河南省土壤库中钾养分资源状况的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
通过对河南省1995年取得的1130个土样进行了土壤全钾、速效钾和缓效钾的测定 ,并同第二次土壤普查 (1985年 )的结果进行了比较。表明河南省土壤速效钾含量平均为102 6mg/kg,与第二次土壤普查相比下降了30 4mg/kg,年平均下降3 04mg/kg;以豫东区土壤速效钾含量下降最多 ,为46 5 % ,豫中区下降最少 ,仅为6 8 %。土壤缓效钾含量低的仅为177 5mg/kg,高的达2553mg/kg,平均为863mg/kg。土壤全钾平均含量为17 2g/kg,也下降了10 4 % ;下降幅度最大的为潮土达16 9 % ,褐土下降最低为0 5 %。  相似文献

A primary parameter in the assessment of the viability of a population is its effective population size ( Ne ). Allozyme analysis of four groups of fishes provided data on linkage disequilibrium, which were then used to estimate Ne . The groups included hatchery samples of juvenile white seabass, Atractoscion nobilis , juvenile rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss , from the Shasta Hatchery, and juvenile chinook salmon, O. tshawytscha , from the Coleman National Fish Hatchery. The fourth sample consisted of juvenile chinook salmon from the threatened winter run in the upper Sacramento River. The groups of fish were chosen to represent different applications of the methodology to conservation of fishes. For a variety of reasons. Ne may be considerably lower than census counts of fish present in the parental populations. The Ne of the hatchery broodstock that produced the sample of juvenile white seabass was estimated to be approximately 10, although 25 adult white seabass were present in a mass spawning tank. Ne estimates for the parental populations of the Shasta and Coleman Hatchery samples were 35.8 and 132.5, respectively. The actual number of fish spawned at the Shasta Hatchery was approximately 40, whereas nearly 10,000 salmon were spawned at the Coleman Hatchery. The threatened winter run of chinook salmon had an estimated Ne of 85.5 and an approximate run size of 2000 salmon. The method of estimating effective population size from linkage disequilibrium data appears to result in realistic estimates of effective population size when adequate sample size and a sufficient number of polymorphic loci are available.  相似文献

The feeding ecology of the green tiger shrimp Penaeus semisulcatus was studied in inshore fishing grounds off Doha, Qatar, using a combination of stable isotope (δ13C and δ15N) analysis and gut contents examination. Samples of post-larvae, juvenile and adult shrimp and other organisms were collected from intertidal and subtidal zones during the spawning season (January–June). Shrimp collected from shallow water seagrass beds were mostly post-larvae and juveniles and were significantly smaller than the older juveniles and adults caught in deeper macroalgal beds. Gut content examination indicated that post-larvae and juvenile shrimp in seagrass beds fed mainly on benthos such as Foraminifera, polychaetes, benthic diatoms and small benthic crustaceans (amphipods, isopods and ostracoda), whereas larger shrimp in the macroalgal beds fed mainly on bivalve molluscs and to a lesser extent polychaetes. In shrimp from both seagrass and algal beds, unidentifiable detritus was also present in the gut (18, 32%). δ13C values for shrimp muscle tissue ranged from −9.5 ± 0.26 to −12.7 ± 0.05‰, and δ15N values increased with increasing shrimp size, ranging from 4.1 ± 0.03 to 7.7 ± 0.11‰. Both δ15N values and δ13C values for shrimp tissue were consistent with the dietary sources indicated by gut contents and the δ13C and δ15N values for primary producers and prey species. The combination of gut content and stable isotope data demonstrates that seagrass beds are important habitats for post-larvae and juvenile P. semisulcatus, while the transition to deeper water habitats in older shrimp involves a change in diet and source of carbon and nitrogen that is reflected in shrimp tissue stable isotope ratios. The results of the study confirm the linkage between sensitive shallow water habitats and the key life stages of an important commercially-exploited species and indicate the need for suitable assessment of the potential indirect impacts of coastal developments involving dredging and land reclamation.  相似文献

Data upon water exit-velocity in an encased high-speed plankton sampler were obtained during field use and analysed; the results show that reduction in size of mouth opening allows complete avoidance of clogging under normal working conditions in temperate waters. Reduction of mouth opening has the further effect of increasing the filtration coefficient in such a way that the sampler apparentlyfilters more than the theoretical quantity of water that would be expected from the mouth area. Unobstructed flow through the net probably reduces avoidance by fast-moving plankters.  相似文献

