河流水质灾害中的S—P方程稳态分析和临界氧亏计算

污染物对水环境的影响主要发生在枯水期，此时水流状态处于稳态．Streeter－phelps（S－P）方程能预测简单稳态条件下的水质状况，并具有较高的计算织亏的精度．     

1978—1994年分省农业旱灾灾情的经验正交函数EOF分析

本文利用１９７８～１９９４年各省、市、自治区的农业旱灾受灾面积及播种面积的资料，以旱灾受灾率（即旱灾受灾面积与播种面积之比）作为刻划旱灾灾情的指标。对标准化的旱灾受灾率进行经验正交函数分析，发现前五个典型场方差贡献达７０．７％，可以概括我国旱灾灾情的空间分布主要类型。其中，前三个典型场的正负区域分界线的大体位置分别为长城一线、秦淮线和江南丘陵北缘     

Mechanical Properties with the Functional Group of Additives for Starch/PVA Blend Film

This paper deals with the mechanical properties and degree of swelling (DS) of starch/PVA blend film with the functional groups i.e., hydroxyl and carboxyl group, of additives. Starch/PVA blend films were prepared by using the mixing process. Glycerol (GL) with 3 hydroxyl group, sorbitol (SO) with 6 hydroxyl group, succinic acid (SA) with 2 carboxyl group, malic acid (MA) with 1 hydroxyl and 2 carboxyl group, tartaric acid (TA) with 2 hydroxyl and 2 carboxyl group and citric acid (CA) with 1 hydroxyl and 3 carboxyl group were used as additives. The results of measured tensile strength (TS) and elongation (%E) verified that both hydroxyl and carboxyl group as a functional groups increased the flexibility and strength of the film. Values of DS for GL-added and SA-added films were low. However, DS values of the films added MA, TA or CA with both hydroxyl and carboxyl group were comparatively high. When the film was dried at low temperature, the properties of the films were evidently improved. The reason is probably because the hydrogen bonding was activated at low temperature.     

地铁火灾场景设计探讨

近年来，地铁火灾是火灾科学界研究的热点。火灾场景设计是开展地铁火灾研究的基础环节，它对地铁内的烟气运动和人员疏散有重要的影响。通过对国内外文献的调研发现，地铁火灾场景的设计并无统一明确的表述。在综合前人研究的基础上，对地铁火灾场景中需要确定的火灾荷载和起火点位置进行了初步探讨，并给出了分析结果。     

紫外分光光度法在处理废水中的应用

根据二沉池出水特点，指出了以260nm紫外光(F260)评价处理二沉池出水的理论依据，然后确定了E260与COD的关系式为：E260=0．008COD 0．083。最后以E260为评价指标，比较了3种无饥混凝剂在不同pH值条件下对城市二沉池出水的COD去除效果，确定了最佳混凝剂为三氯化铁(FC)及混凝条件：pH4．5，投药量Fe^3 为32mg/L。     

基于CAN总线的分布式安全报警系统

CAN总线是一种多主站局部网络 ,支持分布式控制系统或实时控制系统的通信功能 ,具有检错功能强 ,抗干扰 ,传输速率高等优点 ,广泛应用于工业控制领域。笔者以CAN总线技术为基础 ,用单片机和个人计算机组成分布式安全报警系统 ,该系统具有开放性、全分散体系结构、安装维护简单等特点。笔者介绍了该系统的总体构成及其软件和硬件设计。试验结果表明 ,该系统实现了事故现场、住户与住宅小区三者联系的安全报警功能。系统稳定性好 ,实时性强 ,报警准确。     

国家安全生产监督管理总局部署开展劳防用品专项检查

国家安全生产监督管理总局和全国总工会为深入贯彻《安全生产法》，进一步加强对劳动防护用品的监督管理，确保从业人员的职业安全与健康，最近联合下发通知。要求各地区对生产经营单位劳防用品的配备、管理、使用情况，进行一次全国范围的专项监督检查。

近年来．煤矿瓦斯爆炸、火灾、矿难、飞机失事、石油井喷、淮河流域大水灾、食品中毒等重大灾难与事故震撼国人。2004年全国各类安全事故近百万起．死亡近14万人：重庆“12.23”井喷特大事故．导致234人死亡；被世界卫生组织官员警告“猛于”SARS的禽流感也在中国一些地区出现；气象灾害对我国造成的直接经济损失已经占到GDP的30%-6％；     

Use of Microbial Community to Evaluate Performance of a Wetland System in Treating Pb/Zn Mine Drainage

The performance of a wetland system in treating lead (Pb)/zinc (Zn) mine drainage was evaluated by using the polyurethane foam unit (PFU) microbial community (method), which has been adopted by China as a standardized procedure for monitoring water quality. The wetland system consisted of four cells with three dominant plants: Typha latifolia, Phragmites australis and Paspalum distichum. Physicochemical characteristics [pH, EC, content of total suspended solid (TSS) and metals (Pb, Zn, Cd, and Cu)] and PFU microbial community in water samples had been investigated from seven sampling sites. The results indicated that the concentrations of Pb, Zn, Cd, Cu, and TSS in the mine drainage were gradually reduced from the inlet to the outlet of the wetland system and 99%, 98%, 75%, 83%, and 68% of these metals and TSS respectively, had been reduced in concentration after the drainage passed through the wetland system. A total of 105 protozoan species were identified, the number of protozoa species and the diversity index (DI) gradually increased, while the heterotrophic index (HI) gradually decreased from the inlet to the outlet of the wetland system. The results indicated that DI, HI, and total number species of protozoa could be used as biological indicators indicating the improvement of water quality.
