This study describes the complete treatment of non-biodegradable landfill leachate by combined treatment processes. The processes consist of agitation as a novel stripping method used to overcome the ammonia toxicity regarding aerobic microorganisms. The NH3-N removal ratio was 93.9% obtained at pH 11.5 and a gradient velocity (G) 150 s?1 within a five-hour agitation time. By poly ferric sulphate (PFS) coagulation followed the agitation process; chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biological oxygen demand (BOD5) were removed at 70.6% and 49.4%, respectively at an optimum dose of 1200 mg L?1 at pH 5.0. The biodegradable ratio BOD5/COD was improved from 0.18 to 0.31 during pretreatment step by agitation and PFS coagulation. Thereafter, the effluent was diluted with sewage at a different ratio before it was subjected to sequencing batch reactor (SBR) treatment. Up to 93.3% BOD5, 95.5% COD and 98.1% NH3-N removal were achieved by SBR operated under anoxic–aerobic–anoxic conditions. The filtration process was carried out using sand and carbon as a dual filter media as polishing process. The final effluent concentration of COD, BOD5, suspended solid (SS), NH3-N and total organic carbon (TOC) were 72.4 mg L?1, 22.8 mg L?1, 24.2 mg L?1, 18.4 mg L?1 and 50.8 mg L?1 respectively, which met the discharge standard. 以体外培养人Bel-7402肝癌细胞为模型,研究铅的3种常见化合物氯化铅(Pb Cl2)、乙酸铅(Pb(CH3COO)2)、硝酸铅(Pb(NO3)2)的细胞毒性和去甲基化表观遗传毒性。应用MTS方法检测细胞的存活率,以前期研究建立的评价方法评价铅化合物的去甲基化表观遗传毒性。结果显示,Pb Cl2、Pb(CH3COO)2、Pb(NO3)2均会抑制Bel-7402细胞的增值,计算求得Pb Cl2、Pb(CH3COO)2、Pb(NO3)2相应的50%细胞存活浓度(IC50)值分别为2 524μmol·L~(-1)、1 977μmol·L~(-1)、1 899μmol·L~(-1);80%细胞存活浓度(IC80)值分别为264μmol·L~(-1)、221μmol·L~(-1)、281μmol·L~(-1),通过对3种染毒物不同染毒浓度的细胞存活率进行随机区组设计的方差分析显示3种化合物间的差异无统计学意义(F=0.11;P=0.897)。去甲基化表观遗传毒性检测结果显示,Pb Cl2、Pb(CH3COO)2、Pb(NO3)2均可观察到明显的去甲基化表观遗传毒性,其相对于5-氮杂-2-脱氧胞苷(5-Aza-Cd R)的去甲基化表观遗传毒性当量分别为2.82E-03、1.50E-03、5.09E-04,三者间也无显著性差异。结果表明,铅化合物会使Bel-7402细胞的细胞存活率和转染进细胞的质粒上增强型绿色荧光蛋白基因启动子的DNA甲基化水平下降。 相似文献

将马氏珠母贝(Pinctada martensi)暴露于不同质量浓度(1、4和8μg.L-1)苯并[a]芘B[a]P中,检测暴露后第3、7和10天后,马氏珠母贝鳃组织抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶GST和过氧化氢酶CAT)对苯并[a]芘胁迫的生态毒理效应。结果表明:暴露时间为3、7 d时,SOD活性无明显变化,随着暴露时间的延长,SOD活性在第10天时被激活;在胁迫初期,GST活性被激活,随后表现出逐渐降低的趋势,在暴露后10 d,不同质量浓度组GST活性变化趋于稳定。当暴露质量浓度相同时,表现出明显的时—效关系;而CAT活性在第7天被激活,随着时间的延长,高质量浓度(4和8μg.L-1)组表现出先升高后下降的趋势,并表现出一定的时-效关系。SOD、GST和CAT均可作为B[a]P污染的生物标志物,活性变化相对于SOD,GST和CAT对B[a]P的胁迫更加敏感。 相似文献

Tailpipe emissions from light-duty gasoline vehicles usually deteriorate over time. The accumulation of engine deposits due to inadequate gasoline detergency is considered to be one of the major causes of such emission deterioration. Six in-use light-duty gasoline vehicles in Beijing were tested to investigate the impact of engine deposits on emissions of hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NO x ). Emissions under cold start and hot running test conditions from the six light duty vehicles were measured before and after engine deposits were removed. Results show that although individual vehicles reacted differently for each of the pollutants, elimination of engine deposits on average reduced HC emissions under hot running conditions by 29.4%, CO emissions under cold start conditions by 23.0% and CO emissions under hot running conditions by 35.5% (t < 0.05 in all cases). No pollutant emissions increased with statistical significance (t < 0.05) after the removal of engine deposits. Variations of emission changes upon removal of engine deposits were observed. Such variations are in line with previous studies, implying that the impact patterns of engine deposits on vehicle emissions may be subject to many influencing factors that are not fully understood and difficult to control under all conditions. A statistical view of the impact of engine deposits on vehicle emissions may be appropriate for evaluation of emissions reductions across a city or a country. It is necessary to maintain sufficient and effective gasoline fuel detergency in practice to keep the engines clean and in turn reduce vehicle emissions. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶和水蒸气活化热处理技术制备了介孔TiO2纤维,考察了各种因素对介孔TiO2纤维光催化活性的影响,并对介孔TiO2纤维结构进行了表征。介孔TiO2纤维的最佳制备条件:n(TBOT)∶n(C6H10O3)∶n(H2O)∶n(C3H8O)=1∶0.4∶2.0∶16,搅拌时间80min,Si与Ti的摩尔比为0.15,采用分段程序升温工艺,活化温度为700℃。所得介孔TiO2纤维比表面积为127.7m2/g,最可几孔径为7.3nm,具有极高的热稳定性及抗晶型转变能力,反应时间75min时活性艳红X-3B降解率为99.3%。 相似文献
