为促进我国锌锰废电池集中资源化处理,开发了一种高温回收废电池中锰的新工艺.废电池分选后,破碎和筛分,其中二氧化锰与还原剂碳制成球团,烧结后在感应炉中还原锰,制成锰钢.实验表明,球团中不加表面活性剂的二氧化锰还原率为34%,球团中加入硫化物表面活性剂促进二氧化锰在钢中的还原率,达到80%,钢液中锰含量可达3.97%,本实验条件下,还原最佳时间为20 min.在铸钢生产中可以直接应用该工艺处理废电池. 相似文献

为了解猪粪堆肥过程中各种有机物的变化特征,并为判断猪粪堆肥腐熟度提供参考指标,进行42d的高温好氧堆肥.结果表明,堆体中的有机质含量呈下降趋势;水溶性有机碳(DOC)含量在第10d达到最大值,之后呈下降趋势;易分解有机质含量呈下降趋势,但在高温开始阶段呈上升趋势;腐殖质含量呈上升趋势.说明堆肥过程中有机物不断向腐殖化方向转化.在研究H/F变化时发现,它与判断堆肥腐熟度常用的化学指标(有机质、DOC)呈一定的相关性,而且与易分解有机质和腐殖质也有较好的相关性. 相似文献

利用环流塔式曝气装置并且在曝气体系中投入聚亚氨酯载体以固定微生物,可以用来同时去除污水中的COD、氨氮和硝酸氮.在气速为0.117~0.156 m3/(min·m3)之间,实验装置对氨氮具有较高的去除效率;而当气速大于0.039 m3/(min·m3)时,COD可以在1h之内得到较完全的降解.研究了载体在整个体系中的填充率对COD和氮的脱除效果的影响,当载体填充率达到15%时,可以得到较高的COD和氨氮去除水平.通过实验确定了处理过程合适的温度范围在25℃左右. 相似文献

Background, aim, and scope Endosulfan is one of the organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and also a candidate to be included in a group of new persistent organic pollutants (UNEP 2007). The first national endosulfan usage inventories in China with 1/4° longitude by 1/6° latitude resolution has been reported in an accompanying paper. In the second part of the paper, we compiled the gridded historical emissions and soil residues of endosulfan in China from the usage inventories. Based on the residue/emission data, gridded concentrations of endosulfan in Chinese soil and air have been calculated. These inventories will provide valuable data for the further study of endosulfan. Methods Emission and residue of endosulfan were calculated from endosulfan usage by using a simplified gridded pesticide emission and residue model—SGPERM, which is an integrated modeling system combining mathematical model, database management system, and geographic information system. By using the emission and residue inventories, annual air and soil concentrations of endosulfan in each cell were determined. Results and discussion Historical gridded emission and residue inventories of α- and β-endosulfan in agricultural soil in China with 1/4° longitude by 1/6° latitude resolution have been created. Total emissions were around 10,800 t, with α-endosulfan at 7,400 t and β-endosulfan at 3,400 t from 1994 to 2004. The highest residues were 140 t for α-endosulfan and 390 t for β-endosulfan, and the lowest residues were 0.7 t for α-endosulfan and 170 t for β-endosulfan in 2004 in Chinese agricultural soil where endosulfan was applied. Based on the emission and residue inventories, concentrations of α- and β-endosulfan in Chinese air and agricultural surface soil were also calculated for each grid cell. We have estimated annual averaged air concentrations and the annual minimum and maximum soil concentrations across China. The real concentrations will be different from season to season. Although our model does not consider the transport of the insecticide in the atmosphere, which could be very important in some areas during some special time, the estimated concentrations of endosulfan in Chinese air and soil derived from the endosulfan emission and residue inventories are in general consistent with the published monitoring data. Conclusions To our knowledge, this work is the first inventory of this kind for endosulfan published on a national scale. Concentrations of the chemical in Chinese air and agricultural surface soil were calculated for each grid cell. Results show that the estimated concentrations of endosulfan in Chinese air and soil agree reasonably well with the monitoring data in general. Recommendations and perspectives The gridded endosulfan emission/residue inventories and also the air and soil concentration inventories created in this study will be updated upon availability of new information, including usage and monitoring data. Sulfide dioxide(SO2) is often released during the combustion processes of fossil fuels. An integrated bioreactor with two sections, namely, a suspended zone(SZ) and immobilized zone(IZ), was applied to treat SO2 for 6 months. Sampling ports were set in both sections to investigate the performance and microbial characteristics of the integrated bioreactor. SO2 was effectively removed by the synergistic effect of the SZ and IZ, and more than 85%removal efficiency was achieved at steady state. The average elimination capacity of SO2 in the bioreactor was 2.80 g/(m3·hr) for the SZ and 1.50 g/(m3· hr) for the IZ. Most SO2 was eliminated in the SZ. The liquid level of the SZ and the water content ratio of the packing material in the IZ affected SO2 removal efficiency. The SZ served a key function not only in SO2 elimination, but also in moisture maintenance for the IZ. The desired water content in IZ could be feasibly maintained without any additional pre-humidification facilities. Clone libraries of 16 S r DNA directly amplified from the DNA of each sample were constructed and sequenced to analyze the community composition and diversity in the individual zones.The desulfurization bacteria dominated both zones. Paenibacillus sp. was present in both zones, whereas Ralstonia sp. existed only in the SZ. The transfer of SO2 to the SZ involved dissolution in the nutrient solution and biodegradation by the sulfur-oxidizing bacteria.This work presents a potential biological treatment method for waste gases containing hydrophilic compounds. 相似文献

During the 2003 Chinese Arctic Research Expedition (CHINARE 2003) from Bohai Sea to the high Arctic (37°N–80°N), air samples were collected and analyzed for DDTs. ∑DDTs (sum of six congeners) ranged from 0.52 to 265 pg m?3 with an average of 13.1 pg m?3. Higher DDT concentrations were observed in Bohai Sea and near eastern Russia. The congener patterns were obviously different between the Far East Asia and the higher latitudinal regions that p,p'-DDT and o,p'-DDT were dominated in the former; while o,p'-DDT and o,p'-DDE were dominated in the latter. The source contributions of technical DDT and dicofol type DDT were estimated. Results showed that technical DDT was the dominant source (>94%) which was fresher in the Far East Asia compared to the North Pacific Ocean and the Arctic. For dicofol type DDT, the estimated contribution was minor. The “new” o,p'-DDT observed should have relatively more contribution from dicofol type DDT in the North Pacific Ocean and the Arctic. 相似文献

为了达到高效、低能耗处理分散性生活污水的目的,研制了无污泥回流和无沉淀池的流化床固定床一体化反应器。使用该反应器对模拟生活污水的处理结果表明,在水力停留时间为12 h的条件下,当进水温度为25~28℃,污染物COD、NH3-N、TN、TP和SS的浓度分别为350~450、26.4~36.9、27.0~38.5、1.7~2.6和267~345 mg/L时,相应的处理水中污染物去除率分别达到了95.7%、97.0%、51.4%、63.5%和93.9%。出水中各指标均满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级排放标准。 相似文献
