厌氧消化在城市生活污水处理中的应用及技术经济指标研究

本文就生活污水的厌氧处理常见装置的原理、性能进行了简要介绍，并通过省内现正在运行的几种化粪池的处理效果和国外粪便污水处理装置试验结果比较，来论证化粪池设计的主要参数确定原则，在保证污水有效处理的前提下，控制“无效”地容，以降低成本。     

海上钻井废弃物排放的法规与对策

由于海上废弃物排放法律法规非常严格，使得海上石油工业形势严峻。面对这一情况，美国和加拿大等国家纷纷制定出对石油生产的要求。为了保证其实施，钻井及钻井液公司采取了诸如研究和开发钻井液添加剂体系等各种环境保护对策。

Comparison of biosorbents with inorganic sorbents for removing copper(II) from aqueous solutions

In comparison with several other reported inorganic sorbents, Camellia tree leaf and primary sludge obtained from a settling tank as a pretreatment to the activated sludge system in a Hong Kong sewage treatment plant were evaluated for removing Cu(II) from aqueous solutions. Experimental data were modeled by the Langmuir isotherm equation to estimate the maximum sorption capacity (q_max). Results show that, at pH 5.6, biosorbents, Camellia tree leaf and primary sludge in particular, exert higher sorption capacities (q_max > 40 mg g⁻¹) than inorganic sorbents, Na-montmorillonite (q_max = 33.3 mg g⁻¹), fly ash (q_max = 18.8 mg g⁻¹), and goethite powder (10.3 mg g⁻¹). Furthermore, a pseudo second-order kinetic model was found to properly describe the experimental data for both bio- and inorganic sorbents. Sorption of Cu(II) on the Camellia tree leaf and primary sludge were much faster than that on the inorganic sorbents. In addition, desorption tests revealed that the desorption capacities of the two biomaterials are higher than the other selected materials; and much more Cu(II) can be retrieved from the Cu(II)-loaded biosorbents. Finally, increasing solution pH was found to greatly increase q_max and accelerate sorption processes.     

城市风暴潮灾害快速评估的模糊决策方法——以厦门市为例

综合考虑了反映风暴潮灾害的自然特征和社会属性的4个指标,将其作为评估指标,建立了基于模糊决策的风暴潮发生过程中城市灾害的快速评估模型,并以街道为最小评估单元,对厦门市进行了一次模拟风暴潮的灾害综合快速评估。由于模型考虑了少量具有代表性的因素,故能保证评估过程的快速性、评估结果的时效性,能为政府在有限的时间和资源下做出救灾减灾的优先工作策略提供决策依据。     

活性炭多维电极法去除水中腐殖酸过程与宏观动力学研究

采用活性炭多维电极法去除水中溶解态腐殖酸。实验结果表明 ,与活性炭单纯吸附法相比 ,活性炭多维电极法可显著提高对溶解态腐殖酸的去除率 ;在连续运行条件下 ,延长水力停留时间、升高槽电压、溶液偏碱性有利于腐殖酸的去除 ;高效液相色谱分析结果表明 ,电极的氧化还原作用可使有机物分子量变小或矿化 ,因而处理系统有可能延长活性炭的使用寿命
