity of CB or the unsuitability of the DTT assay protocol for CB particles. In the current study, the protocol of the DTT assay for CB materials has been carefully evaluated. It was found that the dispersion degree of CB particles in water has a great influence on the DTT decay rate of CB materials. For CB particles (special black 4A (SB4A) and Printex U) and single-walled carbon nanotube tube (SWCNT), the DTT decay rate after sonication for 10?min became 4.2, 4.6 and 1.7 times higher than that without sonication. The rate continued to grow as a function of ultrasound time up to 30?min of sonication. Although the concentration of soluble transition metals and surface oxygen-containing species such as carbonyls increased slightly with sonication, they had no significant effects on the measured DTT activity, while the increase in the dispersion degree of aggregates was found to play a vital role in the observed enhancement of the DTT decay rates for different CB materials. Based on our results, 30?min of sonication is recommended for sample dispersion when measuring the DTT decay rate of CB materials. 相似文献
