研究以SBBR为对象,考察碳源种类对原位生物解偶联污泥减量系统污泥产率和污水处理效能的影响。研究结果表明,在水温为25℃,挂膜密度为45%,负荷为4.0 kg COD/(m3填料·d),供气量为150 L/h,采用间歇曝气30 min/停曝30 min的方波供氧条件下,碳源种类对原位生物解偶联污泥减量系统效能影响显著。当进水有机质为葡萄糖时,系统污泥产率最小,为0.0292 kg MLSS/kg COD,分别比进水碳源为粪水、乙酸钠、淀粉时减少19.4%、64.8%和99.9%。碳源为葡萄糖时,系统出水COD、NH+4-N、TN分别为41、6.4和17.3 mg/L,可达标排放。 相似文献

京津冀地区位于我国北方农牧交错带前缘,坝上、燕山、太行山等地区是区域水源的主要发源地,同样是京津及华北平原的主要生态屏障。对京津冀地区矿产资源开发的生态环境影响进行评价,具有重要现实意义。本文根据京津冀地区矿产资源开发现状、规划空间布局和生态环境特点,综合运用GIS空间分析技术和生态风险理论,从矿产资源的空间布局合理性角度入手,分析京津冀地区矿产资源开发利用的生态环境影响,并以此识别区域内矿产资源开发的生态风险高发区和较高发区。结果显示,京津冀地区矿产资源开发空间布局与燕山、太行山山地水源涵养与水土保持区、坝上高原风沙防护区等生态功能区存在空间重叠,规模性的矿产开发会对区域内的水源涵养、土壤保持、生物多样性维护等生态功能构成持续性影响;高海拔地区的高强度开矿同样会加剧水土流失和荒漠化。天津市滨海区,承德市宽城满族自治县,邯郸市武安市等市县因密集分布了已有的矿产开发企业,并囊括了近期矿产资源开发的众多矿区,矿产资源开发的遗留性问题也比较突出,成为矿产资源开发的生态风险高发区。在生态影响分析基础上,本文提出了有针对性的空间差异性生态保护对策,以期为京津冀地区矿产资源开发布局优化提供技术支撑。 相似文献

The effects of γ-irradiation pretreatment on anaerobic digestibility of sewage sludge was investigated in this paper. Parameters
like solid components, soluble components, and biogas production of anaerobic digestion experiment for sewage sludge were
measured. The values of these parameters were compared before and after γ-irradiation pretreatment. Total solid (TS), volatile
solid (VS), suspended solid (SS), volatile suspended solid (VSS), and average floc size of samples decreased after γ-irradiation
treatment. Besides, floc size distribution of sewage sludge shifted from 80–100 μm to 0–40 μm after γ-irradiation treatment
at the doses from 0 to 30 kGy, which indicated the disintegration of sewage sludge. Moreover, microbe cells of sewage sludge
were ruptured by γ-irradiation treatment, which resulted in the release of cytoplasm and increase of soluble chemical oxygen
demand (SCOD). Both sludge disintegration and microbe cells rupture enhanced the subsequent anaerobic digestion process, which
was demonstrated by the increase of accumulated biogas production. Compared with digesters fed with none irradiated sludge,
the accumulated biogas production increased 44, 98, and 178 mL for digesters fed sludge irradiated at 2.48, 6.51, and 11.24
kGy, respectively. The results indicated that γ-irradiation pretreatment could effectively enhance anaerobic digestibility
of sewage sludge, and correspondingly, could accelerate hydrolysis process, shorten sludge retention time of sludge anaerobic
digestion process.

