厦门海域春夏季微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食压力初探   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:11  
应用稀释法对厦门海域浮游植物生长率(k)和微型浮游动物的摄食率(g)进行了估算。结果显示:5月,西海域18测站k、g分别为2.41、0.78d^-1;南部海域27测站分别为2.43、1.32d^-1。8月18测站k、g分别为3.00、2.90d^-1;27测站分别为1.94、0.91d^-1。说明厦门海域作为典型的亚热带港湾,具有高的k、g值。分粒级研究结果显示:8月,18测站微型浮游动物对微型浮游植物(Micro)具摄食偏好;而27测站微型浮游动物对Micro和Nano级的摄食率相近。应用流式细胞技术研究18测站微微型真核浮游植物的k、g,结果表明:春季,生长率和摄食率分别为2.00、1.02d^-1;夏季分别为1.52、0.96d^-1。  相似文献

荷电水雾除尘器捕尘效率的实验研究   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
实验分析了影响荷电水雾除尘器除尘效率的主要因素,在此基础上提出了一种新的除尘效率数学模型,该模型明确地表达了过滤风速、喷雾量以及雾滴荷质比对除尘效率的贡献情况。对实验结果及数学模型的分析表明,对于带有振弦栅的荷电水雾除尘系统,喷雾量对除尘效率的影响比过滤风速及荷质比更为显著,新除尘效率模型的提出对指导生产具有重要意义。实验中同时确定了荷电水雾除尘器最佳操作参数,在粉尘入口浓度为412 mg/m3的情况下,当过滤风速为16 m/s,喷雾量为12×10-3 m3/min,雾滴荷质为3.5×10-4 c/kg时,除尘效率可达99.5%。  相似文献

The anaerobic digestion performances of kitchen waste (KW) and fruit/vegetable waste (FVW) were investigated for establishing engineering digestion system. The study was conducted from lab-scale to pilot-scale, including batch, single-phase and two-phase experiments. The lab-scale experimental results showed that the ratio of FVW to KW at 5:8 presented higher methane productivity (0.725 L CH4/g VS), and thereby was recommended. Two-phase digestion appeared to have higher treatment capacity and better buffer ability for high organic loading rate (OLR) (up to 5.0 g (VS) L?1 d?1), compared with the low OLR of 3.5 g (VS) L?1 d?1 for single-phase system. For two-phase digestion, the pilot-scale system showed similar performances to those of lab-scale one, except slightly lower maximum OLR of 4.5 g (VS) L?1 d?1 was allowed. The pilot-scale system proved to be profitable with a net profit of 10.173 $/ton as higher OLR (?3.0 g (VS) L?1 d?1) was used.  相似文献

The methods of synthesizing carbon nanotube (CNTs)-Cu/ZnO nanocomposites using a Cu hyperaccumulator (Brassica juncea L.) constitute a new insight into the recycling of hyperaccumulators and provide a new route for the further development of green nanostructure syntheses. In this paper, CNTs-Cu/ZnO nanocomposites have been synthesized using B. juncea plants as the sources of C, Cu, and Zn. The synthesized CNTs-Cu/ZnO nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive spectra (EDS). The synthesized CNTs were characterized further by selected area diffraction (SAD) patterns and Raman spectroscopy. The results demonstrated that the structure of individual CNTs was middle-hollow, with an outer diameter of about 80 nm. The synthesized CNTs were not at all crystalline and there were a few defects in the walls. The outer diameter of CNTs-Cu/ZnO nanocomposites was 110 nm. The diameters of Cu/ZnO nanoparticles were 29.5/32.7 nm, respectively. Cu/ZnO nanoparticles that had grown onto the CNT surface were nonuniform and agglomerated. The Cu/ZnO nanoparticles were pure.  相似文献

