于2008年植被生长季,在芦芽山荷叶坪亚高山草甸及森林-草甸过渡带内布设观测样带,应用FDR土壤剖面水分测量仪测量10~40 cm深度土壤含水量,并分析其空间分布特征和影响因素。结果表明:(1)根据所处位置及地上植被状况可将样带分为林地样带和草甸样带,林地样带土壤含水量随深度增加呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,草甸样带则恰好相反。(2)10和40 cm深度为土壤含水量稳定层,20和30 cm深度为活跃层,且林地样带10 cm深度土壤含水量小于草甸样带,20、30和40 cm深度土壤含水量则大于草甸样带。(3)降雨发生后,阴坡上部树岛样带土壤含水量增幅最大,阳坡上、中、下部草甸样带土壤含水量增幅也较大;不同土层深度比较而言,10cm深度土壤含水量增幅最大,20、30和40 cm深度土壤含水量增幅较为接近,土壤含水量对降雨的响应存在1~2d的时滞。(4)10、20和30 cm土壤含水量变化值与坡度呈显著正相关,30、40 cm土壤含水量变化值与初始土壤含水量呈显著负相关,20、30 cm土壤含水量变化值与地形湿度指数呈显著负相关。研究区内土壤含水量空间分布格局及其动态变化受植被和降雨影响显著,初始土壤含水量、坡度以及地形湿度指数对其也有一定影响。  相似文献

Allometric equations allow aboveground tree biomass and carbon stock to be estimated from tree size. The allometric scaling theory suggests the existence of a universal power-law relationship between tree biomass and tree diameter with a fixed scaling exponent close to 8/3. In addition, generic empirical models, like Chave's or Brown's models, have been proposed for tropical forests in America and Asia. These generic models have been used to estimate forest biomass and carbon worldwide. However, tree allometry depends on environmental and genetic factors that vary from region to region. Consequently, theoretical models that include too few ecological explicative variables or empirical generic models that have been calibrated at particular sites are unlikely to yield accurate tree biomass estimates at other sites. In this study, we based our analysis on a destructive sample of 481 trees in Madagascar spiny dry and moist forests characterized by a high rate of endemism (> 95%). We show that, among the available generic allometric models, Chave's model including diameter, height, and wood specific gravity as explicative variables for a particular forest type (dry, moist, or wet tropical forest) was the only one that gave accurate tree biomass estimates for Madagascar (R2 > 83%, bias < 6%), with estimates comparable to those obtained with regional allometric models. When biomass allometric models are not available for a given forest site, this result shows that a simple height-diameter allometry is needed to accurately estimate biomass and carbon stock from plot inventories.  相似文献

通过XRF和XRD两种测试方法对农药含钾废渣的成分进行测定,结果显示,该废渣中含有大量的氯化钾,具有很大的资源化价值.采用热重分析法,在5、10、15、20 K.min-1线性升温速率下,研究了农药含钾废渣在空气气氛下的热解特性及热解动力学.以期为农药含钾废渣的资源化处理提供理论依据.结果表明,该废渣热解过程分为3个阶段,失重率分别为4.62%、7.69%和2.55%;且3个阶段的活化能E分别为83.53、128.48和138.17 kJ.mol-1,指前因子A分别为4.79×107、2.34×1010和6.46×107s-1.  相似文献

为探寻西苕溪流域地下水中NO3--N的污染来源,对西苕溪流域地表水、地下水体的NO3--N污染状况进行了调查,并结合水化学与NO3--N同位素对其来源进行解析. 结果显示,西苕溪流域地表水的ρ(NO3--N)为1.07~3.45 mg/L,ρ(NO2--N)为0.15~0.35 mg/L;地下水中ρ(NO3--N)为3.24~15.31 mg/L,平均值达9.26 mg/L. 下游地区地下水的ρ(NO2--N)较高(0.26~4.25 mg/L),平均值达3.00 mg/L. ρ(NO3-)与ρ(Cl-)的关系显示,西苕溪地表水、地下水存在比较稳定的NO3--N输入来源. NO3--N同位素分析结果显示,地表水的δ15N为7.0‰~16.7‰,说明上游NO3--N主要来源于土壤有机氮的矿化,中下游则主要受到农业施用化肥与人类生活污水二者的共同影响;地下水的δ15N为14.3‰~27.1‰,说明调查区域内的地下水受人畜粪便和生活污水的影响可能更为强烈,另外,地下水中存在的反硝化作用也是造成地下水δ15N增高的原因.   相似文献

