通过分析现有OFA系列石油定量分析仪的使用对操作人员的职业危害,从试剂对人体的危害程度、对油气发出荧光的干扰程度、油气萃取灵敏度与萃取荧光效率、钻井液添加剂选择性进行对比实验提出了采用异丙醇代替正已烷作为萃取剂的可能性,并对工作台进行改造,将有害气体迅速排除,降低室内有害气体浓度,从而实现“绿色”操作的方法。

随着城市化的发展,水资源的污染和匮乏已经成为人们普遍关注的问题,而由此引出的对雨水径流污染的研究和控制也已不是新鲜话题。尤其对于将要承办2008年奥运会水上项目的青岛来说雨水的意义尤为重要。在对青岛市雨水水质实地调查后,结合国内外雨水研究的先进经验,对青岛市今后的雨水污染控制和利用提出了一些建议和意见。

Theoretical equation of gas desorption of particle coal under the non-uniform pressure condition and its analytical solution

Based on the second Fick’s law, the theoretical equation of gas desorption of particle coal under the non-uniform pressure condition was developed in this paper. The analytical solution of the theoretical equation and the method of gas desorption quantity of particle coal under non-uniform pressure condition were obtained.     

Experimental study on the influence mechanism of gas seepage on coal and gas outburst disaster

By using the self-developed triaxial servo-controlled seepage equipment for thermo-fluid-solid coupling of coal containing gas and the self-developed coal and gas outburst simulation test device, experiments to study the influence mechanism of gas seepage on coal and gas outburst disasters. The results show that: (i) gas seepage decreases the strength of coal containing gas and accelerates its failure process; (ii) under the same gas pressure, the confining pressure is larger, the more difficult the gas flows and the greater the intensity of coal containing gas is; (iii) in the process of coal and gas outburst, the greater the vertical ground stress is, the more powerful the outburst will be; (iv) the influence mechanism of gas seepage on coal and gas outburst disasters is as follows: firstly, gas seepage weakens the mechanical properties of coal body, which makes it much easier for coal and gas outburst to occur; secondly, on the same effect of external force, it will be easy to form a high gas pressure zone in the coal body under the difficult condition of gas seepage, and accumulate more gas compression energy, which is the energy source for coal and gas outburst, and it is also the main dynamic source to throw and grind the coal.     

湿法脱硫系统优化分析

分析了运用烟塔合一等技术对现有湿法脱硫系统简化的可行性.在湿法脱硫系统中,利用冷却塔排烟气代替烟囱排烟,取消烟囱和GGH换热器,将增压风机和引风机合二为一,可提高能源的利用效率,减少设备的投资,降低系统运行及维护费用.     

防护鞋靴有害物质限量值研究

本文对防护鞋靴有害物质限量值研究进行了阐述。参考国内外标准,设定防护鞋靴有害物质限制项目和限量值。在检测分析我国具有市场代表性的16个防护鞋靴产品中有害物质含量数据基础上,判断设定限制项目及限量值的可行性。检测结果表明我国防护鞋靴生产技术水平基本能够达到限量要求,设定的限量值可以作为制定国家标准的参考依据。

橡胶助剂析出是橡胶制品的常发问题,本文从原料、配方设计、炼胶工艺、硫化工艺、存储条件等方面分析了武警现行鞋靴橡胶助剂析出的原因、形式及危害,提出了防治对策。     

护听器个人防护值验证技术

本文介绍了关于护听器实际防护值的研究数据,和用于护听器个人防护效果验证的方法,以及3ME-A-RfitTM听力防护验证系统。研究表明,护听器的标称降噪值对其实际防护值的指示性非常差,目前也还没有一个可靠的方法来使用护听器的标称值。3ME-A-RfitTM听力防护验证系统是使用实地真耳内置麦克风(F-MIRE)方法,在实际工作现场中快速、定量地测定护听器在具体使用者身上取得的个人声衰减值(PAR),让安全管理人员对员工实际获得的防护水平有清晰的了解。