为提高垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液减量化水平,采用石灰混凝-浸没蒸发协同处理纳滤膜浓缩液,获得了处理过程中水质变化规律。结果表明:单独采用石灰混凝处理,在石灰投加量为2 g/L时,膜浓缩液混凝软化效果最佳;随着石灰投加量增加,此时,膜浓缩液pH=10.58,硬度去除率为29.1%,COD去除率为24.1%,NH3-N去除率为67.3%。。采用石灰混凝-浸没蒸发协同处理,石灰投加量为2 g/L、浓缩倍率为10时,蒸发残液软化效果进一步提升,较单独处理,硬度去除率由29.1%提升至65.9%,COD去除率由24.1%提升至41.2%,NH3-N去除率由67.3%提升至81.4%;K+浓度由样液中4300 mg/L提高到36210 mg/L、Na+浓度由5860 mg/L提高到48300 mg/L,为资源化利用提供了条件;冷凝液ρ(COD)由26.3 mg/L降低至16.3 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)由2.0 mg/L降低至1.4 mg/L,出水可满足GB 16889—2008《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》相关要求。 相似文献

The studies on the human toxicity of nanoparticles (NPs) are far behind the rapid development of engineered functionalized NPs. Fullerene has been widely used as drug carrier skeleton due to its reported low risk. However, different from other kinds of NPs, fullerene-based NPs (C60 NPs) have been found to have an anticoagulation effect, although the potential target is still unknown. In the study, both experimental and computational methods were adopted to gain mechanistic insight into the modulation of thrombin activity by nine kinds of C60 NPs with diverse surface chemistry properties. In vitro enzyme activity assays showed that all tested surface-modified C60 NPs exhibited thrombin inhibition ability. Kinetic studies coupled with competitive testing using 3 known inhibitors indicated that six of the C60 NPs, of greater hydrophobicity and hydrogen bond (HB) donor acidity or acceptor basicity, acted as competitive inhibitors of thrombin by directly interacting with the active site of thrombin. A simple quantitative nanostructure-activity relationship model relating the surface substituent properties to the inhibition potential was then established for the six competitive inhibitors. Molecular docking analysis revealed that the intermolecular HB interactions were important for the specific binding of C60 NPs to the active site canyon, while the additional stability provided by the surface groups through van der Waals interaction also play a key role in the thrombin binding affinity of the NPs. The importance of enhancing sludge dewaterability is increasing due to the considerable impact of excess sludge volume on disposal costs and on overall sludge management. This study presents an innovative approach to enhance dewaterability of anaerobic digestate(AD) harvested from a wastewater treatment plant. The combination of zero valent iron(ZVI, 0–4.0 g/g total solids(TS)) and hydrogen peroxide(HP, 0–90 mg/g TS) under pH 3.0 significantly enhanced the AD dewaterability. The largest enhancement of AD dewaterability was achieved at 18 mg HP/g TS and 2.0 g ZVI/g TS, with the capillary suction time reduced by up to 90%. Economic analysis suggested that the proposed HP and ZVI treatment has more economic benefits in comparison with the classical Fenton reaction process. The destruction of extracellular polymeric substances and cells as well as the decrease of particle size were supposed to contribute to the enhanced AD dewaterability by HP + ZVI conditioning. 相似文献

To investigate the effect of air-exposed biocathode(AEB) on the performance of singlechamber microbial fuel cell(SCMFC), wastewater quality, bioelectrochemical characteristics and the electrode biofilms were researched. It was demonstrated that exposing the biocathode to air was beneficial to nitrogen removal and current generation. In Test 1 of 95%AEB, removal rates of ammonia, total nitrogen(TN) and chemical oxygen demand(COD)reached 99.34% ± 0.11%, 99.34% ± 0.10% and 90.79% ± 0.12%, respectively. The nitrogen removal loading rates were 36.38 g N/m~3/day. Meanwhile, current density and power density obtained at 0.7 A/m3 and 104 m W/m~3 respectively. Further experiments on opencircuit(Test 2) and carbon source(Test 3) indicated that this high performance could be attributed to simultaneous biological nitrification/denitrification and aerobic denitrification, as well as bioelectrochemical denitrification. Results of community analysis demonstrated that both microbial community structures on the surface of the cathode and in the liquid of the chamber were different. The percentage of Thauera, identified as denitrifying bacteria, maintained at a high level of over 50% in water, but decreased gradually in the AEB. Moreover, the genus Nitrosomonas, Alishewanella, Arcobacter and Rheinheimera were significantly enriched in the AEB, which might contribute to both enhancement of nitrogen removal and electricity generation. 相似文献
