燃煤电厂排渣输灰管道清垢器的设计

燃煤电厂输灰管道结垢问题影响发电机组的正常运行.设计研制一种输灰管道清垢器实现不停机除垢,避免传统酸洗对管道的腐蚀破坏和对环境的污染,同时大大降低了成本.设计过程中应用三维CAD建模,利用有限元方法对关键部件校验分析,缩短了设计周期,提高了清垢器的可靠性.     

我国发展循环经济的必要性及实证分析

阐述了循环经济的概念、发展过程、现实意义。指出循环经济是针对持续的经济增长对资源和环境压力而提出的一种新的经济发展模式，也是一种新的技术经济范式。论述了经济发展阶段与循环经济、效率与循环经济．生态经济与循环经济的关系。以上海市吴泾化工区循环经济的实践为例，进行了实证分析。     

A salt-free pickling regime for hides and skins using oxazolidine

During the last few decades new materials and technologies have being studied and applied in order to reduce the ecological impact of leather production. Severe restrictions imposed by the pollution control authorities on the disposal of chromium, total dissolved solids and chlorides in tannery effluents have forced the tanners and researchers to look for eco-benign pickling and tanning processes. In this study, we would focus on the novel process development of pickling with the presence of oxazolidine based product. Investigations indicated that oxazolidine is a potential material to replace neutral salts in pickling and, realize high chrome exhaustion in the subsequential chrome tanning.     

The balance of acidity and redox capability over modified CeO2 catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3

The effect of acidity and redox capability over sulfuric acid-modified CeO_2 catalysts were studied for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_x with NH_3(NH_3-SCR). The deposition of sulfate significantly enhanced the catalytic performance over CeO_2. NO_x conversion over4H_2SO_4/CeO_2 at 230–440 °C was higher than 90%. The strong redox capability of CeO_2 could result in unselective NH_3 oxidation and decrease high temperatures catalytic activity and N_2 selectivity. The deposition of sulfate increased the acidity and weakened the redox capability, and then increased the high temperature NO_x conversion and N_2 selectivity. An appropriate level of acidity also promoted the activity at 190–250 °C over ceria-based catalysts, and with further increase in the acidity, the SCR activity decreased slightly. Weak redox capability lowered the low-temperature catalytic activity. Excellent SCR activity requires a balance of acidity and redox capability on the catalysts.     

Tuning of activated sludge in winter based on respirogram profiles under standard and site temperatures

Respirograms of activated sludge OUR_ x~Tand OUR_x~(20)were measured under site(T) and standard(20°C) temperatures, respectively, and the predicted standard temperature respirogram OUR_( x,cal)~(20)was also calculated using the Arrhenius equation. These respirogram profiles reveal more information than effluent quality. A decrease of OUR_ x ~(20)is a critical alarm signal for the loss of pollutant removal capacity, and a sudden increase of the predicted value OUR_( x,cal)~(20)is an alarm signal for the unrecoverable deterioration of biomass. The sign of OUR_x~(20)–OUR_(x,cal)~(20)can be used for selection of tuning strategies. For example, a negative value of OUR_x~(20)–OUR_( x,cal)~(20)indicates that doubling biomass is difficult,thus strategies such as extending the reaction time with limited available biomass is preferred. The findings in this study elucidated the respiration profile of activated sludge under changes of temperature and can be effectively used for the stable operation of Wastewater Treatment Plants under cold temperatures and seasonal variations.     

基于灰色系统理论的我国能源结构预测及优化研究

以我国2000-2010年的能源生产和消费结构数据为基础,用灰色系统模型GM(1,1,α)对这些数据进行分析,并通过MATLAB程序预测了未来十年我国的能源生产和消费结构,对预测结果进行了分析和总结.结合预测结果,对能源结构进行调整和优化分析,提出了相关建议.

员工的安全与健康应得到企业的伦理关怀

员工的安全和健康在现代管理理论中是人力资源管理的重要部分。长期以来,企业人力资源管理的重点集中于对雇员的技能培训和报酬激励,对雇员情感和意愿的管理则重视得不够,导致企业人力资源管理的效力不能充分发挥。基于此,上个世纪80年代后期以来,西方国家的许多企业纷纷调整其人力资源管理战略,将“爱抚管理”当作企业人力资源管理的核心。     

利用粉煤灰合成沸石处理重金属污水研究

本研究中利用粉煤灰合成沸石对含有Cu^2 、Pb^2 、Cd^2 的制备水样进行批处理振荡实验，其吸附容量分别为9．56、0．89和0．25mg／l。实验证明，用合成沸石处理含重金属离子污水达到平衡所需的时间约为3h。对污水中重金属离子的去除率随pH值降低而降低，随沸石用量增加而增加。同等条件下，利用粉煤灰处理含Cu^2 的污水，其吸附容量仅为6．49mg／l，低于合成沸石。     

安丘-莒县断裂莒县盆地段晚第四纪以来的活动特征

野外调查研究结果表明,安丘-莒县断裂莒县盆地段是一条晚第四纪以来强烈活动的断层.根据断层走向、活动时代及活动性质的变化,可分为两段.董家坡-武家曲坊段和武家曲坊-太湖段,总长度约30km.从滑动速率的分布来看,董家坡-武家曲坊段全新世早期右旋水平滑动速率为1.83mm/a,垂直滑动速率大约为0.37mm/a;全新世晚期右旋水平滑动速率为0.86mm/a,垂直滑动速率大约为0.17mm/a.武家曲坊-太湖段晚更新世早期断裂右旋水平滑动速率为2.78mm/a,垂直滑动速率为0.65mm/a.全新世晚期右旋水平滑动速率为1.37mm/a.垂直滑动速率为0.18mm/a.上述资料表明,安丘～莒县断裂带盆地段的断裂活动无论是时间上还是空间上都有差异,晚更新世以来断裂的活动性有减弱的趋势,全新世时期断裂的活动北段比南段强.
