介绍了金属矿山项目的一般环境影响及特殊环境影响,通过识别金属矿山的特殊环境影响,以金属矿山尾矿库溃坝事故为例,对金属矿山项目环境管理制度执行情况及在管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析。尽管在矿山开采建设及服务过程都伴随着环境制度的监管,但是在实际运行过程中仍会出现不同的问题,产生环境污染影响与生态影响。因此,识别出金属矿山项目采选易发生的环境问题,在开发矿产资源的同时做好矿山环境保护及管理工作、加强矿山环境制度建设及环境监管是非常必要的。  相似文献

苯并(a)芘(BaP)是一种广泛存在于环境中的多环芳烃,具有致癌、致畸、致突变性。目前BaP的神经毒性研究零散而不深入,本文主要总结分析了BaP的神经毒性表现,简要介绍了BaP诱发神经毒性呈现的剂量-效应关系,进一步系统阐述了目前研究中发现的可能分子机制,包括BaP诱导神经递质及其代谢物含量的改变,相关DNA及蛋白质的损伤,抗氧化系统及线粒体的改变等,以期为进一步研究提供参考。  相似文献

制备了3种胺型腰果酚醛树脂(二乙撑三胺型腰果酚醛树脂(PCD)、己二胺型腰果酚醛树脂(PCE)、己二胺型腰果酚醛树脂(PCH)),采用XPS(X-射线光电子能谱仪)、EA(元素分析仪)、FTIR(傅利叶变换红外光谱分析仪)等手段研究了其结构特征,并考察了其对水溶液中Ag+的吸附行为和机理.结果表明,3种树脂对Ag+有较高的吸附量和吸附作用;在pH值为5.5的条件下,树脂对Ag+的吸附效果最佳;2h内吸附达到平衡;吸附行为均符合Lagergren准二级速率方程;树脂对Ag+的吸附均符合Langmuir等温吸附方程;吸附反应为自发吸热和熵增的过程;可溶性无机盐对树脂吸附Ag+的影响不大;推测其吸附机理是树脂上胺基、羟基与Ag+发生较强的配位作用和较弱的离子交换作用的化学吸附为主.吸附Ag+后的树脂可用硝酸脱附再生;树脂循环使用4次后,吸附率和脱附率仍大于90%.  相似文献

This is the first study regarding the pharmacokinetics of [14C]-atrazine conducted with rhesus monkeys. The animals received one dose (0.25 mg) intravenously (IV) or three doses (1, 10, or 100 mg) orally. Plasma, urine, and feces were collected at defined times up to 7 days post-dosing. Sample radioactivity was measured to determine the mass equivalent. IV administered [14C]-atrazine disappeared rapidly from blood, with an elimination half-life of about 5.5 ± 1.1 h. The pharmacokinetic profiles of [14C]-atrazine following oral administration at the three dose levels show that kinetic parameters such as AUC and C max are linearly correlated with the dose. Seven days after dosing, urinary and fecal excretion of [14C]-atrazine reached 99% of total administered dose in the IV group and 91–95% in the three oral dose groups. In the IV-administered monkeys, approximately 85% of the dose was excreted in urine and 12% in feces. In three oral dose groups, urinary and fecal radioactivity recoveries approximated 57% and 21%, 58% and 25%, and 53% and 35%, respectively. More than 50% of the total urinary excreted radioactivity was found within the first 24 h after dosing. In conclusion, the principal elimination of [14C]-atrazine, IV and orally administered, is via urine. The oral bioavailability was 60% or higher. There was a significant linear correlation between administered oral dose and plasma concentration. Overall oral dose accountability ranged from 91% to 95%. Data generated may be useful in the risk assessment of human exposure to environmental atrazine contamination.  相似文献

以西南某低放废物处置库地质环境中板岩和土壤介质为研究对象,开展了238U和239Pu核素在这两种地质介质中的动态迁移实验研究,通过氚穿透实验(地下水流速=1 mL.min-1、实验柱连续淋洗时间=180 d)得到氚在板岩中的弥散系数DL为0.027 cm2.min-1,弥散度αL为0.324 cm,在土壤中的弥散系数DL为0.064 cm.2min-1,弥散度αL为0.895 cm.通过淋滤实验(地下水流速=0.1 mL.h-1、实验柱连续淋洗时间=350 min),得到了238U在板岩和土壤介质中的迁移速度分别为6.1—8.1 cm.a-1和7.3—8.5 cm.a-1,239Pu在板岩和土壤介质中的迁移速度分别为4.1—6.1 cm.a-1和3.7—4.9 cm.a-1.  相似文献

