本文通过对黑岱沟露天煤矿开发所形成新的人工环境条件下的气候和土壤等因子分析,应用景观生态学原理,规划建设了以观赏为主的果园观生态建设。通过对所载植果树和其它乔灌木的观测研究,筛选出了适宜于排土场生长的杏树、苹果梨、123苹果、山桃等果树品种,以及油松、旱柳、榆树、沙棘、玫瑰和先辈乔灌木品种,完成了排土场的景观生态建设工作,为矿区大面积土地复垦提供了依据。 相似文献

醌介体催化强化酸性红B生物脱色 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
考察了5种结构相似的醌介体(AQS、2,7-AQDS、AQDS、1,5-AQDS和α-AQS)对酸性红B生物脱色的催化强化作用。结果表明,反应进行至5 h,在0~0.24 mmol/L AQS的浓度范围内,最高脱色率达89%(0.24 mmol/L),相对于空白组(28%)提高约3.2倍,且零级反应速率常数K与介体浓度呈正相关线性关系,K=56.571CAQS+22.616(R2=0.9012);最适实验条件为AQS浓度0.24 mmol/L,0.25%NaCl,温度35℃,pH 7;在此实验条件下,5种醌介体相对于空白组脱色效率分别提高了1.14~1.53倍,体系氧化还原电位降低了38~87 mV。本研究为解决偶氮染料生物脱色技术存在的降解速率低的问题提供了新的思路。 相似文献

The mercury distribution and speciation in the water column were investigated from November 2003 to September 2004. The distribution and concentrations of total mercury (THg) and particulate mercury (PHg) showed that algae had a large capacity to bind mercury in late spring (e.g. in May). It is shown that dissolved gaseous mercury (DGM) concentrations may also be affected by algae activities. The MeHg profile in the water column at a highly eutrophied site in Hongfeng Reservoir demonstrated that most of the MeHg was produced in the hypolimnion, whereas the MeHg profile pattern at another site with less eutrophication indicated that MeHg in water was largely ascribed to release from sediment. In September, the outflow of the reservoir was enriched with MeHg, which was 5.5 times higher than that in the inflows. The discharge of MeHg-concentrated water from the anoxic hypolimnion in the reservoir may pose a risk to downstream fauna. 相似文献

通过微涡旋絮凝逆流气浮-纳滤集成工艺的动态试验研究,确定其运行周期为72 h,能很好地去除水中腐殖酸有机物,但不同纳滤膜组成的集成工艺处理效果不同.采用PACl絮凝剂处理水样2时,以流程1运行的含TQ56-36FC型纳滤膜的集成工艺出水的高锰酸盐指数为0.45 mg/L,UV254nm在0.003 3左右波动,且有95%以上的脱盐率.以流程2运行的含M-N1812A型纳滤膜的集成工艺处理3种水样时的膜清水的高锰酸盐指数在0.75 mg/L左右波动,UV254nm大都远小于0.007 5,有时甚至为0.水样1和水样3的UV254nm平均值为0.005 4,水样2的最低,平均值为0.003 3,脱盐率只有6%~10%.以PACl为絮凝剂时,集成系统有较强的适应原水水质变化的能力.预处理中活性炭柱的存在提高了M-N1812A型纳滤膜清水样的水质,但并没有延长膜的使用周期.这也表明膜的污染更重要的是来自无机物的污染. 相似文献

A comparative study using native garlic peel and mercerized garlic peel as adsorbents for the removal of Pb2+ has been proposed. Under the optimized pH, contact time, and adsorbent dosage, the adsorption capacity of garlic peel after mercerization was increased 2.1 times and up to 109.05 mg g?1. The equilibrium sorption data for both garlic peels fitted well with Langmuir adsorption isotherm, and the adsorbent–adsorbate kinetics followed pseudo-second-order model. These both garlic peels were characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), and scanning electron microscopy, and the results indicated that mercerized garlic peel offers more little pores acted as adsorption sites than native garlic peel and has lower polymerization and crystalline and more accessible functional hydroxyl groups, which resulted in higher adsorption capacity than native garlic peel. The FT-IR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses of both garlic peels before and after loaded with Pb2+ further illustrated that lead was adsorbed on the through chelation between Pb2+ and O atom existed on the surface of garlic peels. The carbon isotope analysis [delta13C values] of organic samples can be a useful research in ecological studies because delta13C values are indicative of the plant source. This study investigated the changes in plant communities along the grassland-forest boundary in the alpine forest at Ta-Ta-Chia long term ecological research (LTER) site in central Taiwan using carbon isotope data. The aim of this study was focused on the forest fire affected the change of vegetation community. Four pedons from grassland dominated by Miscanthus transmorrisonensis (pedons 1 and 2), transition zone by Tsuga and Yushania nittakeyamensis (pedon 3), and forest zone by Tsuga and nittakeyamensis (pedon 4) were examined. Soil organic matter (SOM) delta13C values in the upper soil horizon were similar to delta13C values of the overlaying vegetation types. This indicates that the boundary between these plant communities remained the same in the past decades. The delta13C values of the grassland SOM ranged from -19.4 per thousand to -24.1 per thousand, showing decrease with soil depth. This suggests that C4 plants (transmorrisonensis) have replaced C3 plants of Tsuga and nittakeyamensis. The delta13C values of the Tsuga forest area (pedon 4) range from -27.0 per thousand to -23.5 per thousand and showed only slight change with soil depth, implying that C3 plants have remained the major species in the forest. 相似文献
