In an extensive environmental study, field samples, including soil, water, rice, vegetable, fish, human hair and urine, were collected at an abandoned tungsten mine in Shantou City, southern China. Results showed that arsenic (As) concentration in agricultural soils ranged from 3.5 to 935 mg kg−1 with the mean value of 129 mg kg−1. In addition, As concentration reached up to 325 μg L−1 in the groundwater, and the maximum As concentration in local food were 1.09, 2.38 and 0.60 mg kg−1 for brown rice, vegetable and fish samples, respectively, suggesting the local water resource and food have been severely contaminated with As. Health impact monitoring data revealed that As concentrations in hair and urine samples were up to 2.92 mg kg−1 and 164 μg L−1, respectively, indicating a potential health risk among the local residents. Effective measurements should be implemented to protect the local community from the As contamination in the environment.  相似文献

采用Fenton氧化对采油废水进行研究,选取双氧水与二价铁离子的摩尔比、初始pH值和反应时间为自变量,以废水的COD去除率为响应值,通过Box-Behnken设计方法进行实验设计,进行了3因素3水平共15个实验点的实验。使用响应面分析法对实验结果进行模拟及分析,建立了响应值与3个自变量的二次多项式方程模型。Fenton氧化的优化工艺条件:n(H2O2):n(Fe2+)=0.8,pH=3.0以及反应时间60 min。在该优化条件下,废水的COD去除率可达72.8%,经实验验证,实际值与模型预测值拟合性好,偏差仅为0.5%。实验结果证实了该模型分析采油废水处理运行参数的准确性。优化工艺后的处理水质COD值完全满足油田废水达标排放的要求。通过总离子色谱图和质谱检索分析原油中的成分变化情况,证实Fenton方法对原油组分的降解效果。  相似文献

分析研究了2007年秋季黄海、东海海域颗粒有机碳(POC)的时空分布情况,结果表明:POC的浓度为7.25~766.00μg/L,平均浓度为(97.37±86.35)μg/L,其平面分布呈现近岸高、远岸低的特征,近岸POC的等值线与海岸线平行;垂直分布呈现除底层外随着深度增加逐渐降低的趋势。海水中POC浓度与浊度呈显著正相关,而与叶绿素a无显著相关关系,这表明POC主要来自于陆源输入。对不同海区POC的垂直分布和周日变化的研究结果表明,黄海区由于水深较浅,POC的垂直分布比较均匀,POC周日分布除了受到生物周日活动的影响外还受到潮汐作用的影响。长江口附近海区悬浮颗粒物浓度大小是POC浓度和分布的主要控制因素,垂直分布上表现出表层低底层高的特征。东海陆架区POC的垂直分布和周日变化均受到生物活动和水文条件等因素的共同作用,受黑潮影响的海域POC的浓度都相对较低。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A new model for pulse jet fabric filtration is proposed. In contrast to the earlier model of Ravin and Humphries,1 which was formulated on the steady state assumption, the present study is aimed at developing a predictive capability for both transient and steady state operations, taking into account the compression effect of filter cakes. The model's relative simplicity allows frequent updating of the model parameter values, thus improving the accuracy of predictions. As a result, the model is particularly useful in developing control algorithms and designing controllers of pulse jet fabric filtration systems.  相似文献

Effect of citric, malic, tartaric and acetic acids on adsorption of La, Ce, Pr and Nd by and desorption from four typical Chinese soils was studied. Generally, adsorption capacities of rare earth elements (REEs) were significantly correlated with the cation exchange capacity (CEC) of soils. In the presence of acetic acids adsorption of REEs was similar to that in the presence of Ca(NO3)2. However, in the presence of citric, malic and tartaric acids adsorption of REEs by Heilongjiang, Zhejiang and Guangdong soils decreased to varying extents if compared with that in the presence of nitrate and acetic acid. The significance of suppression followed the order of citric acid > malic acid > tartaric acid > acetic acid, which was consistent with the order of stability of complexes of REEs with these organic acids. However, the adsorption increased with increasing equilibrium solution pH. For Jiangxi soil with low soil pH, CEC and organic matter these organic acids exerted an even more serious suppression effect on the adsorption of REEs. Another feature of the relationship between the adsorption of REEs and equilibrium solution pH was that the adsorption of REEs decreased with increase of pH from 2 to 4.5 and then slightly increased with further increase of pH. Desorption of REEs varied with soils and with organic acids as well. REEs were released easily from Heilongjiang, Zhejiang and Guangdong soils in the presence of organic acid. Generally, desorption of REEs decreased with increasing equilibrium solution pH. Effect of organic acids on desorption of REEs from Jiangxi soil was more complicated. In the presence of citric and malic acids no decrement and/or slight increase in desorption of REEs were observed over the equilibrium solution pH from 3 to 6.5. The reasons for this were ascribed to the strong complexing capacity of citric and malic acids and low soil pH, CEC and organic matter of Jiangxi soil.  相似文献