Laboratory experiments were undertaken to examine fertilization success in the intertidal prosobranch limpets Patella ulyssiponensis and Patella vulgata. Alkalization of eggs (10 min in pH 9.0 sea water) prior to fertilization trials improved fertilization rates greatly. Fertilization success was found to be a function of sperm concentration, gamete age and contact time. Sperm concentration needed for optimum fertilization success in vivo ranged between 105 and 107 sperm ml−1 for both species although at higher concentrations the number of normally developing trochophore larvae decreased. For P. vulgata, sperm longevity (at a concentration of 106 sperm ml−1) did not exceed 6 h, whereas eggs of both species were fertilizable for up to 12 h. Maximum fertilization success occurred after 15–30 min gamete contact time. The Vogel et al. (Math Biosci 58:189–216, 1982) fertilization kinetics model is developed to allow for non-complete fertilizations under optimal sperm concentrations, and a new parameter fitting technique is developed to improve estimates of fertilization success for short gamete contact times.  相似文献

This study investigates the spatiotemporal variability of major and trace elements, dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total dissolved solids (TDS), and suspended particulate matter (SPM) in surface waters of several hydrosystems of the Loire River watershed in France. In particular, this study aims to delineate the impact of the abovementioned water physicochemical parameters on natural iron and manganese physical speciation (homoaggregation/heteroaggregation) among fine colloidal and dissolved (<?10 nm), colloidal (10–450 nm) and particulate (>?450 nm) phases in Loire River watershed. Results show that the chemistry of the Loire River watershed is controlled by two end members: magmatic and metamorphic petrographic context on the upper part of the watershed; and sedimentary rocks for the middle and low part of the Loire. The percentage of particulate Fe and Mn increased downstream concurrent with the increase in SPM and major cations concentration, whereas the percentage of colloidal Fe and Mn decreased downstream. Transmission electron microscopy analyses of the colloidal and particulate fractions (from the non-filtered water sample) revealed that heteroaggregation of Fe and Mn rich natural nanoparticles and natural organic matter to the particulate phase is the dominant mechanism. The heteroaggregation controls the partitioning of Fe and Mn in the different fractions, potentially due to the increase in the ionic strength, and divalent cations concentration downstream, and SPM concentration. These findings imply that SPM concentration plays an important role in controlling the fate and behavior of Fe and Mn in various sized fractions.

Concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), DDTs, chlordanes, HCHs, hexachlorobenzene (HCB), dieldrin, heptachlor epoxide, tris(4-chlorophenyl)methane (TCPMe), and tris(4-chlorophenyl)methanol (TCPMOH) were measured in the blubber of California sea lions (Zalophus californianus) collected in 2000. DDTs were the most predominant contaminants, followed by PCBs, chlordanes, TCPMe, HCHs, TCPMOH, dieldrin, and heptachlor epoxide. Concentrations of PCBs and DDTs varied from a few microg/g to several hundreds of microg/g on a lipid weight basis. Concentrations of DDTs have declined by an order of magnitude over the last three decades in California sea lions; nevertheless, the measured concentrations of PCBs and DDTs in California sea lions are still some of the highest values reported for marine mammals in recent years. Concentrations of organochlorines were highly correlated with one another. Concentrations of PCBs and DDTs in the blubber of gray whale, humpback whale, northern elephant seal, and harbor seal, and in the adipose fat of sea otter, were lower than the levels found in California sea lions, and were in the range of a few to several microg/g on a lipid weight basis.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to optimize experimental conditions of sorbent preparation from sewage sludge using experimental design methodology. Series of carbonaceous sorbents have been prepared by chemical activation with sulfuric acid. The sorbents produced were characterized, and their properties (surface chemistry, porous and adsorptive properties) were analyzed as a function of the experimental conditions (impregnation ratio, activation temperature and time). Carbonaceous sorbents developed from sludge allow copper ion, phenol and dyes (Acid Red 18 and Basic Violet 4) to be removed from aqueous solution as well as VOC from gas phase. Indeed, according to experimental conditions, copper adsorption capacity varies from 77 to 83 mg g(-1), phenol adsorption capacity varies between 41 and 53 mg g(-1) and VOC adsorption capacities (acetone and toluene) range from 12 to 54 mg g(-1). Each response has been described by a second-order model that was found to be appropriate to predict most of the responses in every experimental region. The most influential factors on each experimental design response have been identified. Regions in which optimum values of each factor were achieved for preparation of activated carbons suitable for use in wastewater and gas treatments have been determined using response surfaces methodology. In order to have a high mass yield and to minimize the energetic cost of the process, the following optimal conditions, 1.5 g of H2SO4 g(-1) of sludge, 700 degrees C and 145 min are more appropriate for use of activated carbon from sludge in water and gas treatments.  相似文献