Traditional means of assessing representativeness of conservation value in protected areas depend on measures of structural biodiversity. The effectiveness of priority conservation areas at representing critical natural capital (CNC) (i.e., an essential and renewable subset of natural capital) remains largely unknown. We analyzed the representativeness of CNC‐conservation priority areas in national nature reserves (i.e., nature reserves under jurisdiction of the central government with large spatial distribution across the provinces) in China with a new biophysical‐based composite indicator approach. With this approach, we integrated the net primary production of vegetation, topography, soil, and climate variables to map and rank terrestrial ecosystems capacities to generate CNC. National nature reserves accounted for 6.7% of CNC‐conservation priority areas across China. Considerable gaps (35.2%) existed between overall (or potential) CNC representativeness nationally and CNC representation in national reserves, and there was significant spatial heterogeneity of representativeness in CNC‐conservation priority areas at the regional and provincial levels. For example, the best and worst representations were, respectively, 13.0% and 1.6% regionally and 28.9% and 0.0% provincially. Policy in China is transitioning toward the goal of an ecologically sustainable civilization. We identified CNC‐conservation priority areas and conservation gaps and thus contribute to the policy goals of optimization of the national nature reserve network and the demarcation of areas critical to improving the representativeness and conservation of highly functioning areas of natural capital. Moreover, our method for assessing representation of CNC can be easily adapted to other large‐scale networks of conservation areas because few data are needed, and our model is relatively simple.  相似文献

DOI: 10.1111/j.1752‐1688.2012.00683.x Abstract: In this study, we derive an approximate analytic solution for the distribution of flow velocity in a cylindrical conduit and the surrounding media, and analyze the effect of differing parameters (e.g., conduit radius) on the velocity of conduit flow. The solution is then employed to estimate the thickness of the boundary layer inside the media. The results reveal that when conduit radius is large, the Beavers‐Joseph condition has only a minor effect on the velocity of conduit flow (such that the nonslip condition on the conduit wall still works pretty well), and the boundary layer is so thin that the wall can still be treated as the interface between fast water in the conduit and slow water in the media. The solution indicates that the velocity of conduit flow is the superposition of the velocity profile in the nonslip situation onto the slip velocity on the wall. Our study theoretically shows that the coupled continuum pipe flow model in MODFLOW‐2005 constructed by the U.S. Geological Survey is reasonable in that there is no need to consider the Beavers‐Joseph condition when simulating flow in karst conduits. The role of the boundary layer in transport and its effect on the hyporheic zone is not clear, which is a suitable topic for future study.  相似文献

中国正在进入大力推进生态文明建设的新时期。基于文献统计和分析,对生态文明建设的理论基础、实践模式、突破领域、制度保障、实现机制和评价体系等方面的研究进行了述评,并提出未来研究方向和重点,展现了我国生态文明建设的认识演进、实践成效、现实问题和发展趋势。已有研究为把握生态文明的本质规律,树立生态文明价值理念,促进生产生活方式绿色转型,提供了理论基础和有益指导。但是,还存在着研究比较分散、深度不够、创新性工作缺乏、方法单一等问题。新时期大力推进生态文明建设,迫切需要综合多维度研究的成果和方法,加强研究的系统性,重构和创新理论范式和分析框架,开展实践调查和案例分析,并将"五位一体"下生态文明建设的道路选择、制度建设、评价标准等方面的研究推向深入。  相似文献

Companies bear primary responsibility for low-carbon economy, thus relevant low-carbon policies should be set properly to guide them and to ensure their low-carbon production effectively. To solve the problems generated during low-carbon development, this article verifies the existence of the transmission path and strength. This verification includes mediating variables of companies’ willingness and capacity to conduct low-carbon production, a transmission mechanism through incentive path and resources protection, and questionnaire data of agricultural companies. Conclusions show that the low-carbon policies have obvious positive effects on willingness of corporation; the basic service-oriented policy has a significantly promoting effect on low-carbon production capacity; and low-carbon production performance is positively influenced by willingness as well as capability. Aiming at a better transmission path, some corresponding recommendations have been put forward in the end.  相似文献
