Spruce needles are analysed by in-source pyrolysis (Py)-field ionization (FI) mass spectrography and Curie-point Py-gas chromatography/electron ionization mass spectrometry. The identified thermal degradation products allow the interpretation of the FI mass signals. It could be shown that Py-FI mass spectra of plant materials are representative fingerprints which consist primarily of molecular ions of Py products derived from the thermal degradation of the main constituents of spruce needles such as carbohydrates, lignin, lipids and proteins. Primary building blocks of these biopolymers form characteristic Py products of spruce needles. Furthermore, over 500 different molecular ion species of volatilized, thermostable plant constituents are recorded using FI as soft ionization method. The present study shows that Py-FIMS is suitable for the rapid and comprehensive characterization of complex biological materials, without pretreatment of the sample except of drying and milling. The presented results contribute to the basic knowledge for the evaluation of the causes of the present tree damage.  相似文献

In this study histological structure of rabbit thymus after bendiocarbamate (2,3–isopropyledene–dioxyphenyl methylcarbamate) administration was studied. Bendiocarbamate was perorally administered for 90 days. At Day 3, 10, 20, 30, 60, 90 morphometric analysis was realized. Quantitative evaluation showed that in the control group thymus cortex forms 57.94 ± 7.10% and medulla 35.94± 7.38%. In almost all experimental groups significantly higher relative volume of cortex and lower relative volume of medulla was detected. Detail morphometric analysis found that the number of thymocytes per constant area and the diameter of tymocytes was decresed after bendiocarbamate administration. The number and diameter of reticular cells was not affected. Results of this study suggest negative effect of bendiocarbamate on the formation of thymus structures.  相似文献

Packaging waste is one of the main sources of secondary polyolefins. It is essential to characterize polyolefins derived from this waste stream in such way, that not only mechanical sorting methods can effectively separate, but also that on-line sensor systems can quantitatively assess their distribution. The characterization methodology is hierarchical, relating all properties of waste particles in any phase of the processing ultimately to the input End-Of-Life products. The present paper documents a pre-concentrate obtained by hand picking of mixed Romanian household waste. Investigations have been addressed to identify the composition of this polyolefin waste stream, to study the polyolefin density distribution, to distinguish the polymer manufacturing methods (i.e. injection molding and blow molding) by flake physical properties and finally to perform all the required characterization and identification by hyperspectral imaging. On the basis of these analyses, polyolefins from packaging wastes can be recycled by density separation and their rheological properties and wall thickness indicate the molding procedures. Hyperspectral imaging based procedures have been also applied to set up quality control actions for recycled products.  相似文献
