深圳:向"雨洪"要水

“到2020年，深圳本地水资源可供水量占总供水量的比重将由目前的27％提高到45％，新增雨洪资源利用量达4．9亿立方米。”这是不久前通过专家鉴定的《深圳雨洪资源利用规划研究》（以下简称规划）提出的目标。     

Enhanced removal of high-As(Ⅲ) from Cl(-Ⅰ)-diluted SO4(-Ⅱ)-rich wastewater at pH 2.3 via mixed tooeleite and(Cl(-Ⅰ)-free) ferric arsenite hydroxychloride formation

Decomplexation of Cu-1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid by a three-dimensional electrolysis system with activated biochar as particle electrodes

The feasibility of decomplexation removal of typical contaminants in electroplating wastewater, complexed Cu(II) with 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (Cu-HEDP), was first performed by a three-dimensional electric reactor with activated biochar as particle electrodes. For the case of 50 mg/L Cu-HEDP, Cu(II) removal (90.7%) and PO initial pH 7, acid-treated almond shell biochar (AASB) addition 20 g/L, and reaction time 180 min, with second-order rate constants of 1.10 × 10⁻³ and 1.94 × 10⁻⁵ min⁻¹respectively. The growing chelating effect between Cu(II) and HEDP and the comprehensive actions of adsorptive accumulation, direct and indirect oxidation given by particle electrodes accounted for the enhanced removal of Cu-HEDP, even though the mineralization of HEDP was mainly dependent on anode oxidation. The performance attenuation of AASB particle electrodes was ascribed to the excessive consumption of oxygen-containing functionalities during the reaction, especially acidic carboxylic groups and quinones on particle electrodes, which decreased from 446.74 to 291.48 µmol/g, and 377.55 to 247.71 µmol/g, respectively. Based on the determination of adsorption behavior and indirect electrochemical oxidation mediated by in situ electrogenerated H₂O₂ and reactive oxygen species (e.g., •OH), a possible removal mechanism of Cu-HEDP by three-dimensional electrolysis was further proposed.     

汽油清净剂的研究应用及进展

随着环保要求的日趋严格及汽车工业的发展创新，开展汽油清净剂的研究和应用工作已势在必行。本文介绍了国内外汽油清净剂的发展过程、应用现状，同时还介绍了将清净分散剂、抗氧防腐剂、减磨剂、防锈剂等添加剂复合而成的汽油清净剂的研制情况。实验结果表明：该剂具有抑制和清除发动机燃燃油系统沉积物的性能，达到国外第三代同类产品的水平。     

高锰酸盐指数测定中校正系数K值的变化验证

运用数理统计方法,验证了高锰酸盐指数测定的校正系数K值在4～5h内不会随时间和水样的变化而变化,K值不必每个样品都测定。     

生物活性炭处理废水中有机物的研究探讨

生物活性炭(BAC)是一种处理有机废水的有效方法。现以BAC处理废水中的酚和甲醇为例,综述BAC处理废水中有机物的机理和影响因素。并通过生物活性炭吸附降解四氯乙烯(PCE)的综合模型得到BAC作用与吸附和生物降解的关系。最后简单介绍了BAC中活性炭与微生物的选择。     

Adsorptive removal of phosphate by the bimetallic hydroxide nanocomposites embedded in pomegranate peel

This study aimed to fabricate new and effective material for the efficiency of phosphate adsorption. Two types of adsorbent materials, the zirconium hydroxides embedded in pomegranate peel (Zr/Peel) and zirconium-lanthanum hydroxides embedded in pomegranate peel (Zr–La/Peel) were developed. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) were evaluated to give insight into the physicochemical properties of these adsorbents. Zr–La/Peel exceeded the adsorption efficiency of Zr/Peel adsorbents in batch adsorption experiments at the same pH level. The peel as a host can strive to have a strong “shielding effect” to increase the steadiness of the entrenched Zr and La elements. La and Zr are hydroxide metals that emit many hydrogen ions during the hydrolysis reaction, which contribute to protonation and electrostatic attraction. The highest adsorption capacity of La–Zr/Peel for phosphate was calculated to be 40.21 mg/g, and pseudo second-order equation is very well fitted for kinetic adsorption. Phosphate adsorption efficiency was reduced by an increase of pH. With the background of coexisting Cl^?, little effect on adsorption efficiency was observed, while adsorption capacities were reduced by almost 20–30% with the coexistence of ${{\text{SO}}_4}^{2?}$, ${{\text{NO}}_3}^{?}$ and humic acid (HA).     

某装置海洋环境下腐蚀失效分析及控制措施研究

目的 解决采用ZL205A制造的某装置在海洋环境下的腐蚀失效问题.方法 分析装置所处的海洋浪花飞溅区的使用环境,对腐蚀原因与机理进行深入查找、研究.针对腐蚀原因,制定针对性的腐蚀控制措施,并通过试验予以验证.结果 装置腐蚀失效的主要原因为在海洋高盐、高湿的使用环境下,防腐蚀设计不足,防腐措施不到位,产生了电偶腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、点蚀、晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀等.制定的腐蚀控制措施主要有更换耐腐蚀性能较好的ZL114A材料、采用异种金属隔离、完善结构设计与加强过程控制、加强表面涂覆和维护保养等4方面.验证试验表明,采用综合防护措施的ZL114A试样腐蚀轻微,防腐效果良好,而采用原技术状态的ZL205A试样,腐蚀严重,防腐效果差.结论 采取综合防护措施的ZL114A装置在海洋环境下的耐腐蚀性显著提高,实际使用效果良好.     

白洋淀的纤毛虫及与水质污染的关系

对白洋淀纤毛虫的种类组成、优势种进行了初步调查，同时对水质进行理化监测，共鉴定出纤毛虫４８种。根据Ｍａｒｓｓｏｎ引出的污水生物体系法分析，白洋淀纤毛虫主要由耐有机污染的种群组成。说明白洋淀主要受有机污染。纤毛虫的种类数与水体中ＴＮ、ＴＰ、ＢＯＤ５有着密切关系。
