采用无需衍生化的同相萃取为前处理手段,高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用技术(LCMSMS)为检测手段,在电喷雾电离正离子模式下,对澳大利亚畜牧业污水中常见的大环内酯和拟除虫菊酯两类共7种驱虫剂物质的残留,建立了一次进样下的有效快速分析方法.经一系列优化试验,确定了以50%丙酮+50%乙腈为洗提剂、每次4 mL共8 mL的洗提方法.结果表明,该固相萃取技术(SPE)的加标回收试验结果较好,各化合物的平均回收率为95.50%~108.00%,相对标准差范围为0.73%-8.82%.以含10mmoL/L醋酸铵、0.1%甲酸的超纯水和甲醇混合溶液为流动相,以准分子离子峰[M+NH_4]~+、[M+H]~+作为母离子的定量离子对,所建立的1~500 ng/mL范围内的8点校正曲线中.各物质的相关系数均高于0.998 0,定量限范围为0.03-2.47 ng/mL.实际样品测定时.不同处理流程中各化合物的残留浓度有较好地体现. 相似文献

In this study, we present the application of the passive microwave emission models to snow-cover environment monitoring and
assessment in Northeast China. The study employs the radiative transfer function and strong fluctuation theory to develop
the models. We used the exponential form of a spherical symmetric correlation function to describe random permittivity fluctuations.
From strong fluctuation, we then obtained the phase matrix and extinction coefficients of snow-packs for the spherical symmetric
correlation function. We also used the vector radiative transfer formula for the layer of a random medium by solving Gaussian
quadrature and eigen analysis. By comparing the brightness temperatures at 5, 10.7, 18, and 37 GHz, the modelling results

Becoming the world’s largest emitter of carbon makes China the object of criticism;however,people may ignore the fact that when China exports low-carbon products,the carbon emissions have been left in the meanwhile,forming the so-called"embodied carbon".Using the input-output model,this paper analyzes the carbon emission intensity and amount of embodied carbon of various sectors in China’s export trade in 2002 and 2007,and filters out high carbon emission sectors.In addition,this paper also points out the problem of carbon emissions’international transfer from developed countries to China through the analysis of national and regional flow of export carbon emissions and changing of the proportion of emissions for exports relative to total emissions,and explains the reason that caused carbon transfer to China by using the treadmill of production theory.Based on that,this paper proposes some measures for carbon reduction in China from the foreign trade perspective. 相似文献

The wetlands play an important role in carbon storage, especially at high latitudes, at which they store nearly one-third of global soil carbons. However, few studies have investigated the emissions of CO(2), CH(4) and N(2)O in the long-term, especially effects of freeze-thaw cycles on these gases emissions in freshwater marsh ecosystems. In this paper, we collected greenhouse gas emission data from a freshwater marsh area in China for 4 years, evaluated their release variables and speculated on their potential atmospheric impact. For this paper, we report on the CO(2), CH(4) and N(2)O emission rates recorded from June 2002 to November 2005 in the Sanjiang Plain of northeast China. We measured their interannual variations and fluctuations, as well as factors affecting their emissions, and estimated their regulation and freeze-thaw cycle impacts. Our results revealed obvious CO(2) and CH(4) emission fluctuations during the winter months, and during the freeze-thaw cycle, and a strong interannual variation during the growing season. Overall, we documented a close relationship between the CO(2) and CH(4) emissions, implicating some regulatory commonality. We determined that the marsh was a N(2)O sink during the winter, but a significant source of N(2)O during the freeze-thaw cycle as the temperature increased, especially in early summer. During the thaw-freeze period, the N(2)O levels were positively correlated with the water depth. Additionally, water depth greatly governed the interannual variation of the N(2)O emissions from the marshes during the thaw-freeze period. 相似文献
