神经网络及其在水库调洪演算中的应用

利用造纸黑液回收电镀废液中铬的研究

本文报道了利用造纸黑液回收电镀废液中铬的方法，阐明了造纸黑液中所含有还原性物质与Ｃｒ＾６＋的反应机理；讨论了进行反应的最佳条件以及采用这一方法对废液的治理效果。     

Review of information on pesticide residues in the Canadian environment

Summary Pesticide residues in soil, water, food, wildlife and other media have been analysed in several monitoring studies. The purpose was to establish the distribution of these residues across a defined area, ascertain their trend over a specific period and use the results to assess environmental compliance and safety. In the present review the availability of information on pesticide residues in various Canadian environmental components was sought. With the possible exception of localized pesticide contamination of some private water supply wells, ground and surface water, most analyses revealed concentrations below guideline limits. Only a few cases were reported of mishandling, misuse and poisoning from pesticides. Continuing surveillance programmes and in-depth and well-organized monitoring studies, with special focus on areas that are vulnerable to contamination, by both provincial and federal governments, are largely responsible for the encouraging results. This experience in the control of pesticide use and monitoring of residues in the environment should be of particular interest in developing countries.Dr A.Y. 最佳钻井防污土建结构的设计及应用

设计了一种高效实用的钻井防污土建结构，该结构与原结构相比能杜绝处理渣泥流入废水沉砂池参与废水循环，也可防止废弃钻井液和掏罐泥浆水直接进入沉砂池，因此能更好地控制钻井废水浓度，一定程度上提高钻井废水处理达标率，同时该结构具有对处理水进一步隔油、净化等优点，现场推广应用后得到证实。     

自然灾害不同灾情的比较方法探讨

用计算自然灾害不同灾情的灰色关联度的方法，来对不同灾情进行比较分析。该方法不仅能够比较同一灾级中不同的灾情，也能够对不同灾级的灾情差异程度作比较分析，因而它与现有的不同灾情的比较方法相比，更科学合理。     

地层塌陷的灾害及其防治研究中的关键问题

针对矿山开采沉陷的研究现状和生产实践的需要，提出了地层塌陷防治研究中拟解决的关键问题：岩体的工程属性、地层塌陷的力源、塌陷特征、防治措施，及解决途径；同时还论述了本学科的发展前景。     

Current status and research on E-waste issues in Asia

Rapid economic growth in Asia and the increasing transboundary movement of secondary resources will increasingly require both 3R endeavors (reduce, reuse, recycle) in each country and appropriate control of international material cycles. Recently, managing electrical and electronic waste (E-waste) has become an important target for domestic and international material cycles from the viewpoints of environmental preservation and resource utilization efficiency. To understand the current status of E-waste issues in the context of international material cycles and to discuss the future tasks related to achieving 3R in the region, we organized the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) E-waste Workshop in December 2004. This article reviews past studies on E-waste and briefly describes the topics presented and discussions held at the workshop. The topics at the workshop included E-waste generation, recycling systems, international trade, and environmental impacts. In addition, we discussed various issues such as terminology, current environmental concerns, and possible solutions. Transboundary shipments of E-waste should be conducted taking into consideration the concept of sustainable development. The direction of future research and possible collaborations are also discussed.

概述了目前有关脱硫石膏性能及其利用的研究现状,研究开发了建筑用脱硫石膏抹面材料,此种材料经性能检测,其抗压强度、抗折强度分别达到 4.5 MPa、 17.5 MPa,且粘结性能优良,为脱硫石膏的再生利用提供了另外一条有效的途径.
