采用多级A/O工艺小试装置开展制革废水处理的相关研究,重点考察温度、pH值、各级进水流量分配比、单级缺氧/好氧比、HRT等因素对废水处理效果的影响。确立优化实验条件,多级A/O工艺处理制革废水的适宜参数为水温15℃以上,pH值在7.5~8.5,进水分配比为4:3:2:1,HRT为24h。在优化的实验条件下,多级A/O出水COD和NH4一N分别在150mg·L-1和10mg·L-1以下,去除率分别可达86%和90%。实验结果表明,多级A/O工艺是一种新型的高效生物脱氮工艺,具有无需内回流、耐冲击负荷、对碳源和溶解氧利用较为充分等优点。 相似文献

Waste printed circuit boards (WPCB) nonmetals were firstly recycled as reinforcing filler in a kind of novel room temperature cured unsaturated polyester (UPE) composites. The compositions and characteristics of WPCB nonmetals were detailly analyzed by SEM, FTIR, TGA and Py-GCMS, and the effects of the content of WPCB nonmetals on the mechanical performance and thermal behaviors of UPE composites were also systematically studied. Results suggested that UPE composites incorporated with WPCB nonmetals at appropriate content showed superior tensile strength, flexural strength and heat distortion temperature than UPE matrix. Based on the analysis of thermal degradation kinetic, the thermal stability of UPE composites were significantly enhanced by the incorporation of WPCB nonmetals. The highlight of this work lies in the fact that high-valued utilization of WPCB nonmetals is realized in room temperature cured UPE matrix, which may not only achieve favorable economic and social benefits, but also open up new opportunities for the preparation of high performance plastic composites. 相似文献

Although engineered nanoparticles (NPs) could negatively impact environmental organisms, the synergistic effect of NPs and other toxic substances, which could be more significant than that of NP alone, have seldom been examined. The effect of two common NPs, nano-CeO2 and nano-TiO2, on the toxicity of Pb was evaluated using Ceriodaphnia dubia (C. dubia) as the model organism. Standard EPA procedures were followed in the toxicity evaluation. The toxicity of bare NPs (without Pb) was first evaluated and safe doses (levels without causing lethal effect) of NPs were used in the synergistic studies. It was found that the overall toxicity of Pb in the system containing NPs was greater than that of Pb alone, as indicted by the reduced median lethal concentration (LC50) of soluble Pb. The sorption of Pb onto the NP, and the uptake of NPs in the gastrointestinal tract of C. dubia were validated. Therefore, the uptake of Pb-loaded NPs increased the exposure of C. dubia to Pb, resulting in the enhanced toxicity. Reducing the solution pH could shift Pb speciation and enhance the overall toxicity of Pb, with or without the presence of NPs. 相似文献

采用Fe/C微电解耦合H2O2工艺对经复合混凝处理后的某页岩气井钻井废水进行处理,考察了Fe/C质量比、Fe/C投加量、溶液pH值、气水比、H2O2(30%)投加量和反应时间对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,耦合工艺最佳实验条件为Fe/C质量比1:1、Fe/C投加量500 g·L-1、溶液pH值2.5、气水比20:1、H2O2(30%)投加量6 mL·L-1、反应时间120 min。最佳工艺条件下,页岩气钻井废水经处理后,出水COD质量浓度为89.54 mg·L-1,去除率达到81.60%。 相似文献
