三峡库区次级河流中有机锡污染物浓度及形态分布规律   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以三峡库区次级河流大宁河和小江回水区为研究区域,于2013年5月采集地表水样,采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPME-GC-MS)方法测定水样中丁基锡和苯基锡浓度,分析该时期库区支流水环境中有机锡污染情况.研究结果表明:该时期大宁河和小江表层水体同时检测到内分泌干扰物三丁基锡(TBT)、三苯基锡(TPh T)及它们的降解产物一丁基锡(MBT)、二丁基锡(DBT)和一苯基锡(MPh T)、二苯基锡(DPh T).大宁河和小江苯基锡污染均以MPh T为主,但大宁河丁基锡污染以MBT为主,小江丁基锡污染以MBT和DBT为主.除大昌监测点有新近的TBT输入外,大宁河和小江水体中的TBT和TPh T输入均有一段时间,且发生了明显的降解.  相似文献

为提升民航业应对重大突发事件的效能,以航空器飞行事故为研究对象,采用情景构建理论与方法,研究了情景要素、应急任务内容以及绩效评估策略。通过收集整理国内外重大飞行事故调查报告、数据和资料,运用案例研究、分类、统计、筛选等方法,确定情景中包括的要素和事件链;分析我国民航业在应急管理体系中存在的问题,并基于"情景-应对"方法,构建了面向航空器飞行事故的"情景-任务-绩效"应急模型;随后通过案例对模型的应用进行了示范验证,结果表明各单位共享"情景"使得应急行动更加协调,"任务"覆盖应急处置能力的关键点,"绩效"评估反映应急的成本和效益状况。该模型具有实际应用价值,可为民航应急工作提供技术参考。  相似文献

Wastewater with relatively high nitrogen concentrations is a major source of nitrous oxide (N2O) and methane (CH4) emissions and exerts multiple stresses on the environment. Studies have shown that plant diversity plays an important role in ecosystem functioning. However, the effects of plant species diversity on CH4 and N2O emissions under high ammonium (NH4+-N) loading rates remain unclear. In this study, a microcosm experiment simulating vertical constructed wetlands supplied with high NH4+-N water levels was established. The treatments included four species richness levels (1, 2, 3, 4) and 15 species compositions. There was no significant relationship between species richness and N2O emissions. However, N2O emissions were significantly reduced by specific plant species composition. Notably, the communities with the presence of Rumex japonicus L. reduced N2O emissions by 62% compared to communities without this species. This reduction in N2O emissions may have been a result of decreased N concentrations and increased plant biomass. CH4 emissions did not respond to plant species richness or species identity. Overall, plant species identity surpassed species richness in lowering N2O emissions from constructed wetlands with high NH4+-N water. The results also suggest that communities with R. japonicus could achieve higher N removal and lower greenhouse gas emissions than other wetland species.  相似文献

通过构建机场安全趋势分析模型,对各区域的不安全事件进行分类、分级,并采用责任因子分配机场管理机构和驻场单位之间的安全责任。利用2008—2014年某机场的825起不安全事件验证了模型有效性和可靠性,并预测了2015—2018年的不安全事件数量、起降架次、安全风险分数以及安全趋势指数。分析结果表明,此方法能够准确反映机场当前安全运行状况和未来的发展趋势。  相似文献

Abstract

In this article, annual evapotranspiration (ET) and net primary productivity (NPP) of four types of vegetation were estimated for the Lushi basin, a subbasin of the Yellow River in China. These four vegetation types include: deciduous broadleaf forest, evergreen needle leaf forest, dwarf shrub and grass. Biome-BGC—a biogeochemical process model was used to calculate annual ET and NPP for each vegetation type in the study area from 1954 to 2000. Daily microclimate data of 47 years monitored by Lushi meteorological station was extrapolated to cover the basin using MT-CLIM, a mountain microclimate simulator. The output files of MT-CLIM were used to feed Biome-BGC. We used average ecophysiological values of each type of vegetation supplied by Numerical Terradynamic Simulation Group (NTSG) in the University of Montana as input ecophysiological constants file. The estimates of daily NPP in early July and annual ET on these four biome groups were compared respectively with field measurements and other studies. Daily gross primary production (GPP) of evergreen needle leaf forest measurements were very close to the output of Biome-BGC, but measurements of broadleaf forest and dwarf shrub were much smaller than the simulation result. Simulated annual ET and NPP had a significant correlation with precipitation, indicating precipitation is the major environmental factor affecting ET and NPP in the study area. Precipitation also is the key climatic factor for the interannual ET and NPP variations.  相似文献