The development of soil crust on sandy land may affect the surface hydrological process. This paper investigates the process of evaporation and dew deposition influenced by different soil surface types which were dominated by sand, primitive biotic crust, and advanced biotic crust, respectively, in the south fringe of Mu Us sandy land in Northwest China from July to September of 2006. The experimental results indicate that the advanced biotic crust could increase evaporation and dew deposition compared to the primitive biotic crust and bare sand although the differences between them were not significant. The average evaporation from advanced biotic crust, primitive biotic crust and sand was 6.8, 6.6, and 6.5 mm/d, respectively, and water content is around 16.2 % in the condition of initially identical soil. The average dew amount on advanced biotic crust was 0.116 mm/d with extreme 0.05 and 0.24 mm/d. The average values on primitive biotic crust and sand were 0.105 and 0.101 mm/d, respectively, with extreme 0.04 and 0.21 mm/d for both treatments. Also, the dew deposition on advanced biotic crust seemed stable and might rest for a longer time than that on primitive biotic crust and sand. The results suggest that the advanced biotic crust possibly facilitates evaporation and dew deposition. Therefore, the development of biotic crust may potentially enhance the hydrological circulation in the upper sand layer in sandy land.  相似文献

云南粳稻核心种质杂种后代孕穗期耐冷性研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以236份云南地方粳稻核心种质和云南主栽梗稻Oryza satica品种合系35配制的杂种F5、BC1F4、BC2F3和BC3F2为材料,在昆明自然低温平均17.8℃(冷害)条件下,对亲本及其后代进行孕穗期耐冷性研究.结果表明:①亲本耐冷性状间的相关性明显高于其杂种后代,不同世代间总体趋势为随着回交世代增加其性状间相关性减弱.在亲本及其杂种后代间耐冷指标性状穗颈长、穗下节长、每穗实粒数、每穗秕粒数与结实率均呈较高的(≥0.370)极显著(n=236,R0.01=0.181)相关.②株高、穗颈长、穗下节长等耐冷性状在亲本强弱耐冷系统群间的差异明显,表现为亲本耐冷性强的材料秆和穗较长、穗粒数较多,同一性状变异程度减小.但随着回交代数的增加,这些性状的平均值逐渐趋同于轮回亲本,差异减小.③穗颈长、穗下节长、每穗实粒数、每穗秕粒数与结实率在5个稻作区间的变化规律呈现一致性,亲本和F5的差异较大,而BC2F4、BC2F3和BC3F2的差异较小,且趋同于轮回亲本.通过连续回交,在BC3F1即可获得耐冷性状表现良好的材料.  相似文献

目前,虽然有很多关于纳米零价铁(NZVI)通过吸附、还原和氧化作用去除各种污染物的报道,但关于如何联合这些方法来提高污染物的去除率仍然不是很清楚。本实验研究了联合有机膨润土DK1(十六烷基三甲基铵盐改性,d(001)=2.2 nm)吸附、NZVI还原、类芬顿氧化作用来去除溶液中2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-DCP)的方法。在反应前30分钟,有机膨润土DK1负载NZVI(NZVI/DK1)通过吸附还原作用去除溶液中2,4-DCP,2,4-DCP和COD的去除率分别为16.1%和7.8%,说明了吸附还原作用对2,4-DCP的去除效果是有限的。接着向溶液中滴加适量的H2O2,在5 min内2,4-DCP的去除率由16.1%提高到了99%以上,COD的去除率达到了64.1%,这可能是由于NZVI腐蚀形成铁的氧化物缓慢释放出Fe2+和Fe3+,增强了芬顿反应对2,4-DCP和降解产物的氧化去除效果。通过SEM,EDS,UV-Vis和GC-MS等分析方法佐证了上面的结果。最后提出了联合吸附、还原和Fenton氧化去除2,4-DCP的机制。  相似文献