水库建设所导致的河流水文情势变化是造成河流生态系统退化的重要原因之一.在河流水文指标生态学意义分析的基础上,建立了反映基流量、断流、高流量及涨退水率等特征的指标体系,提出了各类指标的计算方法.利用太子河53 a的日流量数据,计算并分析了水库建设前后水文指标的变异,反映水库建设对河流水文情势乃至生态系统的影响.结果表明:①太子河流域水库建设改变了河流的基流过程,减少了汛期基流,增加了汛前基流;②增加了辽阳河段断流的频率和历时;③减少了汛期洪水的发生次数,增加了汛后中小型脉冲流频率和历时.太子河水库建设导致了显著的水文变化,具有负面生态效应.   相似文献

This study aims to determine the status of potentially toxic element concentrations of road dust in a medium-sized city (Rawang, Malaysia). This study adopts source identification via enrichment factor, Pearson correlation analysis, and Fourier spectral analysis to identify sources of potentially toxic element concentrations in road dust in Rawang City, Malaysia. Health risk assessment was conducted to determine potential health risks (carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks) among adults and children via multiple pathways (i.e., ingestion, dermal contact, and inhalation). Mean of potentially toxic element concentrations were found in the order of Pb > Zn > Cr(IV) > Cu > Ni > Cd > As > Co. Source identification revealed that Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn, Ni, and Cr(IV) are associated with anthropogenic sources in industrial and highly populated areas in northern and southern Rawang, cement factories in southern Rawang, as well as the rapid development and population growth in northwestern Rawang, which have resulted in high traffic congestion. Cobalt, Fe, and As are related to geological background and lithologies in Rawang. Pathway orders for both carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks are ingestion, dermal contact, and inhalation, involving adults and children. Non-carcinogenic health risks in adults were attributed to Cr(IV), Pb, and Cd, whereas Cu, Cd, Cr(IV), Pb, and Zn were found to have non-carcinogenic health risks for children. Cd, Cr(IV), Pb, and As may induce carcinogenic risks in adults and children, and the total lifetime cancer risk values exceeded incremental lifetime.  相似文献

In this research, epigenetic effects of bisphenol A (BPA) on human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were analyzed. Genome-wide DNA methylation and gene expression were analyzed in MCF-7 cells exposed to BPA (10?5 and 10?6 mol/L for 5 weeks). No significant changes in the global level of 5-methyl-2′-deoxycytidine and 5-hydroxymethyl-2′-deoxycytidine were observed. DNA methylation profiling analysis indicated that BPA exposure resulted in the hypermethylation of FOXK2, LKB1, LMX1A and CUGBP2 and the hypomethylation of PTPRN2, TRIM27, BCAS3 and ZNF423. Decreased expression of apoptosis genes (P38 and BCL2L1) and increased expression of chemokine (Cxcl2 and ccl20) were detected. Changes of these genes were speculated to affect the ERα-related cell growth as well as cell apoptosis.  相似文献

Cytochrome P450 (CYP450s) is a type of heme-mercaptide protein superfamily, which is distributed widely in animals, plants, and microorganisms. CYP450s can oxidize and degrade many exogenous compounds such as drugs, herbicides, pesticides, some persistent organic pollutants, and so on. Based on recent researches, this paper reviews the nomenclature, classification, structure, and catalytic mechanism of P450 enzymes, and summarizes the research progresses in the metabolism and biodegradation of xenobiotics using P450 enzymes from microorganisms. The nomenclature and classification of the P450 gene superfamily mainly rely on the similarities of amino acid sequences. Although the structures of P450 are conserved, their recognition sites towards to the substrates are variable. This is also the structural basis for the catalytic diversities of P450 enzymes. Few P450 enzymes from bacteria and fungi can metabolize and degrade xenobiotics such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, herbicides, and so on. However, these P450 enzymes are less likely be used in practical applications because of their low catalytic activities. In the future, more P450 enzymes with high degradable efficiencies towards xenobiotics are needed to be obtained using multiple omics tools or modifying the existing P450 enzymes, to achieve the bioremediation of the environment. © 2018 Science Press.