欧盟于2020年10月出台了《欧盟甲烷减排战略》,以支撑其中长期温室气体减排目标。该战略共提出了五个领域的24个行动方案。欧盟将油气行业作为重点,设置了两个强制性的政策来完善能源部门的温室气体监测、报告和核查制度,并禁止天然气放空和燃烧。农业领域以加强全生命周期甲烷排放核算、减排技术等方面研究,编制最佳减排实践和技术清单为主要措施。在废弃物管理领域,欧盟将主要修订废弃物管理方面的立法和废水处理标准并加强监管。全球层面,欧盟提出希望联合包括中国在内的主要油气进口国家,推动建立全球性的监测、报告和核查标准,分享其甲烷超级排放源探测的卫星数据等措施。我国提出2060碳中和愿景后,下一阶段温室气体减排将会从能源相关二氧化碳减排为主扩展到全部温室气体减排。建议我国和欧盟在甲烷减排方面开展广泛合作,借鉴欧盟的经验,尽快制定我国甲烷减排近期、中期、远期目标和行动计划,推广甲烷减排技术,加强科学研究和技术研发,探索在国家碳市场交易体系中纳入甲烷等非二氧化碳气体的时机和方案,鼓励大型能源企业加入国际甲烷减排倡议以提高能力,逐步完善我国甲烷减排相关政策和制度环境,打造我国在低碳领域的经济和技术竞争力。  相似文献

Quartz particles are a toxic component of airborne paniculate matter(PM).Quartz concentrations were analyzed by X-ray diffraction in eighty-seven airborne PM samples collected from three locations in Beijing before,during,and after the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) Leaders' Meeting in 2014.The results showed that the mean concentrations of quartz in PM samples from the two urban sites were considerably higher than those from the rural site.The quartz concentrations in samples collected after the APEC meeting,when the pollution restriction lever was lifted,were higher than those in the samples collected before or during the APEC meeting.The quartz concentrations ranged from 0.97 to 13.2 μg/m~3,which were among the highest values amid those reported from other countries.The highest quartz concentration exceeded the Californian Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment reference exposure level and was close to the occupational threshold limit values for occupational settings.Moreover,a correlation analysis showed that quartz concentrations were positively correlated with concentrations of pollution parameters PM_(10),PM_(2.5),SO_2 and NO_x,but were negatively correlated with O_3 concentration.The results suggest that the airborne quartz particles may potentially pose health risks to the general population of Beijing.  相似文献

实验研究了电压、入口粉尘浓度和入口风速对直筒式旋风脉冲静电除尘器除尘效率的影响,测定了在不同入口风速下除尘器的分级效率.结果表明,脉冲供电能显著提高除尘器的除尘效率和分级效率,在脉冲电压为80 kV、入口粉尘质量浓度为5.0 g/m3N、入口风速为7~10 m/s时,除尘效率在99%以上,并在实验的基础上分析了脉冲供电下除尘器的除尘机理.  相似文献

吸烟烟气对鼠肺细胞膜的损伤和茶多酚的保护作用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本文以香烟气相物质作用鼠肺细胞膜为模型,用脂肪酸自旋标记物5-DOXYL和16DOXYL分别研究膜浅层和深层的动态性质受气相烟的影响,并用紫外可见分光光度法研究气相烟对膜脂的作用。结果发现,在实验的气相烟流量下,香烟气相物质能引发鼠肺细胞膜的脂质过氧化,并且使膜浅层的流动性增大。但对膜深层的动态性质没有明显的改变,如果在鼠肺细胞中预先加入粗晶态或粉态茶多酚。则肺细胞的过氧化和膜的动态性质改变受到抑制,而且这种抑制作用与茶多酚浓度呈量效关系,而茶多酚本身对膜浅层无明显作用,但对膜深层的流动性有一定影响,而且两种茶多酚的作用相似。  相似文献
